I haven t stayed there yet. I just wanted some information. People didn t know nothing. I wanted some information on the bar. Called press. Couldn t get Connected. Wow. Very frustrating. You know I don t mind paying. I really don t mind. But when I pay for a five star hotel. I expect five star service.
When are these owners and hotel managers gonna learn. You can fool me once. But your not gonna fool me twice.
Repeat business guys. Word of mouth. Don t you get that ?
The service at this location was exceptional. From the time we arrived to to time we departed we had nothing but the best service. The pool was great and the service at the pool was first class. The food at the pool was also very good for lunch. The room was nice, clean, and had a sound machine. The TV was huge! A really great stay and will definitely stay here again.
Wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed with my family and enjoyed the oasis that is the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. Despite the crowds, the smoke, all that is Vegas, when you step into the Four Seasons it's all about relaxation and amazing customer service. Thanks!
Very well put together place, amazing service and a wonderful place to take the family due to the pools no smoking areas and many family friendly restaurants and gathering places
Great service and impeccable rooms and communal areas. An oasis of calm in the chaos of Las Vegas
A very nice and peaceful hotel with no casino. So a little more tranquil and restful. However, it has access to all the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino has to offer, the pools, the casino, everything.
A great choice for a more relaxed visit to Las Vegas.
Room was amazing. Clean, quiet, off the beaten trail. Hotel is extremely responsive to your needs. Loved it!
Hotel accommodations were great! My wife left her hair straightener at home and the hotel was able to provide her with one. They left complimentary water bottles in our suite after they serviced the room and the entire staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay at Four Seasons again
Love this place !! Very upscale and clean, but that does come for a price.
The staff there is very friendly and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet have a wide spread of food
Vegas. I enjoy the shows, the restaurants, the nightlife. The noise, smell and atmosphere of Vegas doesn't appeal to me. The Four Seasons offers an oasis from the bedlam that is Vegas. Service, comfort, elegance, quiet.
I'll never stay anywhere else. Highly recommended x.
If you wish to get your money worth as well feel gd from working hard in life go let four seasons care for you
Four Seasons is not a 5-star hotel! It is a 5 diamond hotel! I have stayed in hotels all over the world including multiple Four Seasons in different countries. This hotel is simply the best! You have tried the rest now go to the best! Their hotel and service are outstanding! There is only one problem with Four Seasons. Once you stay there nothing compares! You have been warned. No, I do not work for them I just appreciate outstanding customer service!
Really nice compared to the rest of mandalay. Service was insane. Everyone was super nice and helpful and housekeeping does mid day turndown and comes by to offer ice and bottled water.
Hotel setting was beautiful. The lobby was welcoming and made me feel special. Enjoyed a fantastic glass of wine in the lobby bar. Happy hour pricing starts at 7pm. Our server was friendly and attentive. Then a relaxing dinner at the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse, a few steps from the lobby. Wine and cocktails in restaurant are different than the lobby bar, so if you find a drink you like from the lobby bar, buy another and bring it to dinner. The steakhouse had awesome food and service. I felt very special after my experience at Four Seasons and Charlie Palmer Steakhouse.
I love this hotel. The greeting from the valet was spot on, then the reception staff were extremely helpful and polite and the kids? Well they felt very welcome here by the staff. Best hotel I've stayed in so far and this is my day night of 5.. it can only get better. Well done, four seasons staff.
A beautiful hotel that doesn't feel Vegas-y. Quiet and classic. The only issue is that being so close to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, traffic, at times, makes getting in or out of the hotel difficult.
Nice clean rooms. Nothing too fancy but relaxing and homy
A 5 Star Suite Experience with 5 Star Amenities and 5 Star Customer Service. An Oasis from the Strip.
Excellent service and amenities. Big upgrade from the Mandalay
we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and event. great job by the staff, food and drinks were excellent.
Remarkable experience. Everything about the hotel is perfect. Service, staff, rooms, amenities. Once you stay here, you will never want to stay anywhere else.
We have stayed here many times. Not happy with the smoking around the pool, but when a waitress dumped a tray of full ash trays to the pool bar and ashes blew all over the fruit used in the drinks I was shocked. The bar tender just did nothing and continued to use the fruit. I refused my drink and walked away very upset! It is a different group of people by the pool and they do not seem to care and the ashes on the food was our last straw. We left to go to another hotel after this. Would help to make a non-smoking area and keep the ash trays at a separate washing area!
Very classy, but buried so deep in Mandalay Bay that you might have trouble finding it.
On a recent stay here, I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient yet different this property is, from most other higher end hotels in Las Vegas. There is no casino so that is a welcome change. No walking for miles through a confusing maze of gambling machines and tables, just to find where you're going.
The service is top notch. The location is right next to Mandalay Bay as well, if you feel the need for some gambling within walking distance. Very close to the airport and right on the strip, but it feels almost like a world apart. This may become my go-to hotel in Las Vegas.
