Old hotel. But the apartments are clean and large and have a good location. Breakfast is also adequate

Great Location!!
Stayed for two nights in December 2020 on a biz trip. Rooms are very spacious with great views from balcony.

Great location, very close to the Financial Center metro stop.
Room in excellent condition, excellent cleaning service. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly comprehensive international buffet breakfast. The pool often in the shade.
Overall excellent value for money

Exallent customer service, amazing Italian restaurant, all you can eat breakfast inclusive, affordable accommodation, perfect view of Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road, I can go on and on.
Love this place, I could easily give them 6 Stars... got a suprise birthday cake on my birthday, like really they pay attention to detail and the room service - just awesome.
It's the place to stay when you go to Dubai!

Good location on SZR but staff is the worst I have seen in a while. I was unable to get even the most basic services from the staff. They could not answer questions or even book a car for a ride to the airport. I had to transfer to another SPG property as it became too difficult.

Highly recommended for business or pleasure: great quality of service and location in Dubai, to easily move around as conveniently located in the city centre area, close to metro stations, malls and administrative buildings and business centres. It's also possible to use their high-quality business facilities for meetings.
Absolute delight

Very nice hotel...rooms comfortable..staff very polite and friendly....the Indian restaurant and Harry's Bar a must...buffet breakfast very good

The location is very close to the metro and Dubai Mall under restaurants cafes supermarket - drawback there is no lobby and the elevator is crowded and slow

The hotel is very close to public transport, and has different restaurants throughout the area.

In short words, this is the one, everything here is perfect. We really enjoyed this vacation , the manager and customer service is very friendly and helpful, the specious 2 bedroom that we book, it is enormous. 1 king bed size room, one twin bed room and big hall having two long sofas, so we can accommodate 6 and more people in this flat, the view is very beautiful facing SZR, and we can see Burj Khalifa. Valet parking available, or self parking behind the tower.

Great rooms. Good breakfast. Cool spa. Rooftop bar a show.

Wonderful place. Look at the view from the room, Gulf of Persico in the background.

Located at a convenient place, close to train stations. The top floor swimming pool and bar are worth visiting. We enjoyed the breakfast bar with eclectic menu.

Excellent, clean and close to restaurants and supermarkets

Fantastic staff always welcoming. Great food. Christy is amazing always a smile on her face and always asks about our other staff when they're not there on a worms visit. It's out number 1 place to go.

Friendly staff and nice. Nothing more. I stayed two days and changed the hotel because of the noise; the rooms are not soundproof we mean the outside traffic. Really basic room that feels moldy: with old dusty furniture and old bedding old bath towel. Short. He must have thought of a renovation for the maintenance of their hotel. In the future I would not stay at this hotel because for the price it offers there is much better and above all much cleaner.

The conference halls are pretty good but small in size. The the ambience is really well served. The attitude of employees are really well.

Card key to my room given to another guest. Then after complaint our key card cancelled so we could not get into our room

Me and my wife went in June for our birthdays. From the moment we arrived. We were greeted with big smiles from the door staff got to our room on the tenth floor. Nice big room massive bed. Nice balcony. Couldn't fault it. Pool was great on the 43rd floor. Lovely pool staff. The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could wish for. Bernard the breakfast manager was excellent. Great knowledge. Including all the breakfast staff. On our birthdays they sung happy birthday to us. And gave us a nice birthday cake. All in all. We had a fantastic time. And will definitely be returning.

Small quarters as built in a very small place. Reception staff is very very courteous. Breakfast is decent, not great. Centrally located. A little far from the airport

Very nice rooms, but the food in the lobby restaurant was AWFUL. I couldn't bite through the chicken on my sandwich!

Good hotel. Location is good situated in heart of Dubai amazing building's in near by four point by shereton.more tha. 40 floor . Swimming and bar on the last top floor.

Perfect place to stay close to downtown, you can get the metro, and the Burj khalifa is just one station away. Food was great, rooms are big, overall had a good experience

Very nice hotel to stay superb location but for Indians breakfast is not preferable as they don't serve any Indian food even if we request then it's so bad to taste.

Worst hotel I ve ever been to. The facilities are truly terrible.

Cons:
1. I ve had to change my key cards once and sometimes even twice a day as they keep demagnetizing, even when put isolated in a separate pocket. Worse yet, I took a key out of the slot on the wall - which had been there to keep the lights on - and it was demagnetized. I asked if previous cards become deactivated once new ones are made - and I checked this myself - but they don t. Apparently I wasn t the only guest with this problem either.
2. The sheets and pillows smelled horrible. I had to put on a folded T-shirt on them before sleeping.
3. We were 5 and all of us got sick. I noticed a guy coughing the same way all of us were coughing and asked him if he got it here, he was surprised that I had the same problem and he said he s a local and was okay before he checked in. It s could be the AC that keeps turning off and on in a weird way.
4. The elevators are just too small and sometimes it takes a while for them to come.

Pros:
The staff are nice, the gym is pretty good too. Rooms are big enough. I didn t need a converter to plug in my electronic devices because the sockets are universal.

I always stay at Rotana properties and I have never had such problems that I did not even think would be there in this class of hotels.

To summarize, my first and last time at this hotel.

Best experience.... no words to describe just felt like a prince

Good team ... very service-oriented ... you do not know that anymore in Europe. City hotel ... not dewy but ok ... useful shuttle service, bed was great, metro only 4 minutes away (metro is great - with the crazy traffic a must). The big street did not bother much. Breakfast was ok - never had to wait. Rooftop is a plus. Ne nice German-speaking lady at the front desk. A part of Dubai where you feel safe in the evening. Less suitable for a beach holiday.
