Main Street Homes did a couple of projects for us and we loved them. We were very satisfied with the work they did for us, they definitely met our expectations. I really appreciated how they double checked on everything and made sure everything was going right. We definitely recommend them to family and friends..

Jason from Main Street was awesome! He went the extra mile to make sure all of our many questions were answered quickly and put us at ease through the process of nailing down the details of our new home. Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful, overall great to work with!

We had a great experience with Main Street Homes. Our quick delivery home was everything we wanted. The few "fixes" we needed to have done to make the home perfect were done well and in a timely manner. The staff is amazing and truly want you to love your home. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our home!

After my initial review, I was contacted by Main Street Homes Business Manager. After a lengthy and sometimes tense discussion, I was able to see some things from Main Streets point of view and decided to edit my review.

I was very disappointed that Main Street Homes and I could not close a deal regarding the purchase of a home. I don t agree with all of their points and had hoped that they would have done more in the way of seller concessions, but I can respect their perspective. I would have liked for Main Street to provide more assistance with closing costs, but they indicated that it was not feasible for them from a business side, and I do respect the free market and the rights of a business to make a profit from their products and/or services. I personally found the process a bit stressful and frustrating, but that may not be the case for everyone.

The main point of contention that I still have is the lot premiums in many of Main Streets communities. The purpose of a lot premium is to make more desirable lots have an additional cost, as they offer something more appealing; i.e. bigger lot, cul-de-sac, flat vs sloped etc. Main Street puts an additional lot price on almost every lot in their various communities. From the perspective of a potential customer/buyer, having an additional fee attached to almost every lot in a community gives the impression that there isn t a lot premium, but rather an additional fee built into buying the home.

The homes appear to be quality construction, and there is a great deal of customization that you can do. Just fair information to those looking to Main Street, there is up-front costs with buying from Main Street, with at least 3% down on the initial costs, and 10% down on upgrades. This can come as a surprise to some folks, so know that you will have to come to the table with a good amount of cash on hand to close on the home.

For my personal situation and experience, I do not know that I would buy from Main Street Homes at any point in the future. However, I can recommend them as long as you know going in that you are going to have to put out a significant amount of money in up-front deposit and you will have to pay the majority of the closing costs yourself.

I hate when you cannot give a zaro or a negative rate! I purchased my home in OCT 2015 and we realised that the workmanship was very inferior in every area from the offset (eg flooring and garage door). Jean (not certain if she is a human) told me that the door was not covered so I asked her if I was the one who attached it to the house. Come to find out it was under warranty which means that Jean is potentially lazy or do not care. The floor, they came out twice and fixed\ still imperfect. Perfection does not seem to be a word that is in MSH vocabulary. We stopped calling on the floor because we did not want to deal with Jean. The grading of the garden was horrid\ the sod was full of weed. On 30\01\2019 __the siding started to fall off already and Jean the customer service director told me that I would have to repair it myself. Me mum house is over 25 years old and her siding has never fallen off and she lives in NYC; me husband Nate lives in Buffalo NY and his home is over 35 years old and his siding has never fallen off. I live in Midlothian VA and have a three year old home and the siding is falling off! Then Jean had the cheeks to give me the contactors name who originally put the siding on the house (only a mug would use the same worthless workmanship). There is no other conclusion to reach except that Main Street built shotty homes. What makes it worst is that Jean has no customer service skills so I am not quite certain why she is the director. I can can go on but why bother since you may find out for your at some point(I hope you don't) Before you pen a good review live in your home for a few years because new always seems good at first. I was hoping that this would be my last home purchase but regrettable it is not. Maxine Farnan in collington.

MSH was nothing short of exceptional during our 7 months for our build. The staff was super friendly to work with, exceptional in helping, and I am already missing seeing some of them so often. :) We have been in our home about 6 weeks now and it still feels surreal!

All steps in the homebuilding process were well done, from the selection of materials and finishes to the prompt and efficient building of the home. All of the people I dealt with were first-rate, polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Main Street Homes.

Watching and participating with my mother-in-law, in the building process of her Main Street Home (MSH) house, has been a joy. Every person in the process has been helpful, informative and easy to reach. Their handbook for the new home owner is full of instruction on how to best care for your new home, which really impressed me. There are going to be issues along the way, with anything as big of a project as a new home, but MSH has responded timely and worked with us on all of the issues. My husband and I are excited to use MSH in the near future to have our home built. We wouldn't use anyone else.

UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO THE NOTE FROM MSH - First ...

UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO THE NOTE FROM MSH - First off, my experience fell short of your expectations as well, as my Construction Project Manager is no longer with MSH. And just to make sure, you're telling me the following issues are acceptable to MSH?

-Incomplete trim cove base in master bathroom
-Improper Cove base in Master bedroom
-Gaps in Crown Molding in upstairs hallway
-Damaged cook top grate
-Damaged trim around microwave
-Nail sticking out from Foundation - Exterior
-Damaged drywall in the gargage
-Incomplete shelving inside a kitchen cabinet
-Missing door latch for screen porch
-Front door not properly aligned and not fully painted - large drafts
-Water mark on interior of window, upstairs bedroom
-Improper seal on backdoor, large drafts
-Damage to the garage door - section needed to be replaced
-Drywall near shower in master bath never properly sanded
- Plastic coating not fully removed from all exterior windows
-One window was a different model, did not match others
- One window in front bay window was damaged
- Damage to the front concrete porch
- Leaf print in the concrete driveay
-Damaged trim around garage door
-Missing sections of sod in side yard

Second - I was told by the dishwasher repair tech that my unit broke so quickly due to an improper installation by MSH. Third - I still have not heard any update about the incomplete shelf in the cabinet over my gas cook top, which was mentioned months ago.

With the window - I didn't notice it for 4 months because I didn't know I needed to. I bought this house expecting it to be correct. You don't expect people to go down to the Ford Motor Company Assembly Factory to watch their new car being built? I trusted you all to deliver a finished and complete product. I understand some small items, but missing a window, on top of the full list I mentioned above, is unacceptable.

And finally, your Customer Care team took care of the window by just having the correct section dropped off on my front porch. THAT WAS ALL! No tech came out, no email no instructions, no one even checked in to see if it was done. I have a window section in my house that I don't know what to do with? Is that what you expect from your Customer Care Team?

The only response I have received is your response to my comment here on Google. All of this could have been resolved quickly, but it has been a true burden to take off work to come home several times so your technicians can complete what should have already been done.

- ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW -
I can not explain how disappointed I am with MSH. I have had nothing but serious issues with my house.

I had a review out here when I first bought the house, but removed it. However, issues and items continue to come up and I can not keep quiet.

DO NOT BUY FROM MSH!!! They use poor quality material and the quality is sub-par.

For example, I have only been in the house 4 months and my dishawasher has already stopped working.

Also, I recently realized that one window installed is a completely different style than all our other windows.

It s been 4 months, and I still have items that were brought up before closing that have not been addressed.

Like I said, if you are looking to build, I suggest you look somewhere else. For the money I paid, I did not expect this. Extremely disappointed.

Great company. Very courteous staff . Only reason I placed 3 stars was the contractors used by Main Street are at times very dishonest with their work or refuse to fix things that fall under the warranty time frame. If Main Street sells some of the best quality homes, they should also do a better job at hiring the best contractors.

My experience so far was good. I fully enjoyed taking the time to pick out all of the features and options for upcoming house. I thought it took a long time to obtain the building permit from the county (Henrico). I can't wait to break ground and begin construction.

We purchased our home just about a year ago. We had many issues. We still have outstanding items from our punch list that has never been dealt with.
This builder has issues with their sub contractor s and project managers. Our air conditioning system was installed incorrectly and created a mold issue. They called a company to fix the problem with a product that wasn t even specific for this type of issue. I could go on but you probably get the point. The project manager showed up in January and said I will get back to you, we are still waiting like 6 months later. I would never buy a house from Main Street again.

I'm out 5 years on my MSH build and it is a total piece of garbage.

1. The roof leaks. In the brochure the say that they provide 30 year roofs. This is false. They actually only guarantee roofs for one year. See my picture. It's clearly leaking.

2. The interior workmanship is awful. Look at the picture of the column. It's crooked. I told them about this on the punch list but the funny thing is that this "in tolerance". Your "warranty" is defined by some arbitrary value that favors them so if something looks awful they're unlikely to fix it. Same thing about the countertop in the kitchen (see picture)--a handsome looking gap between the wall and the granite which, again, is "in tolerance" and not fixable.

