Super Hotel. Visited there for a breakfast with APMA leadership team. Nice service.

The banquet on the second floor was perfect for a convocation ceremony. The guests were seated comfortably and the room shape allowed them to focus on the stage and speeches. The food was delicious and the service staff was prompt and cordial.

Luxurious place. Good landscaping. Safe secure. Larger rooms in 5 star category.

Pretty good, have only attended some corporate sessions.

Great place to chill out for a few hours. Booked the swimming pool & jacuzzi. Had an awesome time!

Hotel service is good. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy and with beautiful sea-view. I completely enjoyed my stay here. I also loved the breakfast buffet provided by the Hotel and the restaurants at the hotel provide awesome food. Definitely worth the stay!

I stayed in a deluxe city view room for 2 nights from the 21/4, really a 5 star hotel. The only thing I can find fault with was the view from the room. I'm back at the four seasons on the 28th for 3 nights and we really looking forward to it. Keep it up and well done

Absolutely flawless service! Nothing was too much for them and they genuinely aimed to please 100% of the time. Special shout out to Alanker, Shraddha and the guys at the reception.

Rooms are nicely sized and the bathrooms are lovely but there is a slight damp issue. You ll need a dehumidifier which will need to be turned on daily.

Overall an amazing stay and I can genuinely say that Four Seasons Mumbai is a real asset to the Four Seasons brand.

It is a 5 star luxuary hotel in Worli Mumbai. The room is spacious decorated with full view Arabian Sea. Here is banquet hall, and all types of business deal from here.The staffs are ready to your order and all facilities are available.

One of the best hotel for short time stay. Truly connected to all Eastern and Western zone of Mumbai.

I went to four seasons hotel mainly for the are lounge rooftop restaurant. The view in one word is spellbinding. It feels like bring at Column hotel rooftop at Sukhumvit Bangkok with the entire city glittering infront of you. The best time is to go in the Twilight zone of dusk to night. You see the entire city against the backdrop of the sea. Regarding the food at the place, frankly it's a big disappointment. Neither there are many options and they serve NO ALCOHOL DRINKS. The waiter informed about some licence problem. The taste of the pizza and the other starters were just about ok. Nothing great at all. They also don't serve dinner. Only starters. So if you plan to just have a nice view of the city from a 33 Rd floor then you are welcome.

Outstanding Hotel, loved every bit of it and definitely will come back. Thanks for making this a memorable stay :)

Fairly disappointed with our stay.
Being in a suite had no perks. Other Four seasons world wide have had a better service than here
Rooms not serviced in time and the whole attitude is very slack not hands on at all

We will be thinking twice before coming to stay with this hotel again

Even at breakfast waiter/waitress will come take orders, will being toast but no butter will give you cutlery and no napkin?? One has to keep asking. What kind of training is that for a 5* hotel. Sitting by the pool they have had to engage one person literally to shooh the crows and pigeons as they are out of hand. Don t get someone to keep them off, get an exterminator and get rid of those birds as they bring in a lot of diseases and are purely noisy.

They had everything taken care of for me even before I arrived, coordinating every detail on WhatsApp was easy and seamless.

Check-in was amazing, forget the check-in counter, let's go directly to the room and finalize the details there, promptly followed by your luggage and any welcome requests you may have.

The room itself was also gorgeous, top floor with an amazing view of Mumbai. The bathroom had separate tub and shower, the tub was by a floor to ceiling window with views of the Mumbai skyline.

The San:Qi restaurant was top notch. I had already been on Indian food overload, so I opted for the Japanese dinner. The fish was delicate and melted in my mouth, and the rice was served warm but not hot with a slight sweet and tangy flavor from the vinegar. The service was also outstanding, checking in with me very often and ensuring I was always comfortable.

The hotel gym was on the smaller end, but still covered a lot of ground in terms of all the equipment they had. Every kind of cardio you can ask for, as well as dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 30kg. They also offered sunrise yoga from 7am - 8am and sunset yoga from 5pm - 6pm.

Breakfast is served at Cafe Prato, which is their more accessible restaurant. Cafe Prato breakfast included plenty of cold and hot items on buffet, as well as a complimentary a la carte menu for those enjoying the buffet as well, making up for a lack of made-to-order station.

Lastly there's the Spa, which was a great offering for the tired traveler. The staff at the spa was super sweet, and the Ginger Lemon Tea that was served ahead of my appointment was so tasty that I came back for more!

I'm going to remember my stay here for quite some time, and the tired and wrecked shell-of-a-man that checked in was nowhere to be found after checking out.

Great place located close to the iconic Mahalaxmi race course area and right opposite Nehru Planetarium in worli . They also have a great roof top club Aer there is also good crowd here. The hospitality, service and ambiance is very great, truly an upscale place for stay.

Amazingly friendly service all around - and the restaurant was just exquisite.

i would like to put limelights on hotel four seasons worli mumbai i would like to tell you all that four seasons hotel is operating all illegal activities and also operate call illegal charges i would like to force that basement 1 and basement 2 has all illegal departments which Bmc and fire brigade has order to demolised both level also illegal laundry operation for staff as well as guest all laundry is out sources by vendor presto which charges 125 /- per shirt and four seasons charges 550++ for guest laundry guest and fooled and looted by hotel fourseasons worli mumbai

2) all indian breads and roti's also out sourced my four seasons for staff as well as for guest
3) aer bar is illegal and opened till midnight being open roof top bar alcohol is served and as we all are aware roof top bar is shut in mumbai but still its operational because of worli police station which manage by management as per rule bar should be closed after 1 am but still its operational through out nite without and hesitation
3) as we all knew that no childrens are allowed in restuarant where alcohol is served but one of the restaurant name Sanqi its a glass interior and wooden designed where there is no safety as per fire brigade rule there are 2 level and above level has only one entry and exit its very dangerous
Sanqi bar entertain kids near bar counter who are under their illegalised age group
3 ) few days back four seasons hotel secruity department and other department celebrated national festival where they disrespected indian flag ,indian symbol,indian map my question is to all four seasons core committee being canadian brand you should respect our nation flag and also respect all legal terms so please kindly respect guest expenses and their safety

Iconic 5* hotel in Lower Parel. Free parking available. Available bar, coffee shop with cakes, fine dining restaurant and rooftop bar (currently closed during monsoon).

Clean, but bad location. The hotel is right next to a very dirty area, and there is underground construction which is creating a lot of traffic. Service is good, but its not the Four Seasons amazing standard.

There is good foos, the San-Qi is perfect for Lunches and Dinners, and the sunset at Aer Lounge on the 33rd floor is beutiful. Aer also has live music on weekdays which is nice.

Aer, Four seasons Hotel, located at worli.. This place is beautiful.. really classy, spacious pleasant and the staff is very courteous!!! the ambience was amazing and the view was something you won't get tired clicking pics of, moreover it was so so breezy!!! Well I tried some mocktails and also made them!!! Truly one of the most amazing evening!!
We were made to taste some of the most amazing mocktails and cocktails..!! The chicken pizza was delicious!! The best part about the event was we could make our choice drinks!!! Well I made the Fantasy Island mocktail which was not only amazing in taste but also really very healthy as it had litchi, apple, ginger, kiwi and lemon!!! To sum it up.. the place is great.. definitely a top of the world feeling!!!

Worst experience..they don't allow you to enter in lift also if you are wearing floaters..very rude behavior by them. No value of customers. When we reached there we came to know that, we are not allowed to enter in the hotel because of footwear. Not taking even online booking and not informing about their policy. Food is also not very great. Please don't visit this restaurant
