Earlier in the week I attempted to make a online purchase for a new watch. A simple transaction for 141.00, including tax has now cost me over 900.00. After two failed attempts on my part I contacted customer service for assistance. Customer service attempted to place the order as well only to receive the same error message I did. Unknown to me the representative attempted five additional times, each time resulting in a pending transaction on my card. Upon my immediate discovery of the matter I contacted you and also my bank. I have yet to have my funds released back to my card. I call and your representatives are not understanding, they have hung up the phone on me. I resulted in contacting the local store for assistance. The manager apologized for the unprofessional experience and contacted customer service on my behalf. They explained to him that my funds would be released back to my card within 24 hours. He suggested they should call me and explain this resolution to me. I have yet to hear from them. Most upsetting part of this ordeal is I'm away from home (Texas) traveling for business and left without funds.