Main Street did an outstanding job building our new home. We had an existing lot in Goochland where they built for us. From Lee Wake and Audrey in sales to Janet in the design studio, the draftsmen and Eric Beer in the field, they did a great job. The owner Vernon McClure even took time to look over our plans personally, even though they probably build over 150 homes a year. We are more than happy with the new house and feel like they exceeded expectations. We had allowances for septic and well and at closing Main Street told us the bills came in under the allowance and cut us a check. Very honest! Great experience. Thank you Main Street team!

It was so much fun personalizing my townhome to create the look I d been dreaming of. From working with a Designer to being able to walk through my home while it was under construction made me appreciate all of the extra steps MSH s takes to build a quality home!
I ve been living in my home for just over a year and I absolutely love it as much as the day I moved in. My home & my new low maintenance Winterfield Park Community is everything I had hoped for!

MSH provides a top of the line sales experience for prospective buyers, and as a Realtor, are very pleasant and accommodating to work with. Jason in the sales office at St. Ives, went above and beyond ensuring all parties were informed and comfortable each step of the way. He truly provided an experience that sold the community and a great home!

When my husband and I were planning to move into a bigger home and knowing the housing market at the time, we were leaning toward building a new home over looking for existing to ensure we got our forever home. We traveled between New Kent and Hanover looking at the various new subdivisions and received information from different builders, but nothing seemed right until we visited Main Street. Erik Markowitz was very helpful in answering all of our questions and assisting through the entire process. After signing the paperwork to begin on our home, both Erik M. and Eric Beer were amazing to work with, keeping us in the loop on what to expect, status of construction, even sending pictures when we could not travel to the construction site! Kelly West in the design studio was awesome and very helpful in assisting us match colors and styles to bring our dream to life. I can't recommend Main Street enough!

My family built a Patterson II in 2009. This was the perfect plan for our young family. We enjoyed the high quality and numerous choices that were offered as INCLUDED features. The design studio allowed us to view all of our selections side-by-side so we could envision our home prior to building it. It was obvious that our Patterson II was built with an attention to detail - we had very few issues after closing. We loved the process and even though we have since outgrown our Patterson II, we will always remember it as the dream home we built and started a family in.

I would definitely buy another MSH if and when we move again. We bought a spec home in 2016. Home had been on the market for over a year, but MSH kept great care of it. The quality of the home is excellent inside and out. The home is built to last and age gracefully with quality materials and craftsmanship.

There were a few minor warranty items that needed to be addressed throughout the first year. However, throughout the process none of my requests for warranty work were met with a no . Everything was a yes from MSH.

On the sales side Sean Tierney is fantastic! From the first day we walked in the office door he made it his personal duty to help us close deals and get things done from every angle. He was critical following up to ensure we were happy even after the warranty period was over. I do not think we could have made the deal work without Sean s knowledge of the real estate sales process. It was a 45 day period from seeing new home, listing old home and closing on both so lots happened quickly. You can trust that Sean will have your best interests in mind for you and your family.

My husband and I bought a spec house from Main Street Homes a little over 3 years ago. We had a one year builder warranty on the home because it was new and Main Streets customer service was excellent and easy to work with when it came time to a few minor repairs.

It is extremely overwhelming when you purchase a b...

It is extremely overwhelming when you purchase a brand new house. Considering this as a fact, when you have a home to sell, you must put a contingency contract when buying a new home. The problem I have had with Main Street Homes started as of Monday of 2017. After looking at different homes, the Montery was the dream home. Looking at lost in the area, we picked out a lot, which had a premium price of $6,000. I put a deposit down of $1,000 to hold the lot until it was time to sign the contingency contract. Sitting at the table, I was given options on how I should sell my home and that I would have to pay a certain percentage to start building my home once the contingency contract was lifted when my home was pending. This percentage accounted for about $10-15k. On top of this, when you go in for consultation, you are able to select the different options for your home, in terms of cabinets, granite, wood flooring, etc. You would have to put a deposit down for this.

The one thing that bothers me the most is that Main Street Homes does not work with the buyer. They expect you to put all this money down, $6k for lot premium, a percentage of the house to start and to pay closing cost, which accounted for $10k and then a percentage of whatever add-ons. Since I would have to sell my house first before starting this project, I would have to wait 7 months till this house would be built and find a new place to live but how could I do that when I am forking out all this money. The one thing that is upsetting is that I did not ask to lower the price on the house but to pay closing costs and use their preferred lender. Closing costs was a little over $10k. After a few counteroffers, the builder came back with only wanting to pay $3,000 and go with their lender.

