Four Seasons Mumbai Review

By far one of the best hotels, I have ever been im Asia. The concierge was outstanding, we still think of him after a while. They also organised a architecture focused private tour for us, which was brilliant! Looking forward to get back and enjoy it again! Thank you!

Bed duet was stained, there was cockroach in room and rest all f&b facilities including room services were great.

Nice good location. Sea view is not worth. Rooms r clean with good interiors. No need to spend on sea view room as it doent add much to room view

Went there for a corporate event. Though the arrangements were pretty amazing but the dinner didn't live upto the expectations.

What rooms, what a view of the sea! What a breakfast spread! A stay here begs for a visit to the hot tubs and the swimming pool. Half the price from st. Regis, it's really worth it, staying here. The staff is also very courteous. Really happy with my stay here.

The interior of the hotel is superb. But the surroundings of the hotel not as good as expected. The facilities provided cannot be doubted, one of the best. Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights was mesmerized by the service. The quality of living was fabulous. The maintenance was quite astonishing. It deserves the appreciation for its staff members cooperation.

AER lounge at 34th floor facing sea is just a perfect place to enjoy the sunset anyday.

Nice relaxing ambience on the entry side (city view) and a more vibrant atmosphere to the beach side. Must visit during sunset. Expect international prices for drinks.

If you want to stay out of Bombay for a second, head to the Four Seasons.

Lovely rooms, smiling and helpful staff, can't beat the breakfast, hands down best jacuzzi in town :)

Good central Location in Mumbai. The food pricing is unreasonable in terms of portions and presentation and complementary items which is expected from a five star. Overall staff is good business meeting rooms are decent as expected but did not see facilities like converters cables kept.
Rooms are well maintained and well equipped. Breakfast has variety.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and took the lunch and dinner inclusive package.
EVERYTHING about our stay was impeccable.
The room, the food, the service, everything was of the highest quality.
The room and bathroom, both were quite spacious. The bathroom was equiped with all necessary items, the toiletries were by KAMA, another luxurious part on its own, and the bath tub was much larger than the ones we are used to see at other hotels. This was the most striking feature which made the stay even more relaxing.
The food was out of a set menu and inspite of being served in-room, the food was sent hot and properly packaged. The service and hospitality were also extremely prompt and of high standards. The in-room coffee maker had a variety of teas- Green, Chamomile, Darjeeling, Earl Grey etc, and there was a French press for the coffee with caffeinated and de-caf grounds as well. The TV had various channels and multiple options for a viewer.
All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons. It was exactly the kind of experience one would expect from a 5 star luxury hotel.

The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The bed is so soft that you'll fall asleep the moment you lay down. Also, the staff is really courteous and friendly. They make your stay a pleasant experience.

I liked the hotel but unfortunately, AC was down. The hotel was nice to offer alternate hotel.
A part from that everything was perfect.
