Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Reviews

In ALL my travels have I experienced customer service above or beyond this hotel. That is a fact. Helpful beyond compare. A simple question instantly turns in to a team approach at answering so thoughtfully and completely. Honestly, I was made to truly feel like each employee there was my friend, my family. The smiles, the special touches, the personal connections. Of course the physical plant is ideal, wonderful pool, beach Access with GREAT surfing!!!!! Standouts, everyone was great, but Claire (Xie), Mohamed (the Audi driver), Jamal at the front desk, you know, everyone, EVERYONE deserves special appreciation. Whoever is doing the selection, and training for these positions, is amazing. Security is great, but it's a fairly safe city anyway. Oh, the security guys! They're on top of security but with a friendly smile. The valet guys, wonderful! The pool staff, wonderful. It's as if heaven were a hotel, every surprise was a good one. On this same trip I stayed in a few $500/hotels across Europe, they were nice, but they are not Four Seasons nice. These guys are the GOLD standard and it's these wonderful people that really make it so great.

One last thing, anyone who doesn't give this place a five star review (I noticed a few 2-3 stars) is seriously clinically delusional. Things sometimes happen, little things, maybe you're hungry, in a Cold War with your wife, then you go write a review about the bad guy at security, or whomever. Look, I had a little something pop up too, it's not even worth mentioning, so I won't. The fact that they turned my little issue into an energetic reason to give me a warm, hearty, and personal apology switched it from a little negative, to a super positive! They SHINE on customer service.

And after getting ripped off by nearly every taxi driver in town (ha, ha, stick with the house car) Four Seasons really lifted my opinion of the whole city. Not a big cold city in my eyes, instead a warm place to return home to. Can't wait to return, and ready to fight with those terrible taxi drivers. :-)

Wonderful hotel! Have a nice swimming with a lot of trees and flowers around. Spa a very small, but good for relax. Food are very tasty in all restaurants. Personal are kind and friendly. Interior design is nice, very nice view from the bar on terrace. Location are good, very close few good restaurants like a Boca Chica, Cabestan, Le Petit Roche, etc. Suit was amazing with a large terrace and view on ocean from there. It was very nice to hear ocean from the room.

What a pleasure to start the day at Four Seasons Casablanca!
It is a pity, however, that the staff at the entrance of the hotel is unpleasant at all times. These valets or security guards confuse rudeness and vigilance. In fact, they adopt different behaviors depending on whether the client is a man or a woman. Politeness, obsequiousness and eagerness with the gentlemen. Lack of courtesy, disrespect, contempt, inappropriate or inappropriate remarks with the Ladies. These people have not understood that their work and their behavior are not adjustable according to the clientele. A note: 15 to 20 minutes waiting to recover his car. When we are surprised at this slowness, we are told that the car park is very far away (the Anfa Place car park is stuck to the Four Seasons!) And that we must be patient. The Manager of the valet says that he is not responsible for the delay and that in any case the delay is mandatory and is indicated on the ticket given to the customer upon arrival. And if we let him talk, the customer would not have to make such remarks. It is well noted !!! As for the vigil at the door of the hotel, he erects rudeness in Art. This is the fourth time that I have the pleasure to come and eat at the Four Seasons, but this pleasure is always spoiled by watchmen and valet. I salute their constancy!

I stayed two nights at the hotel. It has a magnificent view of the ocean. The architecture and decoration of the hotel was great. The atmosphere of the hotel combines the exotic atmosphere of Morocco with modern lines. The corridors, rooms, restaurant and view terrace are very stylish. The presentation and taste of the food is very good. The menus are very rich and offer different tastes from Moroccan cuisine. It is also very close to Casablanca city center. I felt very comfortable with the interest and care of the hotel staff. The best hotel to stay in Casablanca.

One of the best Hotels in Casablanca! Directly on the sea with beautiful rooms, professional service and well cared for.
Excellent location on the cornice .... within walking distance of numerous clubs and restaurants. Excellent quality indoor restaurants both traditional Moroccan and seafood! Excellent choice of the breakfast buffet! Super recommended .... the only flaw is the slightly high price for the local average .... but certainly deserved for the type of services. Excellent indoor SPA and beach service!

Wonderful hotel with very nice pool area. The rooms are very big and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever seen. Its also on the beach and from the breakfast restaurant you have a wonderful sight on the beach.

Nice location, great facimities, very friendly staff but no alcohol, real pity

The hotels both in Casablanca and Marrakesh are not prepared to open to the public. I had to book out of Marrakesh after 2 nights. Casablanca the basic things are not working. A long list of things unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Was very disappointed.

I highly recommend this hotel in Casablanca. The hotel was better than some of the Four Seasons in the US. It is a five star gem of a hotel in this beautiful city. English is spoken, as well as French and Arabic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The gym was modern and had a good array of equipment. There is 24 hr room service. The cleaning staff really cleaned well. Despite still being in a pandemic, the hotel took all necessary precautions (providing masks, hand sanitizer, etc). Food was so good. The manager at Mint, Tariq and his wonderful staff were so kind and attentive . Kenza was the manager in the spa. She and her staff went above and beyond. The Hammam was so good for this first timer. The hotel helped me plan a wonderful birthday stay for my husband all the way from the US. Concierge was so helpful! The hotel also planned a tour for us around the city, Maryam our tour guide was amazing and so was our driver, Tahir. Restaurant suggestions, La Closerie and La Scala (despite limited choices to pick due to being in Ramadan, the pandemic, and having a nightly curfew) were amazing. The hotel was safe, cozy, and modern. So many good staff to name as going above and beyond... Would stay again.
