Four Seasons Mumbai is a nice business hotel with shopping malls close by having all the amenities one expects of a five star hotel.

Pros:
1. Beautiful large room with nice sea view.
2. Large bathroom with Forest Essential toiletries.
3. Very tasty in room dining (we had Indian lunch).
4. Excellent breakfast spread with nice courtyard view.
5. Good service from housekeeping as well as during breakfast.

Cons:
1. You are required to pay incidental charges of Rs 5,000 up front over and above the full room rate. I've stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in Mumbai and no one practices this policy.
2. My major grouse is the absence of health faucet in commode. Almost all international brands like Toto, Grohe, Roca, Kohler etc are offering washlets in their w/c. When you're in India, this thing counts as a major miss. Kindly install a Toto washlet in the toilet.
3. Pool is quite small but good for kids.
4. Aer lounge was completely covered by plastic sheets due to rain so couldn't enjoy it.
