Great hotel if you are having meetings in Lower patella or south Mumbai

Good place for party's and reception i.e. on the terrace.

Excellent hotel for a social gathering. Food is amazing.

Good ambience and also it's a nice place for a corporate meeting

Great location, great facilities, rooms are well equipped with amenities, room size are above average and views from higher floors are super. Close to Shopping arcades, the Racecourse and Gateway Of India...

Was there for bussines event at bussines center 6th Floor, courteous staff good internet line for video conference.

Great experience staying hr...its lik my second home. .stayed hr many a times. .jus loved it....I jus lov everything over hr....looking forward to b there one more time....

Except high profile clientele, the hotel has very little to show off. Small coffee shop, very little open area. But guest profile among the Mumbai's best, recommended especially for the night lovers

A good place to stay. Polite courteous staff. The concierge team needs to work though on their communication skills. Over all a good experience for me. I stayed for three nights at this property. I strongly recommend it to people that have work in the heart of the Mumbai City.

We only stopped in here for a drink but service was abysmal. Took 20 minutes to get us our orders, and that after informing us that our first and second choices were unavailable. Hope the rooms are better than the bar.

Beautiful. Fantastic stay. Absolutely divine cuisine. Friendly staff. Prompt service. The rooms were fabulous.

Second time staying here. Very comfortable rooms, great view from roof-top bar, very fine restaurants. From the roof-top you see the Arabian Sea (sunset view), and after dark the glittering skyline is striking.

Four seasons collected Rs. 5000/- from me which was supposed to be refunded at the time of check out, which they did not. After I wrote to the hotel to refund the money I received a reply informing me that I will get the refund within a week. It is more than a month but I haven't received the refund. Never had this kind of experience with any hotel.

Best facility. The hotel is international based business. Nice scene of ocean.

Great food. Small but nicely done rooms. Great window view. Food especially mutton was excellent.

This was our first time in Mumbai and at a four seasons but it won't be the last. The staff was phenomenal and always aimed to please especially Imam. The concierge were helpful. The rooftop was amazing especially during sunset and great to unwind. The spa was blissful. The food was flavorful with options for westerners as well. The restaurant San qi was a perfect blend of Asian and indian cuisines. Waiters were terrific and knew what to recommend. Overall, our experience was memorable and plan to return!

Nice roof top restaurant for a quick bite. But small lobby. Good rice preparation.

"Call to prayer from giant loudspeakers" or "protest against the towering neighbor next to our neighborhood." I don't care which it is, a 5:15 wakeup call and an 8:00 PM or so interruption mean that you can't sleep, no matter which time zone you're coming from.

Great breakfast, great service, and immaculate cleaniless can't make up for the lack of sleep.

I have to say that it is an amazing hotel. I went there to be interviewed on the behalf of Stanford University. The staff was quite friendly and why wouldn t they be? Since there was a lot of sound on the ground floor near the cafe, we went to the 33 floor on the building from the whole city s view was absolutely spectacular.

I did order Coffee while I was getting interviewed and the coffee tasted really good, obviously not the best. So I would definitely recommend this hotel to you guys.

Nice and clean Room, variety of complimentary breakfast@ cafe . They also have very good Restaurant. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Swimming pool ,spa and Gym are available. Overall it was nice experience for us.

My visit to the San:Qi restaurant 12.1.19 has left me with good memories and satisfied my palate. The ambience , the varieties of drinks and dishes, bespoke alterations to the food on the menu and the impressive courteous service is exemplary. Worth a visit. Dush Thakkar UK.

Great hotel in Central Mumbai. Has some good views of the city from higher floors. The good in San Qi and the breakfast spread in the coffee shop are quite impressive. Aer, their rooftop bar is a very popular Mumbai watering hole, affording some majestic views and is perfect for Mumbai sunsets. Needless to say, all this is alarmingly expensive.
