I visited this place due to my work meetings. But I had a great opportunity to explore the place. Their staff is also good and quite helpful. I had a meeting with my client there and we explored the place. The place is quite clean and they have a proper facilities for handicap people like washroom and entrance. I tried their snacks and it is also good. But if you consider the price it's quite at higher side. But if you can afford it. Then you can enjoy their some of luxury facilities. All in all its a great place.

The four seasons is fantastic hotel in mumbai. Beautiful rooms and huge spaces. Offers a splendid environment for work. The roof top bar aer is the place to be at night.

A Four Seasons breakfast indeed! Indulgent spread of food available with great service from Alankar who was always attentive and who anticipated your next move. The breakfast was a bit cold at times - but this could just be me being fussy.
A swift check-out experience echoing the high standards of the check-in. When we got to the airport, we were told that our flight was delayed by 5 hours. I called the duty manager, Aditya, who swiftly sent the hotel's cars back to pick us up from the airport and take us back to the hotel, even though we had already checked out. On top of this our entire room was refreshed with new amenities and towels and an additional packed breakfast was prepared for us. This was unparalleled service received!

Great atmosphere with a super professional and courteous team

Stayed here for 3 nights. Suite was comfortable, luxurious. I feel they have spent good money in making the most comfortable rooms. Full Marks for the room layout. Services are a bit ho hum but if you complain they act on it. Overall I recommend this as good value for money.

Lovely rood top bar for stunning views, gorgeous sunset and tasty mocktails. Went for a special occasion and was a lovely place to spend it watching the changing scenery and lights.

Nice property with courteous staff. Buffet breakfast is good. The only issue, don't have good views from room.

An excellent property, rooms are very good but the service and staff is even better. Loved the breakfast buffet and specially the way that the staff is always there for everything at the drop of a hat.

We went to the rooftop bar. My husband had only sandels.Which was not appropriate dress code. But Mahesh at the reception saved the day. He found us a pair of dress shoes. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you.

We was very happy with the hotel until one thing. At check out we want pay in Rs but unfortunately was deducted from credit card in eur so I lost 100 eur. For hotel staff I confirmed that I would like to pay in Rs.

Good experience. Like most Mumbai hotels, the Ingress & exit are congested, but once inside, a true 5 star hospitality

Traffic is more less area of parking but staff are more attentive especially i specify the name of the girl in conceirge asifa and sauffer Aslam amazing skill to interact which show the warmth and hospitality .and Vijay also hats off great knowledge of places

Nice hotel as usual four seasons' standard but the nearest attraction is the High Street shopping complexes. It is close but not an attractive walking proposition due to constructions on the road.

Great views, great staff and service, and great food. Gym spa and pool are also wonderful. I loved the breakfast and the dinner and bar at sanqui are also excellent. Really an outstanding hotel - also close to good bars and restaurants.

THE PLACE IS GOOD FOR RICHES BUT THE STAFF THERE IS NOT SO GOOD IN TERMS OF WORKING THEY ARE AMAZING BUT WHEN IT COMES TO HUMAN NATURE I CAN'T SAY MUCH. SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD LUXURIOUS PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITHOUT HUMAN INTERACTION YOU SHOULD BE GOOD HERE.

The lovely hotel of Mumbai I really like the exterior to interior looks of hotel the hotel is too charming as well as the polite staff and superb management as well as the amminiteis like jym , laundry, swimming pool and clean big room with lovely decoration as well as the nearby restraunts bars and shopping sites are very nice really an appreciable hotel with awesome amminiteis and facilities .At a nice location.

Nice business hotel in the heart of Mumbai . Staff is friendly and courteous. Design seem little outdated but overall the room is spacious and comfortable . Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast venue more on the Asian side but western breakfast items are there like dairies and danish, pastries.
