They do not keep up with the buildings!!! Everything is always breaking down.

I and my friend Phyllis visited Foxy mgmt and was serviced by Luz who was very professional and very efficient and yhorough in helping Phyllis O'Shaughnessy with processing her paperwork for an apartment. Luz is an asset to Foxy management and should be rewarded fpr her hard work. We also went to see one bedroom apt and was greeted by the super Jose who was very hospitable and thorough in explaining things about the apt, as well as the amenities that come with residi g in the Foxy management property at senior bldg on Boston Road. He made Phyllis feel safe and comfortable as to the operations behind residing at the senior bldg. He also is an asset to Foxy management. Thank you for making our experience a good one

616 E 139TH ST NFL THE WORSE POSSBILE PLACE ANY ONE CAN CHOOSE TO LIVE IT ,PLACE DON'T GET ME WRONG I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE BUT NOT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS, THE WOMAN TENENTS ARE SO CADDY AND DISGRACEFUL THAT IT IS A CRIME,THEY ARE JEALOUS OF EACH OTHER TALK ABOUT EACH OTHER AND THEN SMILE IN YOUR FACE NOT TO MENTION, THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS CALLING POLICE TO GET RETALIATION AND THAT'S NO WAY TO LIVE. BUt LIVING WITH certain individuals can be a challenge mentally and spiritually
