Beautiful, huge department store, seems to be a very good place for buying gifts or just glancing at the perfectly arranged products.
Everything looks exquisite, and of course everything has a matching not-so-nice price.
You must visit this store even if just for a few minutes, even though I m sure once you enter, you ll never want to leave.

It my favourite place to shop for gifts. So everything. The staff are uber helpful and very charming. I always leave feeling like I had a 2 hour massage. A must to visit.

Our go to place for afternoon tea!! You get the works (finger sandwiches, delicious scones and fun mini desserts AND an array of cakes to choose from)- all refillable by the way. I adore the savoury afternoon tea with yummy savoury scones and great canapes (you still get the cakes so you get something sweet for after). If you're looking for something heavier then the high tea will definitely fill you up as that comes with a full main course and then the scones after! The range of teas are amazing as expected and you can try different types. The service can be a bit slow when it gets busy but we were here for our wedding anniversary recently and our waiter (Christian) was awesome, going out of his way to make our afternoon tea perfect :) Totally recommend!

Too chaotic and poorly managed by the staff. At least for my taste. Christmas time.

The place was full of teas and other sundries. I had to be dragged out of the shop so I would not spend too much money. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There knowledge of tea was expansive.

Awesome place, elegant and well kept, full of goods of any kind, especially the different kinds of tea of course. A Little crowded during the peak hours!

Fancy and pricey exactly as you expect it to be. But that's the only place to get a bar of ruby chocolate if you want to give it a try

Came here for high tea. Was not disappointed. They top up the top plate as many times you want (though we were done after one top up) and also an additional choice of cake right at the end as well.

Always crowded, but the quality and beautiful products do not change either. I never go by without going in. The best hampers in England

When I was in Japan, I used to think of it as a fashionable and expensive tea shop, but I was surprised to see this shop in London. It's like a department store of a super high-class trading company. Pachinko made of leather (tens of thousands of yen) and so on. In particular, the Christmas corner, which will be set up from the end of September, is full of angry items and is fun. Everything from cheap to expensive is well decorated. If you really buy it, it's better to come by October or so. In November or so, there are a lot of sold-out items, and most of them are unsold.

It was not possible to have a 6-year-old boy sit at any table in this store because his portion of pasta was bought in the food area on the -1 floor without any table and chair.

I love this store, it's absolutely fabulous. But on the day we went it was absolutely boiling in there!!

We had afternoon tea for our mum's 60th birthday and they were great. The service was friendly, swift and helpful, the food was delicious and they added a nice little touch by bringing out a personalised birthday cake too. Amazing place, and a great way to spend a Sunday lunchtime!

Tea paradise, large selection of fine liquors, including wine and whiskey

Very fancy packaging but the quality of their products can be poor and extremely overpriced. Twice I have been sold products past their sell by date. Most annoyingly not as good as what you can buy from ordinary supermarkets. Good for the image conscious.

Very busy but to be expected. We go here each time we visit London and it never disappoints
