Four Seasons Mumbai Review

Not too happy with this hotel. Went to the rooftop for a drink and the seating was so bad we had to leave the drink halfway.

Very clean n comfy. Excellent service. Has a rooftop restaurant which serves yummmmy food. Wonderful seaview rooms. Overall superb

The view from the rooftop restaurant is super. The rooms are decent. You can see Mumbai slums from there..not a nice view to have. The pool was small but doable. All in all, there are better properties out there for the same price.

Four Seasons is one of the top hotels of Mumbai even though it is not a popular one like its peers. Excellent customer service and facilities. You get a super awesome view of worli seaface from hotel's room. The sunset in the sea during evening is a visual treat not to be missed by any guest staying here. If you are staying here during monsoon season, you get an amazing ambience of Mumbai's rains. The San Qi restaurant located inside Four Seasons is also excellent place and worth a visit especially for drinks.

A centrally located hotel at Worli Naka. It's pretty close to quote a few famous eateries and bars around the area such as those in Phoenix Mills, Raghuvanshi Mills and Kamla Mills. The food at the hotel is delicious. The hotel has 2 famous clubs as well- Aer and Sanki.

enjoyed the luxurious stay would like to stay for few more days because when I visited that rooftop was closed due to some issues..... i hope next time i get to see the view from rooftop... and to share the images of the landscapes of mumbai

One of the best restaurant in Mumbai with a magnificent view of the high rises and the arabian sea..very courteous staff and pleasant ambiance...its not only a lounge, its a destination..!!

Good place for a coffee, snacks or a business event

We treated ourselves at the beginning and end of our India experience with a couple of days at FS Mumbai and Bangalore. They never disappoint and we had an oasis to relax after braving the chaotic traffics, heat and touts all day.

The breakfasts and dinners at both FS were yummy! Particularly the buffet dinner at Bangalore FS-a spread that s worth a trip from anywhere in Mumbai. We had a brief chat at dinner with the restaurant manager and his store is inspirational. He started as a dish washer at FS Mumbai in 2007 and moved up the four seasons chain. He is not alone. Many of his colleagues who started to work at FS Mumbai at the same time, have been promoted and making it a career. Great story!

As usual, the rooms are nice, with comfortable beds, and are large, clean and quiet. The new building in Bangalore also has state of the art lighting system, sound system with controls all over the rooms- no need to spend 10-minutes looking for all the light switches before bed.

Fantastic service and my room was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet was to die for. My go to place to stay in Mumbai!

Shitt... this is the hotel who charges 1700 for 2 boiled eggs ....

I was there for ARCON 2018 conference on 20th Jan 2018. The banquet hall, seating and refreshment arrangments for the conference were very good, however the arrangement for lunch were below par as there were not enough counters and the dining area was really small. For the total guest strength of approx 300+ the dining area was enough for only 75 - 100 guest and this resulted in long queues. This could have been managed better by the Hotel. Overall good experience of the event but lunch arrangements were not upto it.

A beautiful hotel. A spacious, gorgeous room with a walk in closet, amazing bathroom with tub as well as rooftop bar with a stunning view at night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast as well as in room dining is inviting and yummy. The hotel is centrally located and close to the High street Phoenix mall with is extremely convenient.

Average budget business hotel. Located in a not so upmarket place. But very close proximity to business hubs.

Worth accounting management I have ever crossed upon my last 7 years of Travel. Truly a disappointment! I would never suggest any one to visit here. Mumbai has lot more to offer than them.

Was extremely impressed with the experience we received at Four Seasons, Mumbai. Never have I had a check in experience so far, so much so that we were checked in before we had arrived so we were escorted straight to our room with the minor details being explained in the room.

The room was fantastic, with a nice view of Mumbai (even though we were on the 7th floor only) with nice room layout and impressive bathroom.

The rooftop bar is a must - whilst they only serve mocktails and that too way overpriced, it's gives you a beautiful view of Mumbai from one of the highest points in the area.

Nice place, location could have been better though. Food is fantastic, staff is good too.

Such bad service for a 5 star hotel. They have no sense of responsibility and staff are very bad. Don't know how to deal with customers. Never have a function at this place. Complete crooks

Excellent hotel and service. The service staff are really polite and courteous. Rooms are spacious along with all the amenities one requires. The food is a little on the down side.

Hotel was good. Went in a seminar . Good was ok. Not like a 5star hotel.

Four Seasons is located in Worli (major junction while moving from South Mumbai to Western Surburbs). The high quality hotel houses Aer, terrace restaurant, which offers great ambience for fine dining but is an expensive place. Aer also offers space for holding small events/parties, to my understanding.

The higher the room is, the better the view becomes obviously, but the seaside view really takes the prize.
The view was quite amazing.
The food and service was really top quality as well.

Rooftop and the restaurant is good . Indian food is ok , Info Chinese food is awesome , continental is palatable .

Grand and beautiful location for awards shows and events apart from stay.

Over all food quality, service, ambience, people and staff is very good.
