Confortable rooms, the team is very nice everybody is working hard to make the stay very nice. The only thing was the late tobacco smell on the sheets in the room. I recommend this hotel.

A good place to stay for tourist & has good restaurants too

The staff were great, especially sorting out a tour that never picked us up. Room was exactly as you would expect for the brand. Location was very close to metro - so great for transit - but a bit far if you plan to taxi everywhere though. Their "welcome drink" voucher was redeemable for barely enough to cover a can of coke - disappointing. Overall good experience!

Swimming pool and bar on the top floor offer a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff do the rest. Rich and abundant breakfast. Excellent location. Highly recommended

Very decent location. Walking distance from City Walk. Metro station 2 mts walk. Eating places around the hotel. Bar and swimming pool at the top level is worth a relaxing visit.

Apart from the small pool on the top of the hotel, everything else is stellar

Stayed here for 10 nights. Amazing hotel for an amazing price. Their elevators/lifts do get very crowded though.

Great Place, amazing view, super central location, a bit expensive

Nice hotel, with good views from the room and in walking distance from metro station. Hence getting around Dubai through Metro is really easy from here. Secondly Dubai mall is one station away, so really quick stay for shopping needs.

The room was very nice and very spacious. It felt like we were royalty, and made us feel right at home. We were on the 30th floor and the views were absolutely amazing. The food was great and the variety was massive. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and very helpful. They constantly went above and beyond for us. I would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

Be sure to visit the bar # Level43 on the roof. Enjoy a cocktail or cappuccino and watch the drifting down in the streets.

The location was great, close to everything, you d get anywhere within few minutes. rooms were very comfortable and very clean with an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very polite and helpful. Truly an excellent place to stay.

Really good location if wanting to visit the wider Dubai, only 1 stop (on metro) from dubai mall/burj Khalifa, rooms clean and large. Breakfast good and abundant. Staff happy to help. Roof top bar lounge on level 43 a good spot to get some stunning views, especially at night. Didn't eat in hotel, as plenty to eat locally or as I did head I to the mall one night fo food.

Conveniently located by the DIFC, nice rooms and pleasant service. Will stay here again and again.

Suitable for business stay not holiday. Limited open area and we sometimes had to wait to get seats for breakfast.

Fabulous view, courteous staff. The suite of this hotel which are located in higher floors have balcony with breathtaking view of Dubai - you can see Sheikh Zayed road, Burj Khalifa and some part of beach. It s 5min walking distance from Financial centre metro station and Rostamani bus station. Lives up to your expectation in every way. The staff helped us with suggestions for our shopping and sight seeing to-do list.

Nice modern hotel in the center of Dubai close to the metro. The hotel has a swimming pool and a rooftop lounge bar. There are also 3 restaurants: pub, Italian, Moroccan on the 1st floor. The staff is helpful and very present. Business oriented hotel.

Lovely, spacious rooms with a good selection of television channels. Courteous staff. Good place for children as staff attend to them like they do to adults.

Great Location, great service. Breakfast bar was awesome, lots of variety. Manager was very nice and always came up to our table to ask how was everything and if needed anything. Chef Vishnu was awesome - with great sense of humor and amazing attitude.
