Four Seasons Mumbai Review

Today on valentine's day i called on this number don't know why it rang off three times.. never had experience like this..

The service was excellent, however, the room's wifi wasn't working very well.

Adjacent to cremation ground was disappointing... no one expect that on a room view

Good hotel but the food at coffee shop or at are was pathetic.

Security is very bad bheviae all vehicles owner and driver

Lovely hotel, management is excellent, there are good resturants, food is good, many shopping shops and service is excellent, just go to stay there.

A five star hotel with conference and congregation facility

Great hotel ! Fantastic Roof Top bar with excellent views of Mumbai at night ! Great place to meetup with family & friends ! Very friendly staff !

one of the best hotels in Bombay. the staff is super nice. My airline lost my luggage so the hotel arranged for someone to pick it up at 3am when it arrived the next day and he brought it to my room. they even gave me a free pair of new clothes to use in the meantime...so so so nice Also they offer a great car rental option through the hotel they provide a driver to take you around in a luxury 7-series BMW for the whole day ($200) so you can go sightseeing or run errands and not have to worry about constantly getting an Uber or trying to negotiate for a taxi. it was also raining/monsoon, so having the car + driver to go everywhere was amazing.

Pro Tip: make sure you book this hotel through Amex Travel website if you have the Platinum card; you get free breakfast for 2, 2 free massages, late checkout and a free room upgrade

Great place to stay with amazing facilities, but the food is not that great. One would expect much more from a 5 star hotel.

Went to the spa. Good service, very comfortable, good treatment.

Loved my stay here. Got my staycation with half board . Dinner and Breakfast at SanQi was a highlight. The room and bathroom was huge and had an amazing sea view @ all times of the day. Yes even in the dead of night when the moon light was reflecting on sea.

Nice hotel. We were disappointed that the rooftop bar Aer wasn't serving alcohol.

Sadly the place we wanted to visit was closed for the Monsoons!

Wonderful stay in Mumbai with exceptional service. Special thanks to Kalidas Dattatray Ghodekar who was my driver.
Not only did he take me to my business meetings but showed me around the city. I normally come into town for business without experiencing the city but I leave Mumbai with a special appreciation for the city, history and culture thanks to Kalidas.

Good hotel but in the crowded area of worli. Very convenient if your work is in this part of the city because travel time can be saved

The Hotel was way beyond my expectations.

I went with my family and my pet. The staff were so courteous towards us including my pet.
Miss Lokeshwari and Mr Meet were absolutely helpful, kind as well as professional at the same time.

We stayed in the family suite and it was worth every penny we paid .

We went there for one day but loved it so much that we extended it for another day.

Loved the place and the people around.

And my pet GINGER loves all the staff there.

This is a five star hotel with five star restaurant. The bar on the top is excellent. I have never stayed there but look like a business boutique hotel and well maintained.

Must visit "Aer " 34th floor... For sunset drinks@ happy hour. It is to die for!

Run of the mill Four Seasons Hotel. Nothing special. In fact if you don't look, you would not know you are in India. Boring.

It's a great and marvelous place to stay. Their services are stupendous. Staffs are highly educated and well mannered. I personally give a thumbs up for it. Must visit.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at hands down! Every member of staff I interacted with were polite and very professional. The hotel and room were modern, clean and very spacious. Highly recommended for your stay in Mumbai and the hotel is in a fantastic location.

Pros-
1- located in the prime location of Mumbai
2- view of Arabian sea
3- coperative staff
4- best breakfast buffet spread I have visited so far in India, lot of variety.
Cons-
1-The way to the hotel gets conjusted as you reach near
2- though it has a view to Arabian sea, slums right below it kills the feel.
3- I was there for a press conference and realised that the foyer area was smaller than it appeared on the photos
4- while one can enjoy the amazing breakfast spared the lunch buffet was not impressive. The menu was rote and not in sync.

One of the best hotel , it's good look rich and makes you feel riches as well and of course experience but definitely a place to stay. Every friendly and service oriented staff and nice pub's to hangout@

Fantastic ambience. Delicious dinner and great for Christmas or New Years. The hospitality and style is great to take family or meet for business dinner or lunch. Nice security and safety provided.

View from the location is fab and service is pretty good too.

Best cafe restaurant on top floor, very good rooms.

I visited Four Seasons for an evening dinner hosted by one of our business partners the food was of a very high standard and the service quality was also very good Four Seasons has been one of my favourite hotels in Central Mumbai it has a lovely ambience I think this is a great place to host a party or a conference the hotel has a good infrastructure and is well equipped to host such gatherings

I think their eatery options continue to be extremely limited. And in some cases also not value for money. But not too bad a place for conferences and business meetings.

Famous for its uber-luxe ambience and roof top lounge AER.. good for a short business trip.

Great place, good location and nice service. The staff is cordial and tends to their clients promptly. The only downside is that the valet service takes way too long. The food is good and their rooftop bar is a great place to hangout during evenings. However it remains shut during the monsoon season.

The aer lounge is superb. And the view from there is mind blowing

The staff was amazing. Everyone was accommodating and helpful... the people here were phenomenal. The hotel, unfortunately, needs to step up their game. Replace the stained carpets, update the rooms, and for God's sake...apply netting or something so you don't need a full-time staff member to chase the pidgeons out of the pool.
This is in no way the caliber of the Four Seasons in any other location. It greives me to give this rating. I love Mumbai, I love the people who are working at the Four Seasons.
