Bought a smartwatch online from their website. Got a confirmation and credit card charged via PayPal. After not receiving it after more than a week, sent them a message to check on the status of my order. Never received a response to my inquiry. Got an automated notice saying my order was cancelled 10 days after my order was placed. It's ridiculous they took that long to do anything. No explanation on why the order was cancelled. These guys need to learn some customer service or no one will want to buy from them. Luckily PayPal has protection from sketchy companies like Fossil. I feel sorry for their employees.
