The guys here are the best. Took my son here to look at bikes. This will be his first Harley. The sales manager and my sales man both were patient. They were more interested in educating me and my boy about the right bike than they were about making a sale that instant. Because of that they earned our business as soon as we are ready to buy. They stayed with us an hour after close even though they knew we weren't buying that day. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I called Fox River and spoke to Brian Rapier. I explained to him that I had just finished up a divorce resulting in a poor credit score but I was approved through Harley Credit. I was looking to do a Rider to Rider purchase. I told him three other Chicago Harley finance guys said that they basically didn't want to waist their time on putting such a small deal together. Brian on the phone said that his job was to bring people together and make deals. Within minutes he called me back and said that he had the deal put together. I had not even been into the dealership, the deal was done all over the phone. That evening I drove to the dealership and I signed the documents. Two days later I had a heritage anniversary motorcycle which I had wanted for years.

A little message to the other dealers: Too bad that you didn't do a little research on my purchase history over the years with the Harley Davidson Company. This may have been a one time small deal but all the other related after market purchases that you lost will be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. All my friends and family will know just which dealer treated me with dignity and put me back on a Harley.

Took my bike in for appraisal and was offered 4500. I bought the bike last summer from harley Woodstock for 14k. Really!!! Corporate America blows!!!

Fambulous sales staff and excellent service department. I've used to use another HD dealer closer to home but always left disappointed. Now I go out of my way to use Fox River HD. The wait to get in might be longer than most but its worth it!

I purchased a Harley from Fox River HD. Shawn E. was absolutely awesome. I'm a first time buyer and he held my hand like I was a two year old through the whole process. Great, genuine is reflected from the second he shakes your hand. Thank you Shawn for your help, and dedication. You represent Fox River Harley, and the Harley name extremely well. There was also a nice gentlemen Brian there. He too was an unbelievably nice guy. Answered all my rookie questions, and joked around generously. They truly reflect that they enjoy what they do! My concern was I was going to go and be pressured into buying, and my inexperience was going to be taken advantage of. I do not feel like that occurred. If either of you two read this, Thank You!!!! I left the shop wanting to fill out an application to work there because of the environment I experienced.

Corey Bryan was an awesome help. We spent pretty much the entire day there. We really only went in for helmets and gloves. When everything was said and done we walked out of there with everything! 2 bikes, 2 helmets, a pair of boots, and a pair of gloves. Today was just an exciting day, and to be apart of a new bike family. They really all helped make this day great. Thank you all so much! Can't wait for the class and to finally have my very own bike to ride.

This place makes you feel at home. No pressure salesman and negotiating was quick and easy. Outstanding dealership.

If you want to buy a brand new Harley, if your Harley is get warrantied service, or if you need an oem part today, this is certainly an option. For anything else, you are better served at a better price elsewhere. I want to like this place, I really do, but they are a big dealership and don't seem to care about the individual customer. The prices are high for merchandise and service. If your bike is out of warranty, why pay twice as much and have them take twice as long? Buy a used bike for less, visit an independent shop for less.

Staff was great we enjoyed the entire experience..in fact my wife and I are heading back to get her one in a couple weeks

My husband and I both bought our bikes from here. I bought mine on a recommendation from him because they gave him free storage for life. I was on board when I heard that and they offered me the same deal as well. Unfortunately that only ever applied to the first year. Every year we are told "you have to spend this amount of money" to store your bike here. It's getting more and more expensive every year. In fact this year it will cost $600 dollars just to store both bikes. That doesn t include and service or maintenance. If I want "free" storage, I have to spend $1000 on services or apparel. Don't let them reel you in on the "free storage" promise. I've tried to tell them every year that I was promised free storage but every year they stop returning my phone calls after offering to look into it. Get it in writing.

Have tried reaching out to the GM s and leaving several messages. Kind of reinforces my review. I called, upon his request and have been given the run around.

This store is also very involved with the local motorcycle community.

They generously lend their sponsorship to charitable events and rides, in addition to occasionally hosting various programs on their property featuring live entertainment and related motorcycle organizations. such as ABATE, AMA, MSF, MRF, etc.

