We went to Aer and I was pretty much blown away by the ambience. This place is very expensive but worth the cost. The white furniture in neon light looks amazing. The drinks were great. The view during sunset was great as well. Only downside was the wait before getting seated.
Would not let us up to the roof top bar with out closed shoes. No problem if there is a dress coad but could have let us know apon arrival. We sat and had a coffee and food and were told we could go up at 5pm, then were refused entry
Best hotel experience I've ever had. Service and facilities were just wonderful.
The concierge was amazing, they found us a church to go for new year's Day and they personally have to visit the places they recommend as well. They also got us some medicines and let us use the facilities to shower and change even though we had already checked out earlier in the day as we were only flying off late at night.
We also took the Kanheri caves tour with them. Everything was just top notch with this hotel and service team.
Oh and their cafe on the first floor served a great chai masala tea.
We had been there with one of our US clients, who were very happy with the place. The view from Aer lounge is too good. Be sure to reach on time to get the sunset view. The appetizers are great in taste, and the quantity is also good. The food pricing is a bit high, but expected from such a place. Totally worth it.
The sushi is good, Indian cuisine is very good, but the teppenyaki is outright awful. I would expect a whole lot more from a place that expects customers to pay such a large premium. I must add that the service is absolutely impeccable.
Went to the Aer lounge one evening and it was a pleasant experience. They don't have too many choices for food and drinks but again this is not a restaurant. Its a nice place to hangout, enjoy the view and have a few drinks. Try to go sometime before the sunset and get a table on the ocean side.
Worst hotel ever for a "Four Seasons". This hotel is a disgrace. Worst service ever. Rooms aren't even clean, staff is very unprofessional and makes so many mistakes when checking in and authorizing your card. I was there for a regular room and she charged me 4 times the amount and then told me She would upgrade me complimentary. Then next day when checking out I was told I had to pay the amount for the upgrade. The GM threatened to call The police because he said it was his employee's mistake and now I'm responsible for the charge. Overall, very very poor hotel. The ST REGIS is less than a mile away from this hotel and I've stayed at both. I would stay at the St Regis over this hotel any day. It's cleaner, newer, so many more restaurants clubs facilities. And the staff is amazing! You get butler service 24/7 along with so many other perks.
I simply love this hotel. Courteous staff and clean interiors. I've never had a troublesome experience here. The highlight is Aer lounge. The views are simply breathtaking. I recommend visiting for a sundowner to see the views in sunlight as well as night.
The hotel is best for guests but I have a question that what are they care about car drivers not allowed to park in basement for driver very shame Driver who is the part of the hotel business like ( owner's Driver guest's driver) Can somebody pls tell me This is respect the Driver in this hotel the driver park there car out side He can't go washroom, can't go have some food if he hungry because in case he leave the car on road side traffic towing tow there car Hope after read this article the hotel management will think about drivers.... Thank you
Friendly staff, very nice rooms. Reception area is nice as well. AER is a good place to hang out for a party night. Spa is a little too expensive though.
The staff make this hotel worth the stay. We stayed here for two nights on our way through and regret not staying longer. Everyone was helpful and made us feel special despite the fact that we aren't. We will be back
The 4 seasons hotel was a pretty good overall experience as the rooms were good and the food over there was brilliant and there was no lack in the service or cleanliness of the rooms. But the only reason I would deduct a star is because my rooms bathroom had pipes going over it and the cover fell right next to the door so I could not open the bathroom door completely.
