Always a pleasure to visit F&M. Friendly and very helpful staff ~ thank you!
Its a good experience to browse the store. The restaurants are all pretty good although a little expensive.
The luxury groceries experience! From tea to sweets everything is high grade reflecting the price. Love it.
Fantastic place only when entering this site it already impacts how well organized ... taking care of even the smallest detail in its decorations. Illumination. Organization. Cleaning. The whole place is a sample of perfection. The wine cellar has an infinity of wines, champagnes, liqueurs, for people who are knowledgeable on the subject or who wish to have the pleasure of enjoying a good wine. They advise you if you want something more exquisite and of excellent quality.

3'6 Bar. Lovely spot marked down for: Wrong glasses for Hendricks gin & Tonic, Noisy Air- conditioning and bloody service charge - How do they know their service is any good if they add for it automatically? Stupid idea.
Beautiful, reasonable price, beautiful packaging. Ideal for bringing back gifts
An institution. An interesting place to visit, but crazy dear prices. Nice foodstuffs though
It has become a Christmas tradition to visit this wonderful store, to enjoy the fabulous decorations, breathe in the wonderful atmosphere, indulge in chocolate and biscuit treats, buy exciting jams and marmalades that are that little bit extra special for presents or to be enjoyed over the festive season or anytime!
It is a fancy dancy huge tea shop with 3 restaurants.
You must have reservations for high tea. We enjoyed the middle restuarant with lovely scones and small servings. The hostesses were snooty but our server was very kind and welcoming to us foreigners.
Quality Tea! All kinds of choices. Besides from tea, they serve jam, biscuits and wine...Etc. the shop is very close to Green Park station, 5mins walking distance.
Will always come back to this beautiful place. Tea time is a little pricey, but worth it
A multi-story shopping experience offering a fresh food court, extensive tea and coffee counters, and a variety of artisan goods sure to please any appetite (if not any budget).
What a shame the tea room has become such a rip off. They call it a "Tea Experience", but there is nothing special about it. Service is poor, the quality is average and it feels like a factory for tourists. Very disappointing.
Delightful place to shop and eat. Afternoon Tea was amazing. Great food and attentive service.
The luxury store for tea, cookies, marmalades and everything in between. Very nice store. Staff in livery and very attentive to your request. Employees do not hesitate to leave their department to accompany you and help you find what you are looking for. This is the Lafayette Gourmet London ....
You can buy black tea here, but it is also sold in Gowang.
Just the most xmassy place in London. Go upstairs for the decorations, which are stunning, and the ground floor for foodie presents and xmas treats (e.g. special xmas chutney).
The store itself is fantastic and such wide variety. Really nice tea ware but be prepared to pay for it. The Parlour is more of an ice cream shop than a place to go have tea and eat. Made this mistake as there's lots of kids around. Food was not great either.
Wonderful afternoon tea with some friends. We were looked after by a very lovely lady - Marianne.
Thank you for making our birthday celebrations special Marianne.
Packed and not recommend during the Christmas season to shop in. The outside windows though were impressive, so walking past is enough during this time of the year
I loved this store. While my wife shopped on the other floors, I spent time on the 3rd floor enjoying the amazing items for men, including a great collection of high end luggage and apparel. Ended up purchasing a wallet (my wife got it for me for father's day). Will definitely come back. Salespeople were very helpful.
When traveling to London, it is a good place to buy souvenirs for relatives and friends. There are many choices for tea gift boxes, and the packaging is also very beautiful. Each type of tea has sample jars to taste the aroma, and hand-made chocolate counters are also available to taste. The staff is friendly and professional.
Great tea. They have a solid selection and super friendly staff.
Love to go in to this famous London store, especially before Christmas. There are so many wonderful choices for biscuits, hot drinks selections, confectionery, etc on the ground floor. When you go up to the other floors the choices remain so good that it's difficult to choose!
Will always return, even in other months of the year! Staff are very helpful and friendly.
A wonderful place and one can call it a museum of British food and not only excellence, but service... strange to call it mildly. They are the stars there, not a customer, for however much you buy...