At this point, I would probably not suggest a Main Street Home to anyone. I was actually excited to start my new journey in a new home but after all this, this has become a work of itself. It is exhausting and Main Street does not work with the buyer so beware.

When we first came to Bishops Park to look around, we literally had no actual plans on moving. After walking through the model and speaking with Erik, all that changed. We knew we just had to take the step and build! The process was super exciting and we had all the help we needed every step of the way. We are all moved in now and still have a great support system through Main Street, Erik, Stephanie and Troy...these guys are always available to help in any way they can! So glad we decided to do this! We love our new home, our new community and especially our new neighbors :)

I have lived in Foxfield for almost three years. I bought a spec house. Sean T. sold me this house. Anyone who knows me knows I can be indecisive when a big purchase has to be made. Sean was so patient and understanding. At the time I was torn between two spec houses but my heart gravitated more and more to the Callaway model (have you seen the walk in closets on this one)? Sean would go over almost daily for me to do walk throughs. At the time my son was in a wheelchair from surgery and he helped me get him in and out. I love this home. It is a dream. I have made it so cozy and comfortable and not to mention an amazing front porch to decorate every season. Thank you Sean and MSH!

I was employed for about a year with them before heading out to college and it was a great experience. Awesome staff to work with and very friendly. They all went out of their way to work with me and overall a fantastic company to be with. Would not hesitate to recommend them for either your future housing needs or employment opportunities.

Absolutely horrible.... We paid a good amount for our home and discovered that there are outlets in our brand new home that weren't wired properly. The lot next to our home is vacant and they refuse to up keep the land. They have not been out once to have the lot cleared or cut and it's been two years!!! Our home has huge cracks in it, our banisters are loose and the house is poorly built. My husband is active duty and we trusted this home builder and we are horribly disappointed that they don't back their work. They also made a list of promises to us when we bought the home and none have been kept. We also got the nicest hardwood floors in our home and they are garbage!!!!!!! We filed a complaint to see about having someone come look at our issues and we did not even receive a call about it we received an email stating that our outlets are for lamps!!! And that's why there are absolutely no wires to the outlets.... And they are denying our claims! It's a joke. If you want a quality home I would recommend looking elsewhere

Main Street Homes is a locally owned new home builder and everyone on their team offers fantastic service. The homes also offer great value and style. The in-house design studio lets me to personalize my home options as well! Other builders in the area do not compare to Main Street Homes! I highly recommend them to anyone buying a new home!

We started looking at new homes 6 months ago. We started on the Mechanicsville side of town with Eric and staff @ Bishops Park. They showed us other communities that MSH was building in. We worked or way down 95, 64/295, and ultimately 288 to Midlothian. Lavender was who greeted us first. She was patient and informative. Certainly willing to go the extra mile to help us find answers to our questions. Then Jason showed up as we were walking the house. These two make a dynamic team, dare I say - magical! Jason set a new bar for what the home buying process should be and sound like. Super courteous and almost a mind reader in his ability to predict our concerns and possible what if s. Jason and Lavender treated us wonderfully, we could not ask for more. We look forward to completing the new home process with Jason, Lavender, and the rest of the MSH family.

Very Disappointing!

Very Disappointing!
The people and service was great, they really sold us on their products and kept giving us all these reasons as to why they were top of the line. Our house was literally thrown together in 3 months. We appreciated the short time line but would have appreciated quality more than time. We have been in our home for 1 year and every day we find more and more wrong. The work was cheap and the house is cheap. Floors creak, the paint is crap (rubs off if u wipe it) a million and one nail pops, cracks in all the trim because it should have been painted before it went on the wall not after it was up. The deck is cracking so whatever treatment they claim to have used must not have been very good. Hardwood floors suck! The wood splits, cracks, breaks etc. There are many other things that we do not approve of. Everything is just cheap and for the price, we should definitely have better quality. The only thing in my house I love is my granite counter tops. I would not recommend Main Street Homes to anyone. Sadly, we regret the buying of this house and are looking to sell.