Its ok but everytime I go they dont have parts in stock that they say they do or cant find not sure what the problem is but their is one. I ran a inventory for 25 years load up on parts for winter projects you know its here and people are doing them but hey thats my thoughts

Pushy sales staff won't leave you alone, called me sometimes 3 or 4 times in a day. Wish they weren't cause they are the only triumph dealership near me.

stored my bike and had work done by the service department.I called 8 times to find out status was told by personnel they have to look at records and get back to me,I got 1 callback only after I spoke to the general manager. When I went to pick up bike they asked what time so they can have it ready I waited 1hour after I paid then only to find out the work wasn't done to my specifications.Tthe service attendant gave me the impression he was doing me a favor, will never have any service work done by them again. my tab was over one thousand dollars. the only one caring enough to try to correct the problem was the parts clerk .Must say never had problems with apparel that's why I gave two stars

Had a great experience purchasing my 2008 Nightster here. The dealership was huge, so there was a lot to look at, and the sales associate I worked with, Biana, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There was not a whole lot of pressure put on me to buy, just to see what's available and to find what I'm looking for within my budget.

Limped in on Saturday place packed 50 miles from home. Told Tony from service the problem I was having he immediately went to find find someone who could take a look. Within 10 minutes Tony and Keth rolled a diagnostic cart outside. Keth not only found the problem on mine but took care of my buddy's trike also. They had mine inside and fixed in less than 1 hr. These guys are friendly and fast even though it was late in the day and still packed with customers.

So it keeps asking me to write a review. Okay so I've never bought a motorcycle from them but I have been there many times motorcycle charity runs. They are great hosts and then make sure everybody has a good! With that said the next time I'm in need of buying a motorcycle I am going there first!

Needed my intake gaskets replaced and bike detailed, gaskets were not installed, they were sitting on top of the battery, front and bottom of saddle bags never touched, wrinkle finish on engine had white residue from sloppy wax job, TOTALLY rip off

This will be a little lengthy, but worth the read. I bought my bike here 5 1/2 years ago. The sales experience was out of this world. They blew away other dealers on the price of the bike by a mile, and I was just wanting a regular Ultra Classic. I ended up buying an Ultra Limited for CHEAPER that what everyone else wanted for a regular Ultra Classic. Thru the years Fox River has made a majority of the repairs on my bike. I have to go out of my way to take the bike there because the one right here in my home town can never get to it right away. Fox River was always quick and hassle free. Last year in September, they had to rebuild my motor and trans with the bike only having 62k miles on it (no, I do not abuse my bike. I take VERY good care of it). It was all covered under the ESP plan. Just this last weekend, I was in Port Huron, Michigan when the bike broke down. I had the nearest Harley dealer pick it up and see what was wrong with it. Mind you my warranty expired this last April. They told me the top of the head blew near the exhaust. That head was just replaced under the warranty last September. I figured since its been just one week under a year and almost 21,000 miles after the fact, I was buying a new piston head. I just received the phone call of the year. The dealer in Michigan had contacted Fox River, and For River said they'd stand behind their work and cover the repairs!!!!!!!!!! I'm stunned. I'm ecstatic!!!!!! Fox River Harley just continues to amaze me. Thank you for being a true stand up dealership!!!!! This bike will be paid for in just a couple of months and I am planning on buying a second one in the near future. They have definitely earned my business. You guys keep up the phenomenal customer service that you provide to your customers. Yes, this is a copy and paste from the review I left on their Facebook page. I didn't want to retype this huge review. Again, I can't say enough about this dealership. Just amazing.

After searching hours for a particularly random Harley part and contacting MANY Harley dealers, Alex in the parts department took the trouble to scour the entire Harley North America Dealer network and identify the one dealer who had the part in stock. Been a Fox River fan for almost 7 years. From the moment you walk in it's like a family. Sales, service, motor clothes, and parts all have people that go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of and you leave happy. Bought 3 bikes from them and get all my work done there. If you need it they can make it happen. Give them a chance and you will not leave disappointed.

I went to this location looking to get help with sizing/purchase of a helmet, gloves, and boots. I wish that I could say that I was treated poorly, as it would take someone to actually acknowledge my presence in order to be treated poorly. Needless to say, I will be making all of my future purchases and repairs elsewhere.
