Had a terrible experience ordering from Fossil. Or...

Had a terrible experience ordering from Fossil. Ordered a purse; it was defective. Sent to their warranty center, and I had to pay for shipping. They credited me the cost of the purse (w/o) shipping. The purse went up in price afterward, and they wouldn't replace. Offered a small discount. The whole process cost me tons of time and more money. Just awful.
