Very attentive staff.
Spacious and clean room.
Perfect breakfast.
I didn't like having to ask for bathroom utensils, slippers, toothpaste ... (which in a 4-star hotel I think you have to have in the room)
There was no bathrobe.
The hotel is very close to public transport, and has different restaurants throughout the area.
