What a lovely place to wander around, so much to look at and sample. Loved the the heavily carpeted stairs, the whole building and staff, the epitome of prestige and class. A lot less crowded than Harrods and far more enjoyable experience. Promised ourselves a return visit with afternoon tea as a treat.

I love the extremely high level of quality in their products. They have some of the best tea and coffee found anywhere. It is a shame people use this google site to spread irrelevant negative propaganda.

Beautiful shop. Great products. Great for gifts. Have very 'normal' things such as tea's and jams but with unique flavours. Restaurants looked very nice. Could be seen as expensive but I think they are well priced for the uniqueness of the products.

4 floors of wonder! I came to this shop in the pre-Christmas period and in addition to the infinity of tea and biscuits, the gift boxes and tea sets, what left me speechless were the Christmas trees and the decorations with attention to the smallest details. A perfect photo set!
The only flaw, but there ', the prices! In any case, the shop deserves to be visited if you are on vacation in London.

Visited after an art exhibition, treated ourselves to lunch yes its expensive but it is an experience, and it's not done every day, its unpretentious. The shop has some lovely food items and not necessarily as expensive as you'd think. They do their own honey in season too.

Quintessential British and second to none! A tourist attraction and a place where you can buy gorgeous teas, treat yourself with delicious stuff, buy nice gifts and enjoy a cuppa. If you're a tourist in London you might wish to see the clock on the F&M facade, especially when it tells the exact hours.

Most people just stick to the ground floor but going up a level you will find that there are some great homeware options at very reasonable prices. The grocery downstairs has quality food from all over the world. The fruit and veg is fresh and organic and meats are of a high standard. Cheese and preserves are well packaged, making this place a great idea to pick up stocking fillers for christmas. What sets this place apart is the professionalism and pacience of the staff. There is always someone on hand to help even during busy Christmas periods.

If you want to miss the busy Christmas tourists, place an order and it will be waiting for you downstairs with no need to wait or stand in a line.

Touristy but just go. The renovations of recent years have made it more touristy but it will never fail to disappoint. Take time for a beverage or afternoon tea. Don't forget to explore the upper floors. The men's section is well worth a 'gander'.

I love this store! A concentrate of brittish spirit! You will find there the flagship products of British gastronomy and the best teas. A beautiful Christmas decoration department, a little too early in time for my taste because installed before Halloween, but very full and so refined raff

A decent if somewhat overpriced outlet. The clientele is extremely snobbish and can get very busy during peak times. I would avoid and order online if you need the brand name, however in my opinion the price does not reflect the quality on many things here.

A beautiful and upscale place that brings together many things and is classified as high-end, the tea room on the third floor is beautiful in decor, the sessions are comfortable and classy, the service is good and the variety of requests during the tea period is good, and it needs advance reservation, the supply in the basement is good, and its products are excellent, including drinks, cheese and meat, either on the ground floor It includes sweets and biscuits, which can be tasted, and jam, all kinds of honey, and saffron.
The second floor includes rare, elegant and expensive perfumes ... a special place

One of the quintessential stops on our London tour. Luxury and charm in one package. Though we only bought a brollie here the experience of viewing the products that they are famous for was on par with some of our museum visits in terms of pleasure. Must see spot.

A traditional department store on Picadilly Street. There is a diverse range of tea, coffee, pastries and other delicacies and luxury items on several floors. At the same time, there are numerous high-quality, affordable products. So the tea blend "Fortmason" has become my absolute favorite and has now become my favorite souvenir from London !!

Fortnum and Mason is a luxurious dessert and candy shop, fit for the queen! Of course, it is VERY expensive but for that kind of taste it is worth it. The decor is beautiful and everything is set up nicely. THe employees are very helpful and if you are truly buying something you can get a few samples.

Ok

Went for afternoon tea as a treat for my grandparents. It was greatly enjoyed. I haven't tried other afternoon teas but have been told F&M offers the best value for money. Service is what you would expect from a place like this. Would recommend to anyone.
