Hotel very good, subway 5 minutes, breakfast pantagruelique, room 48 m2 super equipped, staff caring, friendly and helpful at any time, 3 restaurants affordable. Possibility to rent a car directly in the hotel which is appreciable. Nothing to say

Great hotel 10 minutes driving to the biggest mall in the world. Rooms are comfortable and upscale. Ideal situation in the city in one of the main avenue. Apartments at the last floors are high standard and still affordable

Very Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The pices are pretty good given the service you get. I especially recommend breakfast, even though it is slightly expensive it is worth it.

Great customer service in all aspects. Zeena at the tour information desk has exceptional customer service. Level 43 lounge has one of the best views in Dubai. Loved the room and everyone in the hotel have bright smile in their face.

Very comfortable apartment .. spacious apartment contains two rooms and a very spacious lounge overlooking the city and the beautiful Zayed Road .. and three bathrooms God Almighty and a large kitchen proportions .. It was a very comfortable stay

Staff was very helpful with booking date issue. They resolved the error I made when booking and had a great view of the city from my room. The highlight was level 43 Sky Lounge a romantic location where the abience was phonominal to view the skyline of Dubai during EID holiday. The young lady Olga that manages the Lounge and her staff are very welcoming. The pool on the same level was relaxing and comfortable. a must location to stay and Dine.

Decent four-star hotel. Great bars and restaurants but the breakfast included in the price is poor.

We had a week long vacation in Dubai and stayed at the Four Points on Sheikh Zayed Road. It was a two bedroom suite with two and half bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. When booking the room I thought I had done something wrong to get a room of this level and style for so cheap! Even arriving in Dubai, I was stressed about the potential of the room because of the price, fretting it wouldn't be nice enough or I somehow booked the wrong number of days.

I was wrong!

We arrived in Dubai around 10 AM and got to our hotel by 11. I thought to just check in and have the hotel hold our bags until our room was ready but to our surprise there were a few available for check in. The only catch was that the room was smoking -- we would have preferred non-smoking. The receptionist at the front desk was accommodating and let one of us go up to check the room to make sure it was up to standard, and it was.

The room was so large! It was clean, the smoke smell was only prominent in the hallway, which was fine as long as it didn't come in to the room and it didn't the whole time we were there.

We thought that we should have another week to spend in the hotel alone! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating with our requests. The rooms were all cleaned well and our stuff was treated with care.

The view from our room was the best -- we had an amazing view of the city and the Burj Khalifa. Nights were the best, seeing the city lights and the Burj dance with its light shows was a treat every time.

Location is close to the Financial Centre Metro and a good amount of restaurants for a quick bite to eat.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family/friends if they were to ever visit Dubai.

Stayed here for 8 nights during my trip and the service was astonishing. The view from my room was beyond expectations. I had a direct view of the burj khalifa. There was a dairy and few restaurants within a 100m walk from the hotel which was really handy. Getting a taxi was no problem since the hotel staff would go outside and stop one for you. Taxi to the dubai mall cost roughly 20 Aed. Would definitely stay here again. was well worth the money.

Good location on shaik Zaid road, with several restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets around. Friendly staff, and big bedrooms. I wish there were carpets on bedrooms floor though!

You should definitely use the free shuttle service to the Mall of the Emirates ... you get much much cheaper than in the Dubai Mall.

Was a very nice hotel from inside and out. My business upgrade was awesome but it smelt like cigarettes even though I opted for non-smoking.
Toiletteries stock are not replenished everyday. This is a shame.

This is a great place well worth the stay,considering the price,location and services. My favorite is the breakfast and brunch. Waiting staff at the main restaurant on the main floor are great,and the breakfast is excellent.

One of the best hotels to stay when in Dubai. Located in downtown

One of the best luxurious hotels in Dubai, it's located on sheikh Zayed road, and quite convenient for all the tourist places, you get plenty of taxes from here to any location, the hotel has a swimming pool and which is open till 10 p.m. it also has a bar and restaurant on the top floor. The view of Dubai city is wonderful from the rooftop. It's worth staying in this hotel

Great views from the rooftop and from the higher level rooms. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Dubai Metro and some air conditioned bus routes if exploring by public transit is of interest. It's a quick ride to attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. We got upgraded to one of the suites with a wrap-around balcony and it was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was also very extensive, with hot options available, and staff were accommodating. Would stay here again!

This hotel was perfect! Thanks location is perfect to move easily around the city. Metro station nearby! Room was very comfortable, big and always clean. Breakfast was delicious! Everyday had options. A gr at way to start your morning. Parking lot on the back of the hotel very convenient. Staff very friendly and if you had any questions to get around the area they would assist you to make sure you were on your way. Loved Four Points!

What a wonderful stay I just had at the Four Points by Sheraton. The service was incredible. All in all the lobby staff is great, always smiling, attentive and helpful. Samson was particularly helpful in going the extra mile to make sure that our baggage was taken care of and that we got the exact taxi that we needed (the van taxi was more economical for large groups) Ahmer and Marry were also great in the breakfast restaurant. Since the first day they greeted us with smiles and memorized that I like a cappuccino in the morning. Ahmer went out of his way to find a key for my friend who had lost it.

The hotel is very well located for visiting the main sites of Dubai (Burj Khalifa, the Mall ...)
Taxi downstairs from the hotel and metro 400 meters away on foot. In short, all good! The welcome and the service were perfect, quick and efficient check in, the suitcases were brought to the room quickly. We stayed in the suite, the view is breathtaking! The balcony goes around the suite and allows you to enjoy a view of more than 180 degrees ... Superb! All the equipment is present, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer ...

Its alright - decent enough, large rooms, bit dated on the decor, but serviceable enough.

You do not accept the payment if you have the same card with you when you check in with the credit card. The rest is amazing.

I was there in early April, very good breakfast, room clean, metrostation nearby, taxi cheap, always friendly attentive staff, my daughter and I were very satisfied. Thanks at all.

Perfect stay. We were in Dubai on holiday and based on reviews and the location chose to stay here for 5 days. The location is great (metro stop is about 5 min walk), there are restaurants in the area plus Starbucks (on the same side of the hotel as well on the other side of sheik zhayed road - you walk through metro station to cross over the interstate), the rooms are spotless and housekeeping is very thorough, Uber s & taxis are readily available and this location was easy for our tour operators to find. There is a lounge on the 43rd floor it was nice to relax out there in the evening (there is a ladies night on Tuesday where you get two free drink tickets - it can be alcoholic or nonalcoholic). Oh yeah for the shoppers there is a free shuttle that stops in front of the hotel that will deliver you to/from mall of the Emirates. Dubai mall is one stop up on the metro from the hotel and Dubai Marina mall is about 9 or 10 stops from the hotel. As I said no complaints and got a great rate with AAA membership. Would definitely recommend this property.

So what's really true is the location. Hotel is really very central. Also, the hotel is certainly very cheap. 85 Euro - 100

Hotel is fine for the price. Rooms are basic but not very nice.
