Literally the best urgent care I have ever used. Friendly, quick in and out, efficient. I was feeling much better within an hour and picked up my meds at the Walmart across the street. I was a little apprehensive to have to go at all, since I was just visiting in town. Now I wish I could take them home with me! You all are a blessing.

Urgent Care is full of caring, friendly professionals. They always take good care of me when I have to pop in. I'm thankful for them at the times I can't get to the regular doctor.

I brought my 90 y/o dad in on a Sunday evening and everyone was so nice! We got right back and the nurse was patient with dad as he doesn t hear very well and had trouble understanding. The doctor came right in knew exactly what was going on they took care of it and we were out the door! It was awesome! We will return, if/whenever we need their services.

Very fast and they explained and talked to my 7yr old. She answered all the questions and walked away understanding what her treatment was.

The staff was very professional and had a great bedside manner. We were seen quickly and got a follow-up phone call the next day. I would highly recommend!

I had seen the clinic, as I work in the area, but didn't ever consider going there. I was sent to Classen Urgent Care by my work for a work related injury. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend it to all who need to be seen quickly by professionals who care about the patients!

I went to the Moore location for a torn muscle between my ribs and pleurisy. The whole staff was so kind to me, answered my many questions so politely and worked with me to keep my office visit bill to a minimum because I don't currently have medical insurance. I thought the care and information I was given was exceptional. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. I could in no way have had a more perfect experience. I'd go back today if I needed to see anyone for medical care. It's the best walk-in clinic experience I've ever had.

I have trouble getting appointments with my primary and I m starting to feel like Classen is my primary! Went in for the third time and doctor remembered me and asked how I was doing. They are super friendly and treat you like you are a long term patient, not like most walk in clinics do!

This was my first visit to urgent care. Ms. Chambers was thorough in her exam as was confirmed by my family provider the next day. All the staff were pleasant and I felt they were focused on me in the time I was with them. I will recommend them to anyone.

It is a great place to go if your hurt or you need something for sports

The Classen Urgent Care Clinic in Moore was very fast, helpful and professional. I was able to be seen quickly and when I contacted them over the phone they were thorough in their explanation of services and billing procedures. Highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

I had to visit the Classen Medical facility on Thanksgiving day for a really bad cold.
I experienced great customer service from the receptionist. I was seen by the medical assistant in a few minutes and then the PA on duty. She gave me a through exam and determined I suffered from a really bad cold and sore throat. She offered some super advice on how to treat the symptoms.
Overall, a great experience and super medical care.

They were a little slow to see me, but it was an intensely busy Sunday afternoon--and I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate the good, friendly care that I received.

The entire staff was caring, attentive and polite. To say I was seen promptly would be an understatement!! While I don't wish for anyone to feel ill, if you are I highly recommend this practice!!

I got my ears cleaned there and let me tell you it was an experience of a lifetime I have ptsd now but at least I hear 10x better

I went for a rapid COVID test. I waited 4 hours from check-in until I was called. There was a small crowded waiting room full of people there for covid testing. The PA I saw was very nice and did a great job. However, I chose this clinic for a RAPID result so I didn't have to wait until the next day to find out. I was told I would have a result within the hour. I never got my result until the following day.

The process was easy and the people are great! Highly recommend!!

Everyone was very understanding and helpful. Wait-time was short. The doctors and nurses seemed like they really cared about my health. Lastly, it was fairly cheap.

check in was not to bad considering that was my first time there with forms to feel out. i was seen quickly, Nurse and Doc were both first rate and i am very pleased and satisfied with each. Diagnosis was done quickly and was t the start of treatment. Great Experience.

Although the Covid testing was quick and easy, the treatment of the staff is more important. Nurse Norton was cold and abrasive in behavior. A nurse SHOULD be gentle and easy to talk to in order to aid in the patient feeling comfortable. People skills need some polishing.

So excited they finally opened one in Moore! I ve been going to the Classen Urgent Care Clinic in Norman and they have been by far the best quality Service I ve ever had. I ve been to other clinics around the area and their wait is long or my visit is rushed. At Classen, they are super friendly and the Doctors take the time to actually figure out what s wrong. Would definitely recommend to people in the Moore area.

Do not go to this lab if you are sick, but need a Covid test. They will test you for 6 other things, then bill it to an out of network lab, which will cost you out of pocket over 500 dollars.

