More than a 5 star experience. Very well maintained and managed. Professional management. Trained and cooperative staff and security. Great embience. Large rooms. Pool and spa within the complex. AER restaurant, one of the best in Mumbai. Great city and sea view from the restaurant. Buffet breakfast included in rates. Keep a higher budget as the rates are on a higher side. Restaurant and other activities are also expensive. But it's worth for it.. Would highly recommend specially for people on an holiday. Great place for couples and families

Fabulous stay at the FS Mumbai. The level of service was extraordinary but not intrusive. Staff called you by name. Loved Nigel at breakfast.....and cocktails. Property is beautiful. The AER bar is stuning. Rooms were lovely. The concierge staff were all professionals who made our stay a breeze. Also got a great blow out & make-up at the salon by Neha. Hope to be back again someday!.

It's a pretty decent lounge situated on 34th floor from which mumbai looks mesmerizing. The food options are very limited and alcohol is very very inexpensive. Just go there for the Ambience and view the sunset, one of the best sunset I've ever seen

Hotel was beautiful, staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive, good food, nice spa. Service amazing. Hotel is great, but surroundings very chaotic. Evening you may spend at Rooftop bar. You must see sunset on rooftop. Itself Mumbai is too big, not very clean, traffic terrible

Superb service. Dint stay there - went on business. The service was top notch. They offered me concierge services even though i wasnt staying there. Wished me luck for my business and asked how it went when i was leaving. They even helped me to uber. Was genuinely impressed during the random visit.

Of all the five star hotels I have visited in Mumbai, this will probably rank lowest in the last.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

But that's all the positive I can say.
The room alloted to us was quite small with very less space for luggage (some of my colleagues did get bigger rooms at same cost).
The food was very average and all the veggies and chicken tasted the same.
The desserts was the only decent part.

This is a 5 star that truly takes care of it's guests... Provided the guests don't take them for granted! Of all it's services it has to offer, the Aer lounge is a place to be - out of the world! The view from the Aer lounge is here!

Was there for a conference. Great food and service. They had issues with their AV system though.

Four Seasons But Five Stars. Overall Great service Good Staff. Went here for Wedding had a Great Experience Overall.

It is one of the best restaurants in my opinion. Serves really great food and it has nice quantity.

Hotel was great, ambience was awesome, i visited the banquet hall, it has a huge space for helding any event or function, staff was very friendly and overall hotel is very clean with amazing view.

The rooms are brilliant . Bed is super comfy.. it's difficult to get out of .. it's overall a very well planned hotel .

Went to the AER rooftop bar. Cocktails were too strong, but it was a nice setting for a few drinks

I went for new Bmw 5 series 2017 launch today , the wine and cheese dish served was pathetic.
I had to puke at home after only 2 glasses of adulterated or don't know what Jacob creek 2014 red wine they served at the event. BMW or any luxury brand should never have an event at such hotel which serve such adulterated wines and pathetic refreshments which disturb ur day ahead. My evening n Night is spoilt puking avoid events at four seasons hotel is my frank review. BMW hope u r listening too

This hotel is among the best I have ever visited.. So spacious.. it attracts very trendy crowd... The management is so good to talk and answer.. they are among the best one can get facility..

Amazing business hotel with Fine dine experience at San Qi they have a multi cuisine restaurant. A must do for a visit or to Mumbai is a view of the city from the top of this hotels bar called AER.

The ambience at Aer was amazing and breathtaking, however they could have really improved on the food. it's really difficult to go wrong with Nachos and French Fries.

The food in the restaurant Sanqi was exceptional. Loved it.

Fantastic upkeep. Superb ambience. Excellent service. Well deserved respect for the Hotel. We went to Aer, the rooftop restaurant. The location, view are amazing. Good food options too.

Oh the view from the 29th floor... Haji Ali, Arabian Sea and the falling rain makes for a dream come true.

Location is abit polluted due to metro construction. overall a very good experience

It was a true sample of excellent hospitality!
We were warmly welcomed by the staff!
The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant is very flexible. All our requests were taken care of. Our room was even upgraded 4 times and since we went on a special day we even got a complimentary spa service and the room was also decorated beautifully!
The breakfast was also great! There was quite a lot of variety! The Indian meals can be improved but overall I would give it a 3/4 as the staff who were serving were extremely helpful and friendly!
The ambience was great as well! Will definitely visit again:)