Fantastic builder! Sean was extremely helpful right from the beginning. He was very patient with us while we were looking at lots.
During construction we were very pleased with the speed and quality of the work! They were very quick to address any issues that we had. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was based on some of the final finishes weren't exactly to my expectations (trim work mainly). Don't get me wrong, everything is of the highest standard especially their attention to insulating your house. Every seam on the exterior walls was caulked while they installed the insulation...I have never seen such an attention to detail to ensure that the house is energy efficient!
Bit of advice, as you are selecting options don't skimp on some of the things that you really want - a few more dollars each month is nothing when you realize how much those little things add to your home! Think resale!
Great experience all around. I would highly recommend Main Street Homes to anyone!

All the staff members, especially Mike McLane, New Home Consultant walked us through all the options available to us. Janet Hart our In-House design specialist made the option selection seamless, she is true a professional. Eric Beer our Construction manager treated our home as if it was his new home and always kept us abreast of what was going on. All were very patient with us and never made us feel like we were bothering them with silly questions. This was our first time buying a home and they all made it a great experience. Thank you all.

I am a proud owner of a quality Main Street Home! Something is definitely to be said about building local; everyone within the company takes great pride in their work and good care of you! Cole, the construction manager, was transparent throughout the process and always detail orientated! As always with new construction, there will be a few punch items; all of these were priority for the team to get done immediately! Love my home and will always recommend Main Street Homes.

From the beginning to the present working with Main Street Homes and Erik Markowitz has been a wonderful experience. I have already highly recommended them to family and friends.

I am current home owner at St Ives. I don t recommend Main Street homes. I have totally disappointed with the Services. They are not responding to my warranty requests. I have sent requests many times about door damages and water snagging outside area and pest inspection. No response yet. Please think twice. They concentrate on only to deliver the house in time and will target it 100 days. Very poor quality. They don t respond as they promised. Very bad service.

I researched a lot of builders in the area and Main Street Homes was the only one with energy star efficient homes. This has been by far the best process for building a new home. My New Home Consultant, Allison was fantastic throughout. She was able to answer all of my questions and really did a great job of making me feel like I could ask her anything. My Design Consultant, Jasmine was fantastic as well with helping us make the right choices and helping me pick out the right finishes. Jonathan was my project manager and did such a fantastic job of listening to what we were looking for. I couldn t have dreamed of a better team. I love everything about our home and would recommend Main Street to anyone who is looking to build. It is a lot of money upfront for deposits, but Main Street did a great job working with us until we sold our home. The house was on schedule and really exceeded all my expectations.

Main Street Homes is the top builder in this area!...

Main Street Homes is the top builder in this area! Growing up in this area, and knowing somewhat about the new construction builders in the area, Main Street made the process of building our first single family home such an easy thing! From a clear cut process to the always accessible employees took a lot of stress off my family during the process. From the get-go, the sales agent in the model home made us feel welcome and was always eager to help in anyway. She was always there to answer any question and never made us feel like we were annoying or asking too many questions. Once moving onto the selecting of options for our home, every employee in the design studio was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend Main Street to anybody interested in building a new home. Not just a new home, but a high quality, safe, and great home!

Our sales rep, Sean Tierney was wonderful in helping step thru the process as first time home builders. He was always available any time I called, texted, or emailed him with any questions or concerns. For months I never knew which day he had off because he was always available. He has definitely set the bar for other sales associate.

Main Street Homes has streamlined the process to make it easier for building new construction. I highly recommend Main Street Homes to anyone thinking of building their next new house!!

Along with my wife, I purchased a Quick Move-In Ready home in the Bishops Park subdivision in Hanover County. Though I wasn't involved in the construction phase, I am pleased with the quality standard that Main Street Homes put into its homes. Moreover, Erik Markowitz, the sales consultant for Bishops Park, and the construction manager, Eric Beer, were very responsive in addressing all outstanding concerns and questions that we had. I knew of Main Street Homes' outstanding reputation before purchasing this home and my experience with them confirmed it. There is a reason why they have been voted the best homebuilder in the Richmond, Virginia area for several years.

My grass has been torn up multiple times by their reckless employees. I called and spoke with Tom Helring and he was very unpleasant on the phone. When I explained what happened he laughed and said it wasn't his guys. He immediately started blaming Miller Pipeline. Something that could have taken less than 5 minutes to fix is left incomplete. My wife is a real estate agent in the area and we will definitely not be recommending Main Street Homes to anyone. Horrible customer service!

I just completed three days ago and they delivered a great house at a competitive price. Problems were few and rapidly resolved. I almost chose a competitor - but glad I choose MSH instead. The quality of workmanship and products used (eg HVAC system & heater etc makes it probably the best value on the market.