Even though they were very busy they kept things moving. They addressed the reasons for me being there in a professional manner and were very concise in the treatment recommended.

Had no wait besides getting my paperwork done. The receptionist (Aaron) was very helpful when I called with questions. Once I was in a room the nurse and PA were very professional, personable, and efficient in the manner they worked. Great experience!

The staff is courteous. Waiting time to be seen and out to my car was 30 minutes! My prescription was sent to my pharmacy and was there when I arrived. This is the 3rd time I have been to this Urgent Care and have never had a long wait to be seen. Important when you are not feeling well. Highly recommend!

We had to go in on New Years Eve.. Fast & thorough care. Staff was pleasant even when we had to go back because our pharmacy closed early for the holiday and couldn't get our scripts. They resent scripts without hesitation. They even called to check on my husband the next day. When we spoke they mentioned calling back in another couple days. Our primary care usually doesn't offer this kind of service. We will spread the word about the awesome service.

Thank you to all the staff that had a hand in making my flu shot as quick and painless as possible. I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. If you are looking for a place to obtain a flu shot, this is it!

Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were kind, courtous, and helpful. My daughter is a handful at the doctors office (seriously). Erica Davis was awesome! They tried charging for covid 19 testing. AMERICA WE DO NOT PAY FOR COVID TESTING!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GREED. Thank you, Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was pretty sick that day. Drove a distance to visit your clinic. Was not expecting a charge when I arrived. Called cigna it is no charge. Computer systems gotta love em lol.

The staff and physicians are great! It is super convenient and never a long wait. My kids and I have used the clinic for the last year and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I went into the clinic for a rapid COVID-19 test. Everyone, from the receptionist who checked us in, to the nurse attended to us and the Dr who saw us, was professional, personable and very efficient. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. We would definitely recommend them.

These guys were fantastic. The doc listened to my symptoms and didn t make any assumptions. He identified the real problem and recommended the next course of action, which probably saved my life.

Great staff, hardly any wait time, and the meds they prescribed were spot on effective!!

My daughter has severe anxiety and PTSD and cannot wear a mask. She even has a service dog. We were refused to be seen because she did not and could not wear a mask. I asked for the names of the people denying care and wanted it in writing and they sent for a supervisor or maybe office manager who arrived on sight in about 10 minutes. When she came she said the same thing. I asked for her name and she got a gentlemen on the phone. He asked a few questions and I said I wanted it in writing that she would not be seen because I was filing a lawsuit the next morning. They brought her to a room and found she had double ear infections. So much garbage and hoops to jump through to get needed medical help.

How can a telemed conference tell if she has ear infections?! You guys are ridiculous.

Have used this Urgent Care Clinic multiple times. Everytime, 5he staff are very kind and courteous. The times I used them, the wait was less than 10 mins from walk in to being called back to be seen.

I went to the Moore location to have myself and my 20 month old daughter checked for strep and flu. We barely had to wait in the waiting room before the nurse (Deja Marie...hope I spelled that right) called us back. She took our histories and vitals efficiently, and within a few minutes, the PA Crystal came in to see us. Crystal was extremely friendly and patient with my little girl who wasn t so sure about someone poking around her ears and mouth. Deja took the flu and strep swabs so fast that my daughter didn t even know what happened and didn t cry a bit! Our results came back quickly and Crystal explained her treatment plan for each of us. We were in and out in probably 30 minutes, and our rx s were sent to the pharmacy we asked for by the time I got there. Definitely recommend this urgent care!

I went in with cold and a cough and met with Crystal. She is by far my favorite one there. She always gets me what I need to get better. She has a great spirit and always lifts me up when I am not feeling well. Great positive attitude. Went there last night and feeling a bit better today. Thanks Crystal and Urgent Care.

The team is always so kind. My daughter seems to always need to go to the doctor during off hours. She can be sensitive and so I appreciate the extra care and concern they provide. I highly recommend this clinic.

Got me in & out pretty quickly, but the doctor didn't even lay hands on me - I had an aggressive rash that was quickly spreading from my R ankle to my L ear.

I brought my 100 year old mother here for the 3rd time. There is easy access, prompt check in and I have always been pleased with the attention she has received. This time her problem was given thoughtful consideration and I was allowed to express my thoughts about her care. She was given medication and is improving. I'm thankful to have this option for her health care issues.
