I purchased my Captiva from Shayne Harkins almost 2 years ago. Shayne has gone above and beyond what is usually expected from a salesman. He has always personally ensured that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He has made sure my car has been serviced and maintained during and after warranty. Shayne has picked up my car at work and had it serviced since being purchased. I could not be more pleased with his devotion and loyalty. It is rare if not impossible to find a salesman that would go to such lengths to satisfy his customers even after the sale is made.
When the time comes for me to make another purchase, I will not consider any other salesman but Shayne. Also, any time I am asked for advice from a friend or family member regarding the purchase of a vehicle, I will always recommend Shayne Harkins and Franklin Chevrolet.
