Wonderful shop. Unusual, turned to look new have. Clothes with neon and many with flashes, that's right: they are clothes with internal led lights on the sleeves, collars and waists. Affordable prices for this market, and a trend that is growing every day.

Even if your not loaded with loads of spending money this place is a great place to browse. Love to see a beautiful shop along with food items you won't find anywhere else then this is the place to come.

Good place to visit as a tourist - a traditional English store specialising in groceries supposedly supplying the royal family as well. The decor is beautiful and very well maintained. I was intrigued to see masterclasses and events with celebrities occurring regularly at the store too. Prices are very expensive and service is very stiff. We were reprimanded multiple times by a visibly annoyed staff member at the biscuit section telling us we had to leave and pay immediately before closing time! However, I would suggest that Harrods Food Halls are more impressive to visit if you had to choose and Marks & Spencers or Waitrose offer better value for edible gifts.

Afternoon tea is a great indulgence for tea lovers, or anyone looking for the "experience" of tea in London. Service and food quality was excellent as well. Prices in the store are quite steep but it's fun just to look around, and they have great souvenir options.

Fortnum has a large variety of items and the store is very classy. I love the ambiance at the store! You can find a lot of fun items, especially if you need gifts, souvenirs or tea and honey! They do a great job of decorating for the holidays!

I went for a Sunday stroll with London being in tier 4. Fortnum & Mason. Christmas display was a delight to look at. So decided to pop inside and treat myself to a few luxury food item. Their Traditional Mince Pies is like eating a piece of heaven they have a light pastry and mouth watering filling. How can I go back to normal mince pies again. Tier 4 is not going to ruin my Christmas the other purchases will definitely make me smile.

Went to ground floor cafe for a tea for 2. Service was very poor. The waitress has not shown any smile, took away water glasses (is this because we did not order afternoon tea?). As soon as I finished my desert, she came our table and quickly took the plate by just saying thank you without any confirmation. We're very disappointed. At last, she brought a bill but she has never come back therefore we had to call other waitress to pay.

This is extremely poor services. I'm not sure whether this is only her problem or because of no job training but obviously management is not working.

I will never recommend this cafe. We should go to a cafe in Harrods that provides excellent services and tea.

Food in cafe was good and service was very good. Puddings were excellent. I bought a box of chocolates and they were good but I have enjoyed far better that are less expensive. I presume I was paying for the fancy box and the name.

One of our favourite little spots to visit-- and quintessentially english. The layout of the shop gives you the feel that you've been transported to a distant era, and the quality of all of the goods is stunning and so well presented. A great place to have a wander and perhaps a 'spot of tea' if you're around during tea time. Definitely worth a visit if you're around and want the experience of a classic English department store.

The best place in London to experience British High Tea. They easily accommodated our gluten free and lactose free requests and also nut allergies. We were able to eat the same food as others, prepared with lots of extracare! Incredible selection of teas.
Great ambiance and helpful service staff make you feel like royalty.

Beautiful old, traditional large department store with a focus on food, jewelry, fragrances, pottery and other things no one really needs. Of course, far to extensive to make an extensive haul by chance! ;-)

How can anyone shop in a establishment that has no ethics. Despite the general mood of disgust for the production of Foie Gras, Fortnum and Masons continues to stock and sell this product. They ignore the feelings of the general population and more importantly ignore the suffering of the animals used in the production of this hateful item. It is illegal to produce this product within the UK due to the extreme cruelty inflicted on the animals. Most other stores have taken this off their shelves, could I suggest you shop at those stores.
