It is a fantastic place with all modern facilities and ambience. It is a sophisticated place with prices on a higher side but worth every penny of it. It is located in Lower Parel area and has attracted lot of domestic and international celebrities. It is centrally located and can easily be accessed using public transport.
Excellent rooms, spacious and comfortable.
Rooftop bar had buy 1 get 1 free, and cocktails were good. We also had Sunday buffet and it was excellent. Located across two levels it is worth checking out.

I would prefer it to everyone it has a roof top restaurant which have amazing view like you can see the whole of the city from the top watching the city from the top is delightful experience and it's awesome to have your food and drinks in windy environment the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the food is too expensive but would suggest everyone that do visit it.
Nice meal, I was around 13 and it was just nice to enjoy the ambiance.

Sharing details publically on insistence of hotel management who need more details. My wife, more than my self, is a regular visitor to this hotel due to the proximity to her office and many of her official meetings/events being arranged at this venue. Everytime she faces a problem for parking due to an unwritten hotel policy that chauffeur driven cars are not allocated parking space within the hotel and are forced to park outside. On being challenged, hotel staff offers a sheepish smile and says that they prefer to block internal parking space for their valets. Hence not a five star experience at all.
The place is clean and nice. The food is super expensive and super untasty.

One of the best hotel ever I seen. Really this is truly impressive, all the architecture of this hotel is top class, their services also best, I visited here yesterday for the Mahindra Racing event,. The taste of starter's and diner with dessert is also great,

We went to Aer bar.. unfortunately we could get alcohol as the bar was closed due to license issues but we enjoyed roop top view with sea side..
Very nice staff and facility in super. The room is good size and has all what you need to work and relax. The entrance of hotel is always missed and need to add a sign. Also metro is constructed around and will affect traffic for long. No beach culture in Mumbai and you will not be able to utilize beach location

Had the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve at the hotel and had a great time. Service is impeccable and we felt utterly spoiled. The rooftop bar, Aer, is a fun spot to hang out for a drink or two. It is unfortunate that the pollution is so bad that views were almost nonexistent when we were there. The pool is not too big, but plenty of space to lounge and relax, and it is very calm and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are perfect for a couple - so much room! We had the unfortunate experience of having a bad situation with a taxi driver on our way to the hotel from dinner and the bellmen took very good care and handled the situation very professionally. The breakfast was everything one could ask for and I liked that seating was a combination of indoor and outdoor seating. Would stay here again if back in Mumbai.

Excellent venue for business conference of large groups. Accessible by own vehicle, hire rides bus and local train. 15 minutes straight walk from Mahalaxmi station through race course road. Management team is good. Ground staff is supportive.

AER is excellent..... The hotel security at the gate needs to be picked up .... The Cars are checked according to the price of the car ... For eg. If you are in a range Rover you are free to drive in ... If you are in a VW / Jeep etc your car is checked
