Review for Bleu restaurant in the four seasons: beautiful experience, amazing view, impeccable service, every time. Nice food. The sashimi was a masterpiece, the grilled seabass a bit disappointing. Desserts and teas are great, especially the old drink menu. Recommending again and again.

really good service and lovely smiles from all workers. However the breakfast food is really too basic for the price. 700 dhs (70 ) for basic coffees and very basic omelettes is very overpriced. The reason we went there for breakfast is to treat ourselves and have something different than what we would have at home.
We LOVED the Four Seasons in Casablanca! It was our first stop on our honeymoon and the staff made our stay so perfect! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Not same level of service....spills which were witnessed by staff not cleaned up for hours, concierge told me to get my own spa menu as they didnt have one at desk and he was "too busy". I note that no one was at desk but me. No one available at breakfast or lunch for seating. Place is beautiful and bell staff and maids were four seasons standards. Note no alcohol on entire premise.
Without saying the quality and attention to details are outstanding. The atmosphere and view of the sea are very good. Staff are friendly.

What about a four seasons? All the standards of a luxury hotel come together with a particularity: a hotel without alcohol, it may seem strange, well no it does not shock! Nothing really super amazing about the hotel. The only thing that was really gorgeous and spectacular was the beach near the hotel. Other than that, it's pretty much average. Not horrible, but not that good. One thing that really annoyed me and pissed me off was the stupid security check at the entrance. The first time they checked us, I was nice about it and I understood that security was their main priority. However, they kept checking us when we went inside AND when we went outside the hotel! Don't you guys even have the smallest bit of trust for your own customers?! 4 Seasons Casablanca, you can suck on this!
Fantastic place, one we highly recommend. You can't get it wrong there: fantastic breakfast and food. Staff are so helpful and kind especially Kenza from reception. The SPA is also great. Price is reasonable for such a high quality service and environment.
Unique landscape by the ocean
I stayed two nights at the hotel. It has a unique view of the ocean. The architecture and decoration of the hotel is wonderful. The atmosphere of the hotel reflects Morocco's exotic atmosphere and modernity very well. The hallway, the rooms, the restaurant and the looking terrace are very stylish. The presentation and taste of the dishes are very good. The menus are very rich and offer different tastes from Moroccan cuisine. It is also very close to Casablanca city center. It is possible to go to many places on foot. The best hotel to stay in Casablanca.
Good location and infrastructure. However the staff don't look at the waiting line in the reception. That means a lot of people cut through you to get to the front. The staff sees this but does nothing. Bad check-in experience. Bad concierge taxi booking experience.
For a premium hotel it was not as good as I expected a little more I think.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Casablanca was nothing short of perfection! Our room was so gorgeous - large and pristine with modern decor and a bed that I had to force myself to get out of every morning! We would contemplate going out on the town in the evenings but honestly, both of us just wanted to lounge in our huge, luxurious bed. The housekeeping staff was amazing and we had every amenity we could ever want at our fingertips.
The staff of the Four Seasons were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered! We wanted to go to a soccer match in town and Mohamed was so kind and tracked down (hard to find) tickets for us! And he checked on us often and was so professional and courteous. And our favorite staff member, Amine, was so awesome. He always remembered our names and made us feel like family. They are just two that stand out in our minds but everyone on staff treated us like royalty!
And the restaurants offer the most delectable cuisine that we've had in all of Morocco! Fresh seafood, melt-in-your-mouth lamb couscous, and a fabulous breakfast spread!
We loved this hotel so much, we will most certainly be back in the future!
