Very good ambiance and good food! Would recommend. Did not get a five because of the quality of food

The rooms are big the staff is nice and always supportive 24/7 and great facilities available all around the building

I stayed for 2days. It was a owesome. The staff were very friendly. Pool, gym I liked. Bar was great even the staff at the bar she was very welcoming. Overall I had excellent stay, I feel great and relaxed now.

Rated as 4 stars hotel but its barely 3 based on other Marriott hotels... however in Dubai everything is overpriced and overrated... Hotel staff and service was good, no complaints. And it is very convenient central location. Just overall impression more like 3 stars... perhaps everything about Dubai should be decreased by a star or two

Great view from the top of this hotel down Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Service was good, but it was the people who I was with and the view that made it a great night.

Nice place... in city and close to the metro. Ease of commute is great. Has attributes of a budget hotel.

This is my favourite hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Having stayed here many times in the past, I always found the service and the hospitality second to none. And you cannot get a better location in my opinion. With its super close proximity to metro stations as well as the main attractions in Dubai, I highly recommend anyone to stay here, or at least check their prices first before booking a room anywhere else in Dubai.

Very nice hotel, the building, the location and the staff

The hotel is very good. Large and luxurious rooms. The service very good too. It has a terrace on the 43rd floor for a quiet drink.

I Spent 6 nights at this beautiful clean and comfortable hotel. The highlight of my stay was the impeccable service of 2 staff
members Bernard Anthony who went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with everything. His warm smiling and friendly nature made me feel so valued as a guest and I especially am thankful to the special ginger tea which helped me recover from the flu. He is an asset to ur business. Thanks Bernard !!! the other staff member was Vishnu Jeffrey an amazing chef and made sure my food was made with care and perfection. He took time out to smile greet and serve everyday with such pleasant Ness. He as well is undoubtedly a real gem. Thanks to u both and all other staff for making our stay the best experience ever.

I stayed here for 8 days, and the one thing that stands out is the customer service. Every one from the front desk to the breakfast chef is there to make you feel welcomed. I had kids with me and the chef went out of the way to ensure that they get food they like. The reception desk is very courteous, we had a late night checkin and we were handled with efficiency and urgency including a room upgrade. Had an awesome time overall

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. And a very good buffet is available for breakfast.

They upgraded us to a two bedroom Suite, the whole experience at the property was excellent.

Very comfortable hotel with a great staff, but can get extremely busy. Central location on Sheikh Zayed Rd.

Clean and tidy hotel conveniently located close to Financial centre, metro station and Dubai Mall. Not a beach holiday hotel but good pool. Level 43 is a good bar with sights across the city.
If SPG member, complimentary drinks between 6-8pm

Good Hotel with an excellent customer service. Spacious and clean rooms with a balcony but the glass doors to balcony were sealed, probably for safety reasons. Gym is nice but I hardly saw anyone use it. Roof has a pool and an amazing view of Shaikh Zayed Road for some reason they close the open-air area at night. Re: food, I haven t had a chance to try food at their restaurants except breakfast which was quite reasonable. Place is easily accessible just a minute walk to metro (Financial Centre) and taxis are always available outside. Overall, it s a place worth visiting!

P.S: on my next visit they opened balcony door for me after signing a waiver.
