An absolutely wonderful place. Staff was the most helpful and accommodating of any I have been around. The hotel itself had beautiful views not just from our room but also from the hotel restaurants which were delicious. We treated ourselves randomly to the hotel spa and even though we were walk-ins, they were happy to accommodate us. Everything from top to bottom was amazing. Do yourself a favor and if you can, stay at the Four Seasons when you are in Casablanca.

In my opinion, it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Morocco, one night we spent but it is comfortable and quiet, and the hotel has a great view of the Mediterranean Sea and its location near restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is amazing. Everything is just perfect starting from the dining service to the room design to the hotel overall.

The only comment I'd say is related to the view as my room was in the 3rd floor and I couldn't open the curtains very often otherwise the people passing by the hotel would be able to see inside the room. This point was hurting my personal privacy and made me close the curtains all the time.

Very very bad service ......
Indifferent welcome ........
Imagine a room in a 5-star hotel is only made at 20h after three complaints whose response was made in a shameful indifference ...

The traditional morrocan food is authentic and absolutely delicious. Go for lunch and enjoy impeccable service and delectable food. Order the "salads," shareable plates of pumpkin, peppers, or eggplant. Plenty of veggie or meat options.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms along the boardwalk and connected to a mall. The breakfast was delightful. It was the only hotel that offered pork bacon on the menu. The only downside was that they did not serve alcohol .

Situated inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Casablanca, Bleu delivers fresh, local seafood to patrons and guests in a unique setting. With a stunning ocean-view, Bleu s coastline-inspired cuisine uses the freshest ingredients possible, as evidenced by their infusions of seafood and produce in unique and innovative ways.

I enjoyed a delicious gourmet lunch at Bleu, in which the service was impressive. The wait staff promptly took my order, and ensured my needs were met throughout my entire dining experience. Everyone was so friendly and really helped to promote the casual, relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant.

I opted to try a variety of seafood from the raw menu, starting with Dakhla Oysters. Served with peppery mignonette and seaweed butter, the fresh oysters were a delight. I was intrigued by the seabass tartar, made with raspberries, coriander, youghurt and a splash of lime. It was delicious! Creamy and a hint of sweetness from the raspberries. Next, I tried sea bream sashimi, served with smoked paprika oil and wakame, a bright green edible type of seaweed. This was a whole new way to enjoy sea bream for me, and I definitely enjoyed it.

Deep-fried calamari were up next, and what a delight! Crispy batter on the outside offered a crunch, and the inside was tender. The spicy sesame relish and tartar sauce were an added bonus!

As pilot I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is without doubt one of the best. I always describe it as being like Dr Who's TARDIS. Like a box on the outside and an Oasis of luxury and tranquility on the inside. The rooms are spacious, modern, well appointed, and the staff go out of their way to please. Only draw back is that it's Dry..... no Alcohol available on the premises due to its proximity to the nearby Mosque, but there are entry of bars within 10 to 15 minute walk a d there's no issue with you taking your own alcohol into the hotel for consumption in your room. Highly Recommended!

Believe it or not, as I am writing this review I am still at the hotel (thank god it s my last night).

Where should I start ..... from the moment you walk into this place you feel unwelcomed. You see nothing but attitude on management faces.

Room and Hallways: our room was not yet ready when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby. The room smelled terrible. The hallways have a strange scent to them.

Food: you are limited as to where you can eat and what you can eat. As the restaurants close, you are only limit to one menu (and you have to eat in the lobby)

Service: the waitress and waiters are nice. But they can t do much to help you because of upper management. Up management runs this place as if it was middle school cafeteria. They say nothing but NO No No No No. everything you say, their answer is NO.

Stay away. I for sure will not be staying at any Four Seasons anymore.

Slight bumps at check-in as our request for two rooms had been misrecorded as a request for one. This was rectified within a couple hours and staff were cooperative. Beautifully appointed hotel with luxurious interior design and super comfy beds. I would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel !

Great hotel !

The staff makes this place one of the best hotels you can stay in. They are exceptionally helpful and will go the extra mile to make you more than happy.

It is situated by the sea with nice views and the amenities are good.

The breakfast area is amazing with great selection of food. Done miss out from the changing egg dish of the day and of course the Moroccan foods they serve.

Mint is a nice place to lounge at the lobby with nice views and a fire pit. Their spa is very good where you can get pampered by having a Moroccan bath (but do make reservations as soon as you arrive or before as bookings fill up)
