We went to the 24-hour coffee shop. We called before hand, and were informed that the restaurant only served vegetarian food. However when we got there, that had non veg too. The food was pretty good, and they also accommodated our request of giving us the room service menu. My only complaint was the operator not knowing the food served at the place, which is a minor setback. But there's no reason to not go back.

Dated coffee mugs and coffee pots. Simply serving flying squirrel coffee doesn't magnify the experience of having coffee at Four seasons if the coffee pot cannot retain the temperature of the brew.

Attended an engagement at the southern gallery on the second floor. The food was excellent, and the staff were great, but the entrance, the bar, and the food serving area were badly located and quite cramped. Because of the poor layout, these areas quickly got crowded and blocked by just a small fraction of the people trying to get there and then not moving out quickly to make space for others.

I visited this hotel for a meeting over coffee. It was good. But expensive. Nice ambience for a discussion. There is a garden outside the restaurant where it is really good to sit. Parking is there, nice atmosphere. A one time visit. Maybe my opinion might change once I take a stay here for a night. Thanks Four season for the good time.

I'll you must to the San Qi , and indulge yourself by amazing food and ambience, The location is perfect to commute with car the main gives direct access to main porch. Try the Lamb Biryani and and other asian food like Dimsum and Sushi.

From the inside its a good place like any four season hotel should be. But the aer lounge was nothing like the four seasons lounge should look like. It was messy and looked like mediocre sheesha lounge that almost exists on most of the terraces all around Mumbai.

Excellent place to stay. Everything was perfect. There is a very high quality service, the team is very available and makes everything possible in order you to enjoy your stay. Also very good restaurants, sky bar, spa, swimming pool,... Looking deeper, maybe the only one point would be the sino Japanese restaurant which is over rated although you gave interesting dishes.

Hotel staff is very friendly and have a lot of good tips from food to things to do. They kept trying to get me to the lounge, but that's not my thing. I ate many good meals, whether Indian, English or Japanese, none of them disappointed. The two restaurants Prato and San Qi are both good choices. Prato is more laid back with a lot of variety. San Qi is more upscale with Indian/Japanese and Thai (maybe). There are some good local restaurants walkable. Room is very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Very deep tub that almost fits my 6ft+ frame and separate large shower with rain fall shower head. Curtains keep it very dark. There is a comfy chair by the large windows, nice work desk and the bed is super comfortable (on the firm side), but no match for my jet lag. If only I could afford to stay here when I wasn't working. There is much more available that I did not try. Concierge set me up with a sights and sounds of Mumbai tour that was awesome!

My husband and I have been on a mixed holiday in India, business in textiles in Jaipur, tourist in Goa, Mumbai, Delhi and Agra. Last night wrapped up our final night in India before we leave to visit friends and family in Scotland and England, then back to New York. I don't usually write reviews but I was taken aback by the 5 star service of Reyan D'mello at the breathtaking rooftop bar. I've been served with great service by many throughout India for the last two weeks but nothing comes close to that of Reyan. Unfortunately, I think I'm forever spoiled by his attentiveness with the perfect balance of not being intrusive. Thank you for an impeccable stay at your lovely hotel and please send our regards to your amazing employee. If ever we return to Mumbai, we will be certain to book our stay here and ask for Reyan. The hotel is lucky to have him on their staff.

Regards and best wishes,
Lea Harvey
