A grocery store that is full of history, charm and some amazing foods.

They may have created the Scotch Egg but they remain the best I've tried.
Their bread and cheese counter is full of tasty and reasonably priced items considering the quality. The staff are often very friendly.

Extremely busy in December, but that is to be expected. Christmas display was interesting and inclined us to pop in. Great for gifts, but as anticipated, quite expensive but great for a special present. We bought marmalade which was wrapped in tissue paper. The reason for fewer stars is due to the marmalade leaking and as it was given as a gift it had to be cleaned by the recipient before enjoying it.

Stunning place that simply isn't meant for Londoners - I always take tourists here, and they love the palatial, twee decoration and buy the odd souvenir to take home. I'm simply not sure who would come here otherwise - perhaps people with More

An amusement park for adults who loves not only tea but also food.
Tea, coffee, marmalade, various jams, preserves, honey, chocolate, cookies, spices ...
With all kinds of luxury items from all over the world, I can't stand it anymore!
From this, it can be said that Britain cannot be said to have traditionally been poor in food culture. It's a very different direction.

Oh my god .. So lovely !!!

Oh my god .. So lovely !!!
A "big little store" dating from the 18th century, traditional and classic.

The luxury of the delightfully historic setting, with its windows, its large crystal chandeliers, its outdoor chime, and its sellers, so, so British !! is a unique experience for all tourists !!

On the ground floor, all gourmet English products, chocolates, teas, jams, cookies .. absolutely delicious !!
In the basement, a well-stocked cellar .. with .. Cocorico all French champagnes, "sparking wines" .. English, but also,
, the famous Scottish whiskeys
You can savor them 'at the Champagne bar, or at the more cozy Bar on the floors..

You will find there, all the possible gifts to offer or .. more prosaically .. to please you !!!
The department "card shop" is delicious, with refined and original cards, especially at Christmas time !! or very stylish writing papers ..

At that time, you will love the floor dedicated to Christmas decoration.
A fake fireplace surrounded by fir trees adorned very differently, Santas more real than life, tables loaded with balls more beautiful than each other .., silverware or very decorative porcelain .... A festive atmosphere bathes this radius ..

For refined tourists, an exceptional "perfumes" department, and competent and friendly sellers.

A tea room nice, but often hyperbooked ... Alas !!! It is really advisable to book for the afternoon tea ....
In a street close to the Fortnum store, its very classic restaurant, offering quality products, very fresh .. can be a little expensive !!

Overrated and very expensive for what you get. I was also disgusted to realise that they sell foie gras, the production of which is illegal in this country because it is horrifically cruel - it involves massive over-feeding by forcing metal tubes into the stomachs of geese and ducks. SHAME ON YOU F&M

It's always a pleasure dining at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Room at Fortnum & Mason, even during lockdown. The service was superb and attentive by the lovely Gabriella. We had the delightful Afternoon Tea & Savoury tea. There were so much food that we were all stuffed, plus we went home with a little bit more extra. Having had afternoon tea at various high-end hotels & tea houses in & outside of London, Fortnum & Mason remains a classic favourite.

It was a good experience of luxury food items on display. The ambiance of the environment is enough to enjoy, let alone purchasing an item. When I went there it was quite busy, and I only got to looking at the delicatessants.

When you come to London, I definitely want to enjoy an afternoon tea set, but it is expensive, but I have made a reservation in advance. It was really a waste of money Butter and jam are delicious, but the sandwich on the first floor was the best I've ever eaten, and the top cake wasn't good either. Shine

If you're after that bit of London magic, anytime of year, but particularly Christmas, then look no further. The staff are always so friendly, polite and most of all knowledgeable about the products in-store. They cannot do enough for you, and that makes it. Add to that the stunning quality of produce and it's an out and out world beater.

The place was very lovely and the food was lovely. The staff is rude, slow and inconsistent. The sandwiches were left out and were not fresh. I would give the pianist 5 stars he played songs everybody knew.

The gentleman behind the whisky bar is very professional and when it came to leaving my headphones behind when I return he even said he tried running for me to hand them back but didn't make it and left them behind his bar, True English man.

I love Fortnum and Mason and have shopped here for a few years only when I need a little treat. It s a beautiful grand luxurious store and you will find the finest produce and best quality stuff here. I love Harrods too but Fortnum and Mason tops it for me. Try tea there as well. I haven t had a proper meal there yet but it s on my list. Love it

Really good selection of teas. Pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian option :-) Staff were friendly, well trained and knowledgeable.
Nice pampered break from the West End. However, not the most glamorous venue aesthetically.
