Unbelievable food and best atmosphere in Evanston. If your thinking of going be sure to show up early, since they dont take reservations and fill up very quickly on thurs-sunday. Be sure to check the menu in advance since it changes seasonally!

Really wonderful place for both food and drinks. An excellent place for a date! Chic, cozy, yet not too assuming. Sitting near the front of the place is effectively like being outside on a nice day, since they can open the entire front. That made us very comfortable with regard to ventilation and social distancing. The food was excellent, we ordered all vegetarian dishes. The cocktails were also extremely tasty! Will definitely come back!

Two different experiences: very tasty weekday lunch (first time there) with fresh flavors and interesting combinations, and then back for a rather greasy Sunday lunch with a rather limited, meaty brunch menu (toast & jam was one mini slice included on the plate). Eating outdoors is an option (I don't care for it) but with the large front windows open you feel you are outdoors, complete with traffic noise, car exhaust fumes, and locally-sourced flies. It can be difficult to hear conversation with loud music and crowd noise (even though we asked for a quiet table) and it can get expensive...

This place offers environmentally conscious dishes. We were a big group so we had to choose from a fixed menu. The food was good but over priced. Few options for vegetarians and almost none for vegans.

Great food with unique atmosphere

Brunch is more affordable compared to their dinner. The restaurant has vintage but cozy vibes, love all the candles and antique tables!
