Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious room. Slight musty smell when we entered, which dissipated quickly. Definitely worth the price.

Ambience- 5/5 It has a great view and ambience. Food 3/5: Lack of variety in the menu. Alcohol was not served when we visited. We were diappointed with 3 out of 4 items we ordered. Service: 5/5 staff was courteous.

One of the best hotels in Mumbai. The Aer Lounge offers excellent food, drinks, service and a view worth spending on. San Qi is their upscale Asian restaurant and bar. It is expensive and posh, but worth every penny!

Nice quiet hotel. Good staff very helpful and polite especially Mr Kartik at lobby. Good coffee shop staff. Recommended for stay. Nice large room with separate dressing room and luggage.

Almost near to perfect place to go... I love to go here to watch sunset or for clubbing at late night. The view from 35th floor is amazing and in happy hours (5PM - 8PM) you can try the most amazing cocktails there. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with one of the most amazing views in Mumbai. A must go place. Do check out AER while you are there. Cant miss it.

Been to AER lounge for the fuss I've been hearing about this chic place and it turns out to be the best night in Mumbai. Indigenous food and drinks varieties followed by humble service from the staff. Couldn't stop taking pictures!

Good place, good professional staff, well conducted show there. Dislike that the loos don't have water and only tissue paper. This is India not a foreign country

Nice hotel ; very good service but 2 big problems happened :
- they wanted to charge me extra for a breakfast that i asked many times if it was free...
- they told me i didn't pay for the stay , we lost several minutes ... bad management quality on the counter ...

I've only been to a couple of places in Four Seasons, and my experience from that has been fairly positive. While the place looks great, the conference room on second floor is a bit oddly located, and the grand room can very easily feel small for weddings. Probably don't invite too many people.

Fantastic hotel in the Mumbai area. The staff from the minute we met them at the airport were unbelievable and accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted by the head of the concierge who met us in our room and checked us. Location is not ideal but food and rooms make up for it.

Beautiful view from the aer terrace lounge. Make sure you visit a lil before sunset and see the sky break into orange that view of the sea with amazing cocktails and scrumptious food.

Was very bad .The staff do not respond On time. The room are very noisy at night .When complained about the noise, it was not attended for long time .it was not at all a good experience. Waiting for the response of my complaint .

My first visit and I must say wow. Definitely not my last. Beautiful hotel and beautiful ambience.

The service provided by the Hotel is really amazing. The employees are courteous and very much helpful. The restaurant has lot of space. Ordered the Alfredo Pasta which was extremely delectable. The best part was the Cheese Cake ordered. The plating was amazing and very delicious. This mouth watering dessert was the focus of the evening.

Really disappointed as liquor was not available for some govt issues, but in mocktails also only 10 options that at cost of 500 not worthy for that price, and rare in veg starters. but staffs behavior and food was appreciable for timely service liked the complimentary peanuts tastes real yummy