Even if I prefer other places to buy teas F&M is a must if you're visiting London. Huge and with an incredibly wide choice. Also sells food. Very professional and helpful staff. A little to expensive up to me.
Open at 11:30 on Sunday.
When I went to the cashier with the two requested products, it was said that the cashier would open from 12:00, and I had no plans to go back.
Why isn't the cashier open?
Beautiful store. A remarkable experience, from the guy in the top hat that opens the street door, to the food court with candied fruits that looked like jewelry items. The Pistachio and clotted cream cookies are amazing.
The tea is unlike any other. It s so good and this store has every kind you can think of it s so big. I could ve spent hours inside.
Great for all kinds of things: but if you're heading for a park,go in and get a hamper.. marvellous
What can I say ? wonderful food very special, the eclairs I bought will be a talking point for ever ! they were shared by a dozen people and all responded with a wow ! and some of these people are used to top quality food worldwide . The service impeccable my vegan inquiry for cakes was thoroughly checked out , unfortunately at the moment they do not stock anything .I was assured the purchasing department would be appraised of my inquiry and there should be no reason why they cannot source something that is vegan , and as far as this chap informed me every inquiry he has made over his 25 year service there has always been listened to and if at all possible a positive outcome has been arrived at .
Found it v. Difficult to order a Xmas hamber, so l left.
You know you're in a good department store when dogs are allowed.
Afternoon tea is a very pleasant and pleasant experience.
The servers are very nice and helpful. The tea is delicious.
By cons pastries ... sugar and butter. Impossible to finish.
This is the ultimate store, its amazing, and afternoon tea with champagne. It's the staff that make this store special.
Its antiquated in so many ways... including the sell of Foie Gras involving the force-feeding grain and fat to geese and ducks. They are a store which so blatantly trades on its English heritage and one we should be ashamed of.
I took my kids here for a light lunch. While it is certainly pricey, the food was very high quality and the service immaculate. Recommended.
Wonderful old department store. Have a widely assorted collection of good tea's
Really hard to get out of here, so many good stuff!
Classic old school service. Nice chocolate tea and food. The staff are amazing and the place is well worth a visit.
Make sure you bring a nice limp of caah
Not much to say as the place really speaks for itself. I, like most I'm sure, usually shop here for gifts and you wouod be hard placed to go wrong in this regard.
Love going to F&M every time I visit London. The staff are always polite and friendly, they make you feel welcomed as soon as you step foot through the door!
Very cool place and quality products, expensive though
Wow! This is the MOST amazing shopping centre I ve ever been to in my Life would extremely recommend visiting even if you don t buy anything.
Lovely place with helpful staff but is VERY CROWDED on Saturday! Go there on a weekday! Otherwise a very lovely place
"The Absolutely Compleat Tea Shoppe" - if you can't find the tea or tea related accessory here, it doesn't exist! Seriously expensive tea pots and sets with some most unfortunate misspellings but also some of the most creative and entertaining displays in the retail industry.
Tea lovers this is the place. Not only for its delicacy and variety of flavors but for the aesthetics that it gives us in each gondola and in each of its floors. Although expensive, it is worth the trouble to take at least a little tit. I recommend the Gin & Tonic. Delight.
Large selection of teas of all types with the possibility of smelling them to choose them well
Beautiful architecture and surroundings as well as wonderful selection of honey, and preserves , teasets, teas and biscuits. Upstairs lovely soaps and perfume
Very good store the products are top quality and well ordered quality price are unbeatable in London best must visit
Excellent, friendly well mannered staff made my shopping experience a pleasure, there really is no where else like it in the world.
Overall a lovely store, however we have had some negative experience today. When buying a hamper, we had a very unknowledgeable and unhelpful sales assistant Asmath. He declared that we couldn't buy a hamper because there was no champagne inside. We were quite confused until another assistant explained that we needed to pick a personalised bottle from another floor.
Surprising for usually high level of service
By far the best shopping experience that London has to offer. Far classier than Harrods, better laid out, much more attentive staff and better quality produce for the price. Great selection of teas - a real treat. You should definitely visit it !
The tea and sweets are wonderful. On the fragrance floor, the representatives are far too pushy - it would be nice to look without being hassled into being sprayed with perfume every few steps!
