Four Points by Sheraton Downtown & Sheikh Zayed Road (Complex) Review

Good services, polite employees and good location easy access to everywhere.

Perfect location to stay, easily connects to the whole city and it's attractions, superb service quality despite bustling with heavy traffic of guests. Truly recommended.

SPG rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The Food is outstanding, breakfast menu is very expansive.

Staying here is a very best and a pleasant experience.. Already spent 3 nights; 2 nights yet to go.. staff are really friendly, especially EHAB and VISHNU ( very nice people). Thank you Sheraton.

Norrowed hotel but located in good palace. Not such good ambiance. near by kfc and some bars. Wallet parking available. I stayed just a night, rooms are bigger looks cleaner for this rate

Rooftop Sky Lounge & Bar at level 43 of Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. One of the best places to chill out in Dubai.

Lucked out with the hotel. Great location close to the metro, a lot of food options around the hotel and very courteous staff. My fight arrived early, instead of 3pm check in, they gave me the room at 10am. The hotel is also close to the airport. We took regular cab and it costed us AED 55 to reach the hotel. If you are not traveling with a lot of luggage and are alone, you can also take the metro but I wouldn't advise it with family and kids and luggage because metro is packed. Make sure to book your room with breakfast buffet it's worth every penny.

Central location 5 mins drive from Burj Khalifa. 5 mins walk to Financial Centre metro station and near many eateries. Nice clean comfortable rooms and a fabulous roof top bar on 43 floor.

Was upgraded to Two bed apartment for free. Very courteous staff. Level 43 is excellent bar with good views in the hotel.

Very nice place. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Junaid helped me check in and was kind enough to upgrade me to a 2 BR suite which was very spacious and nice.

Very nice hotel, I stayed for 3 weeks, It offers a breathtaking view of Dubai and has a bar and a swimming pool and a place to relax spa

Absolutely recommend a stay at this hotel. It's not a budget hotel like we're used to, but the prices still seemed quite reasonable for the rooms. I requested an upper level floor with a view and the staff happily accommodated my request, including unlocking the balcony door. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service from waiters at the restaurants to the cleaning staff. Trim in the rooms was fantastic. Can't really recommend the mezzanine level restaurants but it's hard to be disappointed with the Sky 43 Level bar. The views are incredible, the service top notch, and the drinks are abundant. The bar is certainly expensive, but that's Dubai for you.

Hotel was beautiful staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Aprilrose and Victoria who were always there to greet me with a smile and ready to assist with anything g I needed.

Super location. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are 8 minutes drive away. Sandwiched almost equidistant between two metro stations (Financial centre and Emirates Towers) on the red line. It s safe for couples and families. Hospitality is the tops, especially the front office, the concierge and the restaurant staff. Scrumptious breakfast and the view from the roof top bar on the 43rd floor is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious, WiFi works fine, beds are comfortable though I wish the pillows were of better quality. A bit on the expensive side but totally recommended. I will be back in a blink.

So far has been a disappointment. The staff at the reception have been rude and talking about their guests in front of them, they haven t been very helpful, the valet guys are giving you wrong information and treating their guests with a very rude attitude. I m completely disappointed to see a Marriott branded hotel having such lower standards and treating their guests with this shameful attitude.

Great hotel, great location, great staff!
The hotel is very centrally located: 5 minutes to the train, from there 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa or 15 taxi-minutes to the Burj Al Arab. The rooms are "simple" but high quality, - stylish. Generally everything is very clean here. The hotel has a unique bar on the 43rd floor with a great view of the city (prices are fair). The staff: very friendly and accommodating. English is generally well understood and spoken. Due to the early flight we were already at the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning and could actually have moved into a room at 12 o'clock in the morning. The staff was so nice to us next to the directly ready-to-occupy room to offer a free upgrade of the room category. Thank you again for that.

Good location on Shaikh Zaid road, normal facility and strict checkout rules. 43rd floor terrace is added value.

The 4 star hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road is comfortable and its only passive delay is the elevator

Excellent service. One of the best hotel. Hotel as a 43 floor sky lounge from where you can view Dubai with 360 degree. I would suggest to book the hotel, as it provide.all the amenities the user wants.

The view from the Rooftopbar is great, the rest is more like a superior hostel than a 4 star hotel. The rooms are on the border to the lower average and the breakfast buffet for 25 is not even worth 10 .

Though not a cheap place to stay for budget travelers, its world class services is commendable. If you have some to spend and enjoy it, Visit this hotel. It's also great for seminars, trainings and the like.

Convenience. It is near two Metro stations and Burj Khalifa is one station away. It is a cool sky lounge on the 43rd floor.

Good prices, really nice room, great hospitality, near to the metro station and the hop on hop of bus stop. The rooftop with the swimming pool is the best place to spend the afternoon.

Very clean and modern hotel. The pool on top is fantastic. The view is great. Location of the hotel is ok (Dubai is anyway very spacious and sights are far apart from each other), metro station is very close and can be reached by foot.
ATTENTION: in the United Arab Emirates in general: it is common that hotels expect that kids up to the age of 12 sleep in the bed of their parents. Make sure you book an extra bed for your kids!!!

Hotel which deserves its stars the rooms are very well equipped. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There is a swimming pool and spa on the top floor of the hotel. In the evening the view is magnificent. Small inconvenience the proximity of the expressway but you get used to it. Dubai is a beautiful city and safe with no crime problems.

Awesome stay at this hotel. Staff are very attentive and not in your face at the same time. Rooms are a good size with lovely views of SZR (ask for a room facing the front). Good selection of breakfast and room service food is also nice. The hotel is ideal for business travellers and families who need space.
