What an amazing general store... It has everything for the consumer of food and drink. If money is no barrier then shop here on a daily basis. Fantastic, helpful, genuinely interested shop floor team.

Had a great time visiting this department store. I had to get the Royal Tea. Heard so many great things! Unfortunately due to time constraints I couldn't explore everything at this store but I would love to one day. Amazing architecture.

Most splendid time in Easter and Christmas decorations

The building was transformed to a gigantic Advent Calendar for Christmas. It s worth a detour if you re in the neighborhood!

It's a must if visiting London. Try the chocolate. Pure quality.

Very busy the day we went, had lovely things to buy. Was a very lovely shop and staff.

The top afternoon tea is delicious and the finger food is refilled for free. Even though I went on a weekend without a reservation, I was able to get in right away and the staff are friendly. The tasting corner on the first floor was good, and the tea and jelly shop staff who lived with less than one hundred grams seemed very busy, but please respond kindly. It's so big that you can be happy just by watching

The place is loosing it's appeal. Staff is rude, specialty items, like nugget and loose decaf teas, are no longer available. I bought macaroons, they were mediocre.

First time in this store was very surprised how many wonderful items are for sale and to me expensive .

Wonderful experience visiting here. Bought a large selection of teas, and enjoyed them all. My only complaint is that the store was very crowded and it made it difficult to shop.

I love Fortnum's usually go to get marmalade that and few things from the food hall on a regular basis. I bought the spinach mushroom with truffle oil and salmon& artichoke tart and also fresh sea bass. The sea bass wasn't cleaned properly even though the gentleman claimed he had. I had to finished it off removing the scales and gutting it when I got home. The salmon and artichoke tart had chewy artichoke its small leaving very little of it left. The spinach and truffle oil had a very long hair in it that looked blonde, so that went in the bin as well. This was all after raving on about Fortnum's to a friend that coming with me for the first time it was very embarrassing and frakly will no longer be giving you my money or introducing anyone else Thank you!!!!!!!

A lovely place to walk around, some great gift ideas, but insanely overpriced, even if the quality is very high.

Beautiful, opulent old fashioned traditional shop, a must for London visitors.

Whether you can afford to buy stuff or not, go for the show, it's like a time machine.
If you like insanely overpriced foodstuffs in a post-colonial setting, this is your spot.

You can buy cute packages of tea and sweets at a famous department store. As it has brand power, it is recommended as a souvenir.
The shop assistants are all wearing F & M color ties and they are cool. I asked and took a picture, but he kindly responded.

Alibaba cave for people with more money than good taste.

Most things were beyond my price range, but it's worth a visit for the experience alone. Staff are friendly and there are around 5 levels of floorspace to explore. A London institution.

Favourite place to get tea. Never mind all the tourists, they don't know what they are here for. Better to come during the week, you get expert advice on a huge tea and coffee selection, reasonably priced.

Historic department store, very chic, offers excellent and numerous varieties of teas

Fortnum&Mason is a very old British department store, established in 1707, famous for it's tea's and confectioneries. It's flagship store is located at 181 Picadilly London.
Apart from tea's and coffees, the store offers upmarket luxury items for men and women. During the christmast season, very nice ornaments are on sale also.
There are also 2 coffee houses with delicious pastries.
Highly recommended.

Fortnum & Mason is large department stores who are expert in the UK delicacies. This place is full of the most delightful, delicious delicacies! The staffs were very friendly; they are also easy-going and happy to encourage leisurely browsing. This is a huge shopping store where you can spend a countless deal of time just looking at all the stuff they have to offer. You can also find stuff for girls in the 2nd floor like exquisite displays of purses, jewellery and lingerie, and the last but not the least is the perfume section where you can find signature brands of perfumes. And in the 3rd floor have fascinating presents for men as well as a large stationery section and all school stuffs. I really loved this place, so stunning, elegant, and luxurious.

Fabulous place. Some friends and I visited Fortnum & Mason for some shopping, and I treated myself with some of their memorable glazed fruit, which is absolutely amazing. The place is pricey but worth every penny. Great friendly staff too.

A HUGE variety of luxury candies and chocolate. The staff is super helpful and really kind, they really want you to have a good experience. We tasted quite a few things including the ice cream (curry ice cream isn't a good idea) and the store is set up beautifully. This would be a good place to take mom or grandma, or kids, or basically anyone who likes fancy sweet shops.

The feeling I get when I enter F&M... It makes me so happy! Everything is pretty, delicious and it does for great gifts and special occasions. My favourite area is the lower ground where you can get fresh produce that comes from heaven! And the restaurants of course!

This is old school English at its best. Fortnum's is a treasure trove of delights for anyone that enjoys eating and drinking!
The high tea, scones with jam and cream, cakes, tarts, biscuits, booze, the list keeps on going.
The Fortnum's and mason hampers are also a staple item here and they don't disappoint. There is a hamper for every budget and every occasion. This is a designer department store for foodies the world over

Our reservation was at 7pm. We arrived prompt ly. As always, we were told that our tray (sandwiches, scons, etc) will be refreshed every time we asked. Service was very nice but very slow. We got our first tray : 4 sandwiches cut in More

F & M has always been one of my favourites. It has a problem with tourists, but other than that, it is easily the best grocers in town. I love it not so much for the food hall, and the new fab basement deli, but for the less crowded upper floors where you can browse fine china, or exquisite stationery or leather gifts. It stocks luxury goods that make it my first stop for presents, especially atChristmas when their Christmas baubles and festive nonsense is second to none. Proper posh things on every floor, and by posh, I mean, well made, of fine quality, the best of the best. Like the store itself. A cornucopia of expensive delights. On Picadilly, so handily close to that other magnet, Hatchards my second favourite bookshop!

Iconic London warehouses with an extensive selection of teas of all types and backgrounds. They have unique varieties, custom mixes and harvests from their own plantations in different countries. Its Afternoon tea and High tea are recommended, authentic English flavor!

Enjoyed High Tea here for my first ever High Tea. Reservations are recommended. Do not come without an appetite. The amount of food served is actually overwhelming and delicious. Vast array of teas available and for food you can choose a sweet or savory menu.

This department store handles first-class tea and sweets. The interior is elaborate and the threshold is not as high as Harrods, so I liked it.
