Great food and atmosphere. Amazing views from the hotel.

Awesome sea face view from the room. Classic comfort. Preferable you stay above 15th floor to get a good view. You can see Antilia second most costliest house in the world. 2nd things is Haji Ali is also visible in Mahalaxmi area. Sunset cant be missed. Also try Aer Lounge on the 34th floor again for a mesmerising view in the evening. Has unique continental breakfast. Favourable for tourists from other countries. Good hospitality.

Expensive hotel with restaurant on top floor. Beautiful view on Mumbai.

One of the best 5star hotels in Mumbai. Constructions happening right in front of the hotel messes up the timing to reach

Nice place ....open terrace ...but place is over hypped

I had visited for an Exhibition . After that sat down for a coffee with few friends. The ambience and service were up to the mark . Good place to catch up with friends .

Weong Route leading to Deadend. Should be rectified to avoid inconvenience to others

Four seasons is a class apart.
The banquet can hold a small exhibition, staff are friendly here. Best in South Bombay in my opinion.

An excellent hotel with a great staff to customer ratio! Felt very pampered and the staff was extremely attentive. Breakfast was superb, with all the choice you can think of. My partner and I did a couples massage which ended with a rose petal bath, very good. There is a steam room and warm bath in the spa area to be used by all guests, and complimentary yoga classes twice a day. The only down side was the location of the hotel: a 20 to 60 minute drive to the gate of India (varying greatly on the amount of traffic). Overall a great experience, we will return again! :)

After looking at the 4* rating in Zomato we visited this place, but I'm personally disappointed with the arrangements, crowd & sprit level of restaurant manpower. The photo they showed in Zomato are diff from what they actually look like. Expensive also.

Visited it for a party. Very warm and welcoming ambience. Service was exceptional

Banquet hall is very much small. At present there is lot of traffic because of metro work

The location of this Hotel is a bit unusual but they have compensated it by their Service, Ambience and Food.
The rooms are well designed, spacious and lavish.
Their restaurants are very good. San qi their in house restaurant serves one of the best asian dishes and they do source their ingredients from home countries like Japan for Japanese dish.
Aer, the roof top bar is by far the best Open Air Bar in Mumbai with good view.

A great property with good staff. In room amenities seem to have shrunk over the years but it is still a great place to stay.

Food was bland and insipid. The choice of dishes were many but of no substance. It could be rich n tasty inspite of it being vegetarian.
I would stay away if there's veg cuisine.
I've not had non veg.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, amazing pool and spa. Only let down is that the rooftop bar is alcohol free due to local laws.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We spent 4 nights and ate at San Qi a few of those nights. We were only greeted with incredible hospitality. Akshay who works at San Qi remembered our order exactly when we returned a few days later. One of the best servers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting!

The room was also incredible, clean, and great. The one bit of feedback for the hotel would be to not call to reschedule housekeeping if there is a do not disturb on the door (we were napping from an illness). Besides that - great stay!

If you are travelling from Aurangabad to Ajanta, you would have covered two thirds the distance when you reach this hotel. It is a good place to take a break considering that the road is work in progress and was in really bad shape in December. The restaurant has a good ambiance and the staff are helpful. Had some evening snacks and tea which was decent.

We came all the way from the cruiseship terminal to visit the hotel and watch the sunset. We decided to head to the pool to kill time and grab a drink. The cocktails/beer were very expensive, the pool small and there was dirty pigeons and ravens EVERYWHERE pestering us. We couldn't relax.
We then decided to go upstairs to 33rd story Aer Bar to get a table and wait for sunset. The host would not let us in because my husband was wearing sandals... we were blown away and extremely upset.

** We had looked on the website prior to coming all the way from the ship and there was NOTHING stating anything about dress code! **

AER is one of the few amazing Rooftop Bars we have in the city, highly recommend

Aer! Once really famous.. was pretty empty.. not allot of food options.. drinks license was not there when we went.

Great ambience and highly decorated hotel. Recommended for classy stay and business meetings. Ample parking space and good connectivity. Security is great too. Very humble staff.

The hotel itself is great with large, modern rooms, excellent service, and great views, the surrounding area however, is not. It is very difficult to get to and from the hotel on packed surface streets. The area around the hotel can be very noisy. Aer on the roof is great, however there was a problem in that they were not able to serve alcohol at the time of my stay. I'm not sure if this has since been rectified.

Unkempt washrooms. Bad location riddled with traffic chaos. Not enough parking space availability. Good food (both quality & taste) though.

Hotel is good, ambience & upkeep is fine but quality of food is doubtful, specifically sea food might b stale some times.

Five star experience...! Really cordial and helpful staff, well maintained plush rooms and a breakfast spread to die for...
