A fantastic place. You can't come to London and not visit this shop
Excellent service,everything
is beautifully presented.
Very polite staff.
Great historical shop to look around trifle expensive
Lovely store, friendly staff and beautiful decoration
Great extravagant shopping experience. They have a good selection of high end food downstairs and the overall decor is quite grandiose. There is a wine bar downstairs. Lots of tea selections (by the gram as well).
Warning: you may spoil yourself with delicious patisseries here. I love the vibe and decor. Shame i did not get much gluten free or dairy option when i visited last time.
Visited for afternoon tea which was wonderful. Very peaceful elegant but not too stuffy. Pianist playing in the lobby which provided a lovely background. I had the gluten and dairy free afternoon tea which I was very impressed with! Products are very expensive to buy - we bought a few things to try. Got very busy in early afternoon
We had high tea here at 11am on a Saturday and it was INCREDIBLE! Jose was our server and he was knowledgeable and accommodating and SO sweet. There was plenty of food and they refilled any plate we wanted at no extra charge. I highly recommend having tea here. Come hungry!
We had their afternoon tea, and the savory afternoon tea. I did prefer the savory version. I chose the Jubilee tea and it was quite good. Relaxing atmosphere. Was there for 1.5 hours and tone just flew. Very good experience.
The place to for for all your picnic expedition needs - if you can afford their excellent quality,!
Lovely fancy store with lots of exclusive (home brand) items, food, drinks and other, to treat yourself and/or your beloved ones. Great Christmas spirit (it is that time of the year). Covid-19 rules and recommendations were well respected.
Great, absolutely amazing shopping, so nice, charming stuff, feel comfortable nevermind of pocket)), interesting sale after Christmas, some about 70%, y cant see it so open but if y want you can find that, food, perfume, hats, accessories, some clothes!)
Beautiful, pricey cafe with busy view on street!)
A wonderfully luxurious store 200 yards from Piccadilly and Green Park tube stations. If you are looking for great groceries, fashions for men and women, together with all types of unusual gifts this this the place to come.
And don't forget to eat here if you want to enjoy super service for lunch and English tea.
Tea selection is exquisite. Royal Blend is my favorite. Also is the place for gourmet lovers.
High standing warehouses. It is worth going through. The perfect staff treatment
Went for afternoon tea, service slow and not quite what I expected.
Teas , cookies , chocolates, and amazing gifts. A London landmark.
Incredibly elegant store that serves gourmet biscuits, tea and other delicacies. When I walked in here, I was so mesmerised that I could have purchased everything in the store. Beautiful packaging, delicious snacks, I think this is a better buy for gifts compared to Harrods.
Everything you need for an amazing English tea experience can be found here.
Fantastic range of excellent quality items but very expensive
Lovely building with brilliant window displays. It was a nice experience to show the wife and kids around. The staff were very friendly and professional. If my lottery tickets come through I may even buy a few things next time.
The only place to buy your tea from! Such a wide selection of tea's available to suit all tastes.
My absolute favourite department store in London! Different, classy and a gem in itself, even if you are just looking at its windows!
There is also an online shop that will ship overseas.
The interior of the store is also elaborate, so I'm wondering if I can enjoy shopping (mail me the purchased ones).
Popped to have tea in the cafe area. A wide range of teas available all serviced in the F&M cups a lovely experience
Stunning Christmas lights and decorations. So magical and puts you in the Christmas spirit
Attention to detail and fabulous staff, wonderful Christmas shopping
Very impressive and in its kind a relic of the "old days" of the British department stores.
Probably the best place to buy gifts in the world... The selection is incredibly diverse and the quality is the absolute best.
Great place for getting teas, biscuits for relations in other countries
An absolute must for any tourist collecting gifts. Yep, crazy prices, but if you want exotic goodies served on a bed of quintessential Englishness, this is it.
An absolutely classic British store. Beautiful Christmas decorations which are world class. Lovely selection of china and wines. Fun cafe on the second floor and of course the classic afternoon tea is fab for tourists. Wander up to the upper floors to avoid the crowds. Visit the Christmas shop too!
Good to go window shopping and look at all the lovely things you can't afford!
It'd be nice if there were more taster things. They've often got tea tasting but other foody bits woild be great too.
Amazing place in London. Not only for tea, also hospitality of there is fabulous.
Surprisingly unpretentious and friendly, though they no longer do their excellent spinach and gloucester old spot (pork) pie, boo! Drop two stars for that!
Luxury market in central london..
Everything u need for tea a sweet and all kind of food English style
Before I went in I didn't know what they sold. Now I don't know what they don't sell!
Wonderful atmosphere. Great Fortnam items and design. Prices too high.
Posh british store. want to buy som kaviar you will find it her.
It was an amazing experience to have my first English afternoon tea here! I strongly recommend
A great store that breathes traditions! The afternoon tea is superb, service as well as food! Highly recommend to book in advance!
It is worth visiting and more if you have pasta and time.
Spectacular store, everything very organized, great prices and the quality of the space is very worth checking out, I was well attended by all the employees and found several brands, where I could choose the one that most fit in my pocket. It is in a nice region for those who want to stretch and see the chelsea stadium ... it is worth checking out !!!
A very very very pleasant store a lot of various products
The most impressive time of afternoon tea.
In particular, the compatibility of royal blend with scone was very good ~
A London landmark. Unmissable. Taking a tour of this shop should be mandatory
I don't know. It's hard to assess this place so I'm on the fence. Would be interesting to see what others with sociology degrees think.
Lovely shop and different to anywhere else. You want everything but have to hold back
Only went for the best chocolate cake in the world however they didn t have any the entire time I was in London for the week. If you advertise yourself to be unique with some of the finest things, maybe you shouldn t advertise what you don t have.
Great place to do some shopping but beware of the prices. More often than not way too many tourists.
Great range of products, and good customer service, but busy - oh, so busy. Better to order online and collect from the back of the store, or go on a quiet day (not weekends or evenings).
Very impressive department store. Nice selection of quality foods.
If you like tea you are in the right place blends from all over the world characteristic environment kind staff
It is worth seeing, but the sometimes only average quality does not always justify the very high prices.
Loved Fortnum and Mason. Very much focused on tea but their food court and other departments are great. Smaller than Harrods but easier to get around, not as crowded (people and merchandise) and products are presented much better. Everyone we spoke too was helpful and knowledgeable. Architecture and art throughout the 5 floors is stunning. Well worth a visit and look forward to going back.
