A beautiful hotel. spacious, gorgeous room with a walk in closet. As well as rooftop bar with a stunning view at night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as in room dining is inviting and yummy. The hotel is centrally located and close to the high street Phoenix mall with is extremely convenient.

Look, the sunset views here are great, the vibe is great. I was sad to learn Aer is not longer serving booze. But the law is the law I guess. Still great and staff is awesome. Also stayed at hotel previously and the rooms are amazing. Breakfast is lovely. Also an Asian restaurant on the premises with amazing wine selection

AER is worth a visit. Beautiful rooftop view of Bombay.

Hotel is Amazing. Interior is also good. But i am not impressed with the locality. When i was attending the event the chef was gary mehigan. Amazing experience.

Centrally located, it is near both the city's film and financial districts, while still commanding a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea, although sluggish traffic can prove problematic for travelers planning to frequent the tourist attraction..

Seems expensive. I was there for a business dinner.

Good hotel, centrally located and good restaurants.

Hotel was lovely and staff was wonderful. They left us little treats, like a fruit basket and a chocolate cake. The maids made us a rose petal bath while we were out and about! So cute. They were super accommodating, as I got sick and they allowed us to extend our check out. They also made me a special drink to soothe my stomach.

Overall highlights: the suite was spacious and beautiful, the spa was relaxing, and the breakfast was pretty good. If you have time, be sure to use the spa s facilities the jacuzzi is INCREDIBLE. They also have a crystal steam room and hot//cold showers for a multi-sensory experience.

Rooftop bar is cool but feels like it s trying too hard.

The outdoor pool situation doesn t really work. The pool itself is beautiful but the pool area is covered in pigeons. There s lots of construction outside so you feel like you re swimming in the middle of a metropolis (not in a good way).

As a FYI: The hotel is situated next to some burned out buildings and slums. It is really sad to see the wealth discrepancy between a 5-star hotel and the poorest of the poor.

Aer, the roof top restaurant is the highlight. Sancqi the restaurant is great too. However the hotel has a small lobby which feels a little odd. Not stayed here so can't comment on it.

I have been here with my sir.i loved the food, thai dish. You can try the sushi and katsu rolls. They are really awesome!

Severely poor show and management of the event. Half cooked Food, minimal staff and worst cutlery shortage.

Fantastic hotel. Nice building. Mumbai is biggest city in india. So here hotels quality are standard. Hotels nature & service are good. Have a parking place, wifi, garden, Swimming Pool, A.c, game place & many Entertainment item. So easily stay this hotel. Hotels are loceted near main road. So easily reach many importent place. Some luxury hotels have near the beach.But hotels rate are high..

An amazing place, amazing amenities, and unlike other hotels the food is amazing. Totally recommend it.

This hotel is centrally located in south-central Mumbai. The location scores in terms of accessibility and convenience. The place has a stately and elegant vibe yet when you enter exudes a warm and inviting feeling. The cafe on the ground floor is lovely and cozy. Also ty their signature Asian restaurant San-Qi which gets 5 points for taste, menu variety and ambience. All in all a wonderful experience.

We are coming back again and again here for our corporate activities because their support for corporates is really good. Events, award functions, conferences, lectures and the like. This also being situated in the heart of the city makes it more convenient for access from all parts of the city.

The people working here are so helpful and polite. Thumbs up to a great hotel with greater staff! Well done for everything. They all pay attention to your very needs. Totally impressed

I attended a social event there. The service was not as good as I had expected. The food was mediocre.

Roof top is one of best place to see Mumbai night life, you can have couple of drinks and get high on high.

Hardly lives up the Reputation of the American versions.

Awesome rooms, great restaurants and superb customer service.

No complaints with the service of the hotel. No one came to collect our luggage when we arrived at the hotel. It was the only negative point about the service and also no valet assigned to park your car.

San Qui excellent cuisine, pleasing interiors and good service

One of the best experiences ever. The AER lounge is a beauty. The setting, the layout and the 360 degree view from the rooftop around the whole cityscape of Mumbai was amazing. You can see Haji Ali dargah and the see beyond limits right from the place where you sit enjoying your favourite drink or meal or both. Menu is good. Food is tasty. Preparation and presentation both are admirable. Drinks are good too. I'd definitely recommend this. Although it is best suited for people looking for dating restaurant, you can come here with a bunch of friends too. Staff is helpful and good mannered. Go for it, atleast once!

Very nice hotel, the staff and very friendly! Well kept and restaurants have lots to offer, watching the sun go down from the rooftop is the best part!

Lovely hotel n the heart of city, centrally located.

Very nice experience while AGM on VC of enfosy at this place. Good audio & visual, comfortable sitting arrangement followed by variety of snacks & drinks. Hotel staff is very cooperative. This place is fine for small corporate meetings.

Attended Assocham 12th Global Summit held at the Great Hall, Four Seasons. The venue was very spacious and beautiful and very ambient for such events. Food was quite good.

It gives you everything inside. The view from the balcony is superb.

Place is beautiful and my stay was fantastic. Staff is very helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend this place. We also ordered food and it was amazing.