When by husband and I decided to buy our first home, we never imagined that building would be an option. But, the second we stepped into Main Street Homes Jefferson model in St. Ives, we felt at home. We had no idea what we were doing but we had an amazing team working with us (shoutout to Jason, Allen, and Kelly!) who helped us every step of the way. We just moved in and we can t say enough good things about our house and the building process. I d recommend MSH to anyone and, without a doubt, will use them as our builders again if we ever actually decide to move again!

We absolutely adore our Main Street Home! We downsized after 20 years and we certainly made the right choice in choosing Main Street Homes as our builder. Our layout and first floor living is exactly what we were looking for with additional rooms upstairs for friends and family. We were kept updated on a regular basis for construction and Main Street Homes delivered everything that was promised in a timely fashion. Thank you Erik M, Eric B, and Kelly! With this being our fourth house we bought new, this experience was the best one BY FAR!
There were some frustrations with Benchmark Mortgage right before closing but the actual closing went very smooth. The construction side of Main Street Homes was impressive and everyone was helpful and friendly. We even had a special request for a different staircase and they delivered! Thank you Main Street Homes! We are huge supporters!

Main Street Homes built us our dream home and we could not be happier. We had heard a couple of horror stories with builders in the Chesterfield area, so we did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of builders. With most builders we talked to, we felt like we were just another number in the queue. Many of them were pushy, insisted that we use their lenders, agents, etc... Main Street Homes didn't push a single thing on us. They were only concerned about delivering the home of our dreams, from start to finish.

The whole team was easy to work with, honest, and determined to deliver us our dream home. Every aspect of the process from the initial signing of a contract, to the design phase, the building, the handling of change orders, to closing went smoothly, without any issues. The craftmanship of the house is fantastic thanks to Troy H and his team. The aesthetics are beautiful thanks to Paige at the design studio.

If you are looking to build a home in the Richmond, VA area, do yourself a favor and check out Main Street Homes. You'll be impressed by their customer service and attention to the details.

Main Street Homes has been responsive and easy to work with. Their model homes are absolutely beautiful and several of my colleagues rave about their service. MSH is the leading developer in the greater Richmond area in my book.

We had a very positive experience with Main Street. We built our house in 2015 and have been in for over a year with very few issues. The team was very patient and helpful during the entire buying/building process and we love our house. We would definitely build with MSH again.

From the first day we walked into the model home doors at Bishop s Park, our Main Street Homes experience has been amazing. We lucked out and were assigned the A-Team Erik Markowitz, Jasmine Lofgren, and Eric Beer. Erik Markowitz was always professional and responsive to all our questions. He was available throughout our entire building process to make sure our concerns were being addressed by the right people. You can tell he really cares about Main Street s customers and his job! Jasmine Lofgren was a dream to work with in the design studio. She was so patient when I was indecisive, and offered advice without being pushy. She helped us design a beautiful home, while keeping our budget in mind. Eric Beer is amazing at what he does! He is organized, reliable, punctual, and great at communicating. He was always willing to work with our difficult schedules. I have never had to chase him down, he is always right on top of things. We can see why he is the boss! We could not be more grateful for these three and the countless others that worked tirelessly to build our dream home! Thank you to the entire Main Street staff and your trade partners for all your hard work. We appreciate you all!

We had an amazing, and fast, build experience. There were some small mistakes along the way, as there always will be with a builder as busy as they are, but they have been responsive and we are working through them. Overall great experience and amazingly beautiful home! We also loved the staff here at Bishop's Park. Shout out to Stephanie, Eric, Troy and Eric (the construction manager), you guys were amazing!

Lee is awesome out at Tilman's farm. My husband has been looking at this realty company for months while I was on a mobilization with the Army. Even before I ever made it home, Lee reached out to us to have a conference call even though I wasn't even there! When I returned home we went to meet him in person to pick out lots and to look at the model homes. He's been extremely helpful and kind to us, as it is my husband's and I first time ever building. He's very honest and you can tell he really wants to help us and make this a positive experience and thus far it really has been. He looks out for the customers best interest. We have yet to go to the design studio and start building but thus far its been a wonderful experience. Pending updated review! But my husband and I have very positive feelings moving forward.

They handled everything and made this process go smoothly. Everyone was professional, informative, flexible and just great to work with. Thank you both so much! I now have a beautiful well constructed home. I would recommend Main Street Homes to anyone
