Really good price with a stunning view from the top and a really good staff

There are many guests :( and elevator is Always taking forever... But hotel staff and amneties are great. Overall I recommend this hotel as a choice.

Good hotel in reasonable price, biggest advantage is closest metro station.

Raik and Jamil and the stables are excellent, their breakfast is MU much sweet

Sorry, but that hotel is old and needs to be renovated. We were really disappointed and left 2 Days early.

But what really bothered us the most was the street in front of our window, It has 14 Lanes, so yeah, a lot of cars and noise.

The hotel has the charme of a 90 s motel. There is a 14 lane highway right in front of it, so you would expect windows that are more soundproof. We checked out the same evening we checked in and had to pay just for one night.

Beautiful place...great view of part of the city. Easy access to the metro and other cool spots.

Food was delicious too. Had a great stay.. staff is friendly and helpful. Service was quick and late check out was given.. (it depends on the availability though) but it's highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Food was quite tasty, and I liked how they changed up certain foods so that it doesn't get boring. The views from the rooftop are amazing.

For example, it does not have a large reception hall, some towels must be replaced, and it needs a little general maintenance

The hotel is located almost in the center of Dubai. With the subway one stop to the mall. With the shuttle to the beach about 30 minutes. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is monotonous and there is not much choice.

Wonderful experience! Hotel given us true meaning of hospitality and affection towards their customer. Ambience is fine not too great but the experience was really nice, today is my last day here after stay of four days. I really miss the food, if u r Indian so must ask for Shree - the chef. Went for Ramadan Iftar at Eatery. Spread was limited but food was tasty. Not crowded so service was efficient. Chef prepared some nice shawarmas for us.

Always happy. The hotel is in a great location. The metro is only a few 100m away. Good service, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the bar is not smoke free. Therefore only 4 stars.

Location you got money exchange right next door, restaurants, Starbucks, pharmacy... the staff is friendly and helpful..smooth check-in and check-out

The hotel is clean and overlooks Sheikh Zayed Road. Next to it are many restaurants and associations catering to the wishes of the family. In addition to its proximity to Dubai Mall.

The hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is very varied, the staff very friendly. Our room was big and clean. The hotel is just one stop away from BURJ KHALIFA. Highly recommended.

After spending several weeks we can say very good service . Staff are very very polite and responsive. Especially indian and Filipino staff. Reception staff who speak Arabic are very slow and lie frequently. One guy in particular.

Overall a very good hotel with excellent service and location. Recommended.
