Issued A Complaint About A Product From A Supermarket And Foxes Helped Me With Everything I Needed To Know & Even Sent Me Vouchers!! Staff Was So Helpful!! THANK YOU!!

Great for cheaper priced biscuits, however its not disabled friendly as it does have 4/5 steps to get into the shop and its narrow and small for moving around and parking is quite bad but the staff are good and always ready to help. Note it is closed on Mondays, which did not appear to be advertised online when I looked.

Good value Fox's biscuits from the factory shop with a wide selection, the shop is quite small though and there isn't really a place to park there

Terrible place to work.The Engineers are the most bigoted and racist people I've ever met....very unpleasant experience.

I bit into a piece of plastic of sharp black plastic when eating one of your malted milk biscuits. The address on the pack is Wellington street Batley WE17 5JE so it is your brand. Absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. My young daughter could have been eating them luckily it was myself and did not swallow it as it was very sharp and about the size of a 5p piece.

Have always bought plenty of biscuits for myself, friends and neighbours at the Batley outlet. I checked on website re the shop being open and went some distance to get there, only to find ' closed due to coranvirus . Well that's okay except the website it is open and it is not. I tried the phone number and was confused by the extensions to select because I could not speak to a human regarding opening hours.

Great for bargain biscuits for everyone at work and very reasonably priced. Not accessibility friendly as there are a few steps to enter the building. Worth the trip though for the biscuits!

A poor site , couldn't find out shop opening times anywhere and the phone number was of no use at all

The shop is quaint and the staff are lovely. I'm not a busicuit person, however they make for lovely guest busicuits. The onky downfall for me, but nor for others, is that the smell of busicuits gets around for miles somedays.
