Four Seasons Mumbai Review

This hotel has been wonderful, the pool and staff were most accommodating. I have been traveling for two weeks and found it nice to relax by the pool. Be warned the area is not the greatest but I would still stay again for the service and luxury!

Great Hotel, perfect midtown location. Good Restaurants and Club

Four Seasons Mumbai is a nice business hotel with shopping malls close by having all the amenities one expects of a five star hotel.

Pros:
1. Beautiful large room with nice sea view.
2. Large bathroom with Forest Essential toiletries.
3. Very tasty in room dining (we had Indian lunch).
4. Excellent breakfast spread with nice courtyard view.
5. Good service from housekeeping as well as during breakfast.

Cons:
1. You are required to pay incidental charges of Rs 5,000 up front over and above the full room rate. I've stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in Mumbai and no one practices this policy.
2. My major grouse is the absence of health faucet in commode. Almost all international brands like Toto, Grohe, Roca, Kohler etc are offering washlets in their w/c. When you're in India, this thing counts as a major miss. Kindly install a Toto washlet in the toilet.
3. Pool is quite small but good for kids.
4. Aer lounge was completely covered by plastic sheets due to rain so couldn't enjoy it.

The food was excellent. Right from the drinks to the starters and the main course. Simple dishes with enhanced flavors. Loved it. Will definitely be visiting again

I was okay paying 800 for a bottle of water and 500 per liter of air I breath but 2500 to take a piss seemed a little excessive.

PS. The hard boiled eggs were delicious.

Four Seasons is a very Nice Hotel. Bars and Restaurant here are just awesome. Nice Hospitality.

Wow...what a nice hotel , its one of the best ,, went to mumbai from very far in a return tour but now i am stuck in this city....but i loved eggs and ordered 100 of them ...but .now i am on the streets ...

Location was good. Easily accessible. Didn't get a chance to visit the rooms. Service was good. Food was also good. I had visited Four Seasons Hotel for a professional event.

I walked in from tired from my nasty long flight. The excellent customer service I got from the staff was ut of this world. I loved it.

Difficult to find space in a place like Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai. Space is a luxury in Mumbai and Four Seasons hotel just explains this beautifully. Not quite evident from outside but once you enter the hotel premises, it's beautifully constructed with pool, lounge, reception, lobby etc. Nice and cozy place to be.

The hotel is good property...
I was in a event..the banquet team and staff is laziest i have ever seen. These guys just cant service you on time... Request them 4times minimum for even a glass of water... Plz book an oyo/air bnb and order food from swiggy...

Nice midtown hotel. Club floor has stupendous views. Service is 5 star meaning just about ok.

Conspicuously situated in Upper Worli at the right distance from seaface for a perfect view from any window or balcony. One could easily argue the place is highly underrated, but it will rarely dissapoint. AER is perfect for that perfect that you would want to spend the night with.

Best Spot for the couple.
Anyhow I love the place!

One of my favourite places for formal and informal meetings. It's right in the heart of the city and has some lovely restaurants.

Amazing food and ambience .... Beautiful rooms.. good banqueting venue

Its luxiours.hotel. worth 5 star rating.recieving from the airport and dropping to the airport. Is all perfect.staff is very friendly.u will have your own lift key lock.no outsiders or the visitors can use lift with out any permission.room service is perfect.

Has an excellent roof top bar. The coffee shop is also quite nice

Can't believe you're still in Mumbai.

Beautiful facade and approach. Good food and open spaces. Only problem is reaching the place. At the moment due to the Mumbai Metro work going on, traffic moves at snail's pace.

The room was good. Excellent toiletries and the in-room french press is a good touch. The air conditioning was a problem with the room getting warm regularly thanks to the centralized cooling system. The breakfast, however, was the biggest letdown. The spread itself was much smaller than some of the other 5 stars in Mumbai. The options, however, were better.

A good breakfast though limited options. The place is a few kilometers away from the ghat which is nice if you like some peace and quiet away from the maddening crowd and noise of the old city. The staff where extremely helpful in organizing transportation even at 2 am for my temple visit and the driver was very reliable and took care of your needs The in-house restaurant seemed very popular with the locals and residents. I did not eat much but what I tried was tasty.
The staff was very helpful, the food was good ! Loved the cafe area gave a very up class vibe to the place !
Stay Banaras was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hospitality shown by these lovely people was second to none, we were treated wonderfully, and so were able to have the experience of a lifetime in Varanasi. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience. Hospitality is very good, rooms are very well maintained. Their Chef (dont remember name) was very nice and at the time of breakfast he made few delicious items. Overall it's good. Must visit and stay

I loved the place.... Its such a good location. So I took a late night booking. Breakfast was complimentary.... Well, I didn't necessarily enjoy the breakfast but it's my fault to have ordered an eggs benedict with ham... Try the masala dosa, that's something I wish I ordered. The buffet has fruits and all other sweet options....Opt for the open space seating for breakfast. It's much better.

Explicit interiors and antique creations... Will love the stay and hospitality of the inmates... You'll feel so special and invited... Ample and sophisticated technologies and infrastructure... Longing to visit again...

A real haven in the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. It felt a very luxurious stay. Incredibly good service and felt very looked after. Staff even checked in when I was unwell and brought me coconut water. Pool nice to hang out by after sight seeing during the day.
