Excellent welcome, the staff couldn't do enough for us, our lunch went smoothly, without any false notes. The quality and freshness of the food was excellent. We had lunch in one of the hotel restaurants, L'attitude 33 which is outside by the pool ... the setting is pleasant and the sound of the fountain is soothing.

This hotel is the best in all areas, very high standard and very welcoming at the same time, we felt at home in a 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable and it really puts the experience on the next level. Staff is incredibly nice and always there for your every needs. The terrasse of the mint offers an amazing view of the gardens and the sea, while sipping on one of the teas selection they offer. The pool area and bar is where we spend most of our time, the menu is exquisite! Pizza or gaspacho by the pool everything was just perfect! Two nights was not enough! And beds are heavenly comfortable...

A lot of pretension and a rather hollow content! The decor is beautiful but the restoration is minimalist no noble products

Very luxury hotel.
Brand new. It is a very large hotel with direct access to the beach. Quiet comfortable and everything is done to please the guests. Prices are unfortunately above what I can afford.

Luxurious 5 star hotel but very expansive . With its bright hall. With a conference room at the height of the 5th AFIIA conference I attended in 2018

We came here for drinks and snacks in the mid afternoon and had such a pleasant visit. Our waiter was so lovely and attentive and the food and drinks were exquisite. I cannot recommend the raspberry chocolate cake enough.

Very bad service in business area
Staff talking too much in the restaurant

Does not meet expectations. Very high price for what it offers. They do not offer alcoholic beverages. Large rooms but with a cold and impersonal decoration. Breakfast good but expensive.

i was there for a conference, I enjoyed thier ocean view & the excellent service provided to me during my daily visit to them.

Excellent Sunday buffet on all levels. Rich selection of starters and desserts. Various dishes. Everything is there with a smile of course. Beautiful memories. Thank you

The hotel is wonderful, the staff on location are great and helpful. Why then am I not giving the hotel 5 stars? Because the reservation system is a nightmare. The reservation staff are inefficient, have no idea about how to handle guests and are totally unresponsive. They charged me for two nights when i had reserved one. They offered to refund my money only when I showed them a confirmation form. Several days after departure, there is still no sign of a refund, nor will the hotel send me an invoice. But they charge the multiple days to my credit card anyhow. Impossible to get the hotel to respond.

Horrible. It was just really bad. Not good.
The selective valets in relation to the car that the customer owns. It was until asked if we know the prices of the ftour. This is unacceptable. The food is foul and the price exorbitant