World class hotel, with warm and attentive service!
Great venue, needs better signs for the wedding rooms.
An oasis of calm on the strip. It's actually located in Mandalay Bay (the entrance is hidden at the far end of the main lobby), and the rooms are on some of the highest floors, but you'd never know you were so close to a casino when you step into the plush lobby or dine at their quiet romantic restaurants. Fantastic service and drinks at the bar.
The desserts here are out of this world delicious!!! The service is amazing and the food is incredible. Dessert here is always a must when you're in Vegas!
Great staff in hotel that tucked away from all of the noise
Nice hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the casino.
We stayed in the presidential suite and the kids loved it.
You are treated like a VIP from the moment you speak to the Valet and continues until it's time to check out.
The service is great! The hotel is clean and beautiful.
Lovely hotel and excellent service. Pool is great - highly recommend for a relaxing time
Hotel kicked my family out of our room because someone wanted to pay double. Couldn't give negative stars so this will have to do.
Its the best way to do Vegas. Great rooms, great service, and while you are just an elevator trip away from the strip it is still nice and quite.
The four seasons Las Vegas is a non smoking hotel grate for families and the hotel has its own pool and you can walk right to Mandalay Bay s pool!
Beautiful hotel that is attached to the Mandalay bay. The rooms are large and bed is incredibly comfortable. Gym and spa are gorgeous. The pool is small, but you have access to the Mandalay bay pool
The best service I've ever been given at a hotel. Pristine rooms, friendly and helpful staff, amazing location.
Service was fantastic. Angie checked me in and was very thorough, warm and welcoming. Patricia in the concierge went above and beyond to assist us with brunch reservations. Very happy.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though this hotel is on top of the very busy Mandalay Bay, it is quiet and easily accessible via a back entrance. This Hotel also hasn't caved to Taxi pressure and lets ride-sharing cars pick up and drop off in the main driveway. The water pressure was also very decent.
Excellent hotel with lovely rooms. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
I stayed just one night unfortunately, very great place, and standard room, upgrated for a street view (All the loop of the city was on the screen for me).
My girlfriend had a great treatment at the spa....and I treated my self at the press bar, actually they treated me, "Elen" if I don't mistaken, was amazing professional!! She just delivered a great four seasons standard service. Only not positive mention, they did not recognized me....
But I really enjoyed!
The best experience I have had in 40 years of travel. The hotel, pool, spa....all extraordinary, but the level of service and attention is beyond comparison. It is the best.
Amazing service. Great views. No place better on the strip!
This is a very fine hotel.
Everything is perfectly comfortable.
No smokey casino to walk through! Breakfast w homemade biscuits for my service dog at The Veranda. We will look forward to returning.
There is the "C" level in elevator stops, a concourse of restaurant, shops, gambling and music theater connecting the other hotels. It's ventilated but still smokey.
Airy rooms & suites in a high-end hotel offering refined restaurants, an outdoor pool & a spa.
3960 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119, USA
You don't feel like you're in Las Vegas when you walk into the Four Seasons
Food just good but very EXPENSIVE at Charlie Palmer.
Great Easter brunch and very nice facilities overall. The valet was a bit slow but it was a peak time for them.
Nice rooms although it is kinda strange to end up in the Mandalay Bay towers after the long walk from the lobby. Pricey as you'd expect for room service. All the staff was very courteous. Nice size TV that worked well. The picture is a view from my room on the 39th floor. Bed comfortable. Had to fiddle with the room temp for about an hour to get it just right. Beautiful bathroom although my shower drained slowly which is less than ideal.
Great location on the Las Vegas strip and near the Mandalay Bay hotel and convention center. Rooms are nicely appointed. Gym is mediocre but it can be fun to run up and down the strip. Can be confusing to navigate the different hitels and casinos between the Mandalay Bay and Four Seasons. Good pools next door!
This hotel is one of the best in Las Vegas, if you can I recommend you stay in it
Love the four seasons chain of hotels. Pure luxury. Although this hotel is close to the end of the strip, it was an amazing place to stay, I didn't mind the extra walk to the strip at all.
This is a nice quiet place compared to the surrounding landscape. The restaurants and bar are much calmer and classier than the area alternatives. It's also an awesome places to grab cabs and rideshares if the upper levels are too full.
I had the high tea at Veranda. It was excellent, and a peaceful break from the hubbub of the Strip
One of the best places to stay on The Strip! Non-gaming, non-smoking...the customer service is phenomenal! Love this hotel!
Our stay couldn't have been better. Service unlike any other. They should get a few more house cars to take guests places, though.
Very clean and professional, nice conference location
Unbelievable welcome.great rooms and view. And pet friendly
Dearly
Really nice Hotel. It's in a great position for the strip.
