WATCH THAT EVERYTHING IS PUT IN YOUR BAG AFTER PURCHASE!!
I really feel upset that I spent a fortune for an uncareful casheir to a) overcharge us but quickly got sorted out by someone else and b) not put in a soap in the bag with other things we spent an apsolute fortune on. Is it possible for me to give zero stars? That is how I feel.

All right, after that I went back and can I give ten stars? Their customer service is brilliant: I came back a few hours later and got it back with no hesitation and was offered an Easter egg as an apology. How can I thank F&M more?

The store was very very busy at that time and customers were approaching Millie several times while she was serving us, Millie has been behaving in a professional manner all through ... I had a pleasant shopping experience in store! Definitely will return

Only parts of it are open, but a fabulous store with wonderful quality products. You will be surprised at price versus quality. Not as pricy as you might think. In fact some things are cheaper there.

This place is great but the staff could be more engaging. It seems the only time you get a service is out of the food hall and buying loose tea. The food hall is the issue here. The staff on the sandwich bar are particularly rude. Also, not keen on uncovered cakes for the public to cough and sneeze over.

Fortnum is a great experience. A beautiful place to shop fine tea and coffee, cookies (biscuits) and so much more. They also offer a cute cafe upstairs for a quick bite. If you want to do proper tea time, make sure you get reservations in advance.

Very busy, but a 'must' to visit. The ambiance, as well as the wide variety of foods and presentation. We also booked Afternoon Tea for ourselves and relatives. It is well worth the time and expense.

Tourist or Londoner , gift shopping or replenishing your pantry, or even not shopping at all (having a cup of tea or a drink) Fortnum & Mason is a must. I am amazed with the service and the knowledge of the people who work at F&M. Always a kind word or just a smile. It doesn t matter if you are just looking , they make you feel welcome and are happy to share the best of British and beyond.

This place is a real gourmet paradise coffee tea jam with champagne and on the ground floor a wonderful porcelain on the next cosmetic and fragrance paradise for women and not only I was still afraid to enter. Obligatory point the oldest London delicatessen if you do not buy it at least for a moment you will feel like children

How can people still see FOIE GRAS as delightful. Can't you see the suffering and torture on your plates? Please just once, have a look at what they do to animals to get what you eat and pay so much money for. We do not mean to harrass nor annoy people with our fights but let's face it, yes you can eat meat but why would you admit to not only kill but also torture animals while they are still alive. Think twice when you eat, please make yourself aware and boycott FOIE GRAS so to save millions of tortured animals.

Excellent afternoon tea; we have been several times and have always left unable to eat dinner afterwards! They do a traditional or vegetarian friendly selection, are happy to bring more of any sandwiches, the petit fours are fantastic, and the cake trolly to finish have never disappointed. The star of the show is always the service throughout the experience too - one visit included someone in a wheelchair and they were very accomodating and made it feel relatively effortless without making a fuss.

We had afternoon tea which was definitely a five star event. All aspects were lovely, though a little expensive. I am giving four stars because of how rude the employees were in the department section of Fortnum and Mason. We were trying to buy some of the tea we had enjoyed in our meal, and they refused to let us purchase it though another employee had just greeted us. We were not pleased. It was a sour end to our afternoon at Fortnum and Mason.

My favorite is Christmas time.
The inside of the store becomes Christmas decorations, and the scent of tea leaves can be felt from the can.
Drink tea, eat scones, buy cookies and tea and go home.
Moments of bliss.
If you go to London, please stop by.
I recommend Christmas, when the store is the busiest.

Safe stop in London! First visit to the store, you can find a variety of teas, I have tried several and I have never been disappointed, apart you can find coffee, chocolates, sweets, gourmet products, wines, among many others ... in addition to accessories, perfumes and others, on the upper floors. How to forget all your dining rooms! They are all great! Only advice, come early, because it is worth going through it completely.

What a wonderful afternoon my daughter and I have just experienced having a High Tea. Chris our waiter for the duration was so courteous, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the afternoon.

For a great, if not the greatest, selection of tea and, my favourite, the grand selection of chocolates, especially gianduja (highly recommended, Fortnum & Mason must be visited by all. It's one of the landmarks of London that cannot be missed, especially for all you chocoholics and tea lovers. Other items of interest include jams, marmalades and quirky items. A bit on the pricey side, but for occasional visits and buys, Fortnum & Mason is great.

Commercial space with style. Prices are medium high which, considering the London brand and tradition, can be well worth the effort in offering something very British from this store.
