Very beautiful store of teas, infusions and cookies. An institution in London.

We have to go.

It seems that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is supplied in this shop!

4/5 stars because the prices are high.

The afternoon tea here is delightful, tasty, and plenty.
The staff are great and take very good care of you.
You have a great selection of tea to select from and you may have as much of it was you'd like. The same goes for the food.
Very good and not a stuffy, pretentious place at all. The ship itself is stocked to the top with an excellent selection of goods friggin the bakery to the tea shop. Just delightful to visit.

Exclusive department store in the Piccadilly district of London, founded even in 1707. There is also a section dedicated to fruit and vegetables. Note also the mechanical clock on the main facade.

A very old departmental store with a long history. Love the wooden staircase. A very busy place especially during Christmas. Staff are at hand to assist and quite knowlegeable.Their Christmas window and decorations is a must to see. Cream tea is a must here, but need to book in advance, to avoid disappointment. Can be pricey overall but you are assured of quality.

Oh wow. What a place for afternoon tea. Food was lovely, plate replenished when empty and they provide doggy bags. Really recommend tea here. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Thanks F & M!!

The reviews here seem unfairly coloured by people against the selling of foie gras. If you're that against it, don't go here. But if you're not as concerned, it's actually a really nice building and well laid out store. Everything is really nice quality and the fresh produce in the basement is always really amazing.

Resounding! I was enchanted like a child. colors, smells, attention to detail: each floor has an indescribable surprise. Definitely very old English: its superb teas are a must see and buy

I would have given this store 5 stars but for the attitude of one member of staff in the top floor tea room. The food was delicious and all the other staff impeccable. It only take one however to take the gloss off the whole experience.

The right word that comes to my mind is: OVERValued, since I was a kid I heard about this place, when I finally managed to come, the disappointment was great. I don't understand why London, Paris and German cars are so overrated, an inexplicable undeserved fame. I only want to give them one thing: they are good at self-promotion, an uncommon talent that the Italians lack totally, self-harm always ready to self-degrade, but we have much, much better things.

this shop was so nice to walk into. the decor was lovely and beautiful to see. they sell mostly chocolates and desserts, with some teas. it is quite expensive but nice to wander around and perhaps try a small chocolate or sweet. the cakes were also beautiful to look at.

Loved visiting this store. I have bought on line but it's not the same as looking around and tasting the teas. We bought a few things and will definitely be shopping on line again when I get home.

Department store in Piccadilly street of the most classic. Be sure to see the entrance floor with all the teas, jams and cookies, beautiful decoration. Its windows are famous. It has a cafeteria overlooking Jermyn street and a Jubilee restaurant on the fourth floor where it is worth taking the High tea with a pianist in the afternoon.

Tea in England! Stir it selling a variety of tee
It wasn't all tee, but when I went, it was a gingerbread tea.
I liked it because I could smell each tea.
The building itself looks luxurious and looks pretty
Besides tea, it sells coffee, chocolate, candy, macaroon, marmalade, and so on.

Jam.
