One of my absolute favorite places in London. Practically fixed destination! Large selection of teas, herbal teas, biscuits, creams and other typical products. Furthermore, every day it is possible to taste tea and sweets. Unmissable during the Christmas period: typically English decorations and decorations and a romantic, elegant and suggestive atmosphere.

Beautiful store. The afternoon tea was just wonderful (they do gluten free options). A huge selection of products in store - good prices for what you get (high quality products). Chutneys, jams and curds are amazing !

We were gifted high tea for two at this top class establishment. Prices are not for the faint-hearted, and the coffee was below par for this Australian, but everything else is top-notch. Rare teas, excellent food.

Very poor service for high tea. Felt rushed delayed to get to table then had to wait for food for 45min. Then only allowed 50min to eat food.... Couldn't even finish my cup of tea. management pressuring our waitress to get us to finish and move. Waitress was excellent and was a saving grace of visit but she was made to feel uncomfortable. They didn't look busy.

Shopping was excellent though and staff where very helpful and fantastic in pick your own hamper area. But I will not do high tea again. And disagree with 12% service charge!!!

It was nice to be able to buy a gift car. The display is neat and well, and the price range is varied so you can choose comfortably. It's better to present as it is delivered to the royal family!

You should not miss this store! Especially at tea and / or coffee, they serve some delicious scones, it is not cheap, but it is worth it. On the top floor is the men's store with very nice barber items, also clothes. In general, everything is very expensive, especially for Argentines who do not hurt to the soul when converting into pesos! Now, the tees they sell are not impossible to buy and they are very good!

Spectacular British department store. The best we have seen so far. These warehouses do represent the British essence of elegance, glamor, and personalized attention.
Having also visited the famous Harrods department store, if I had to repeat a visit, we would return to Fortnum & Mason without hesitation.

Had a meal here, steak was chewy, asked for medium rare came well done. Chips were like oven chips. Portion size was on the small side. Plate was mostly covered in salad. Drinks selection was very limited.

A quintessentially British shop. If you're looking for top quality products with a price tag to match then this is the place for you. Can definitely recommend their afternoon tea. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny. Of all the afternoon teas I've had I'd have to place this one in my top two.

Traditional high tea. Perfect for the tourist tea-lover like my sister and me. On the pricey side but worth the splurge to get that traditional high tea experience. Love the Tiffany Blue silverware. Biscuits are so good here and you can keep the jam and lemon curd they give you (the lemon curd is soo good). Unlimited sandwiches and desserts. The cakes weren't that good (didn't fancy the Victorian cake too much) but it could have also been that we were so stuffed on tea and sandwiches and biscuits. We also bought a few teas to take home as well which were really nice.

Fortnum and Mason is a must see on any trip to London. This is the perfect place to buy gifts to impress your friends back home.

Staff look impressive in their tails but customer service could be improved. I went on 7 December 16 to collect items booked online. I was directed to the first floor. Had to wait at Customer Services for around 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I was then sent to the build your own hamper stall where I again had to wait. I was then told collections are from downstairs at the back of the store near security. Went downstairs and there was no signage where to go. Staff did not know the arrangements.

I was finally directed by a lovely lady but you had to go out the store and round the back. There was no signage to direct you. Having to go through a staff entrance on a back Sstreet really took the sparkle off a Fortnum experience.

Went for dinner and checked my items, only to discover some earrings were missing. Went back and the earrings were presented in a plastic bag. You would expect a presentation box from a store like this.

I feel this store exploits it's name and takes its customers for granted. Worth a visit but they could do so much better.

Good quality but expensive as well. I'm not going there that often but when I have to buy London souvenirs like English tea it really works. Tea is worth it but not sure other items like cookies and that kind of thing is good enough for the price. I hope they have more items with more various and reasonable price

Oh to be rich enough to shop here every day. The place to get your top quality edible gifts for the people you really love. The Lucifers biscuits and the florantines are my favourites, they are just delicious.

A classic store in London that one can find high quality items for clothing, house decoration and many more. A wonderful, large tea selection for the fans. Of course most are on the expensive side but very worth the visit, even only to browse and admire

Unique ! This is the most distinguished place to shop in London : from the tasteful food & spirits selection to the most refined goods for ladies & gents, without forgetting the precious homeware, everything there is ravishing. A real delight for the eyes !

We had an afternoon tea on the top floor.
The atmosphere is good and you can play.
I couldn't eat because of the large amount, so I asked him to package it for takeaway.
