Had a great family stay, pity couldn't extend our stay due to unavailability of room, would have loved to stay

Excellent serviced apartments. Very well maintained with a modern feel. All the staff were very helpful with all requests. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Rooms were very spacious. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of options to cover just about everyones taste. Good location.

It's v nice hotel . The whole staff is very nice & courteous. Good food. V prompt service. Centrally located. Beautiful place. Specially d room service operator girl was v prompt & courteous.

Very modern design rooms; we stayed in a preferred room, view to Sheikh Zayed Road; large room, well equipped inclduding iron , very clean ; very polite and helpfull staff ; we enjoyed the pool and the view from the roof .
Also we asked to stay one more night and they offered a very good price; We were impressed about how clean was the room, the staff visited the room just to assure for night that the curtains are draw. Great value for money spend.

Its location is very excellent and the services are close to you as well as the limousine is abundant and close to you, all the Dubai Mall + City Walk + Mercato Mall, what will take you to the limousine more than 12 dirhams

Located centrally on sheikh zayed road.. very close to a metro station... If you are a tourist looking to enjoy dubai then it's a good hotel.. location is busy always ... offers valet service also... have many restaurants near by and place is very lively... Easy to give directions and near to all central shopping malls. Very good for business travellers.

Beautiful hotel in the financial district at 5 minutes from the center by taxi, outdoor pool and bar on the 43rd floor where you can enjoy a splendid panorama of large modern rooms and also with an excellent view.

Comfortable, clean, sophisticated and close to service

A small but nice interiors. Attended a training session. Rooms were small and good for short training.

Nice cosy place, staff very warm ..special mention for Renju on front and Vishnu in Eatery restaurant, were extremely hospitable. I personally think if you have Indian staff anywhere in the world hotel - they will go out of their way to make fellow Indian comfortable.

1 star deducted for relatively smaller room...maybe balcony could have been avoided to make space for bigger room. After all who has got the will to sit in balcony in Dubai :) :)

Good location, service is ok. Expect more from the property

This hotel is very good especially the location is directly on Sheikh Zayed Road
The service is good and its surroundings are present. Everything you need from restaurants, transportation, services, supermarkets, barbershops, but the prices of hairdressers on this street are 100 dirhams less than anything
The hotel provides normal services, but in general it is excellent for a two or three-day stay, while at the side of the metro station you can walk

Great location but very big and when I visited the lobby was overcrowded, staff very engaged but they could hardly keep up. The room was spacious

Great location for planning activities around Dubai. If you re looking to be 15 minutes from every tourist location - this is it. A great hotel, delicious breakfast and kind staff. Definitely would recommend it.

Very nice place and hotel, comfortable stay and very good experience

We liked it very much. Smaller flaws available, but for a 4 star hotel tiptop. Especially the view from the pool / rooftopbar and gym is excellent. Breakfast was a bit clear, but adequate for four stars. Unfortunately, you always had to wait a bit for a table. Waiting time at 10:00 o'clock mostly around 5 minutes.
The friendly and attentive service would have earned even 5 stars.

Not bad! We asked for higher floor before one month of our stay, yet they gave us in lower floor!! We asked for good view ther give us the worst!! I don't recommend it as the location is poor!

The place is very beautiful, the location is excellent, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are clean .... For the following year, I go down to the same hotel and have the same quality, cleanliness, and reception. The location is next to a number of restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the metro station.

Great hotel. Loved everything, specially swimming pool with warm water on the roof. Views are amazing from there. I have been upgraded for free to suit. Beautiful, spacious, fantastic design,very clean. Breakfast was good. Also location can't be better. Only one thing I liked less: elevators. The hotel is huge but elevators are only 4 and they are slow. So many time you wait, wait, wait. And there is a mess in ground floor with all people waiting for elevator. But all other things are perfect.

Was a nice place to stay. Vignesh from house keeping was very helpful and ensured that the place is neat and tidy. He did a really good job.
