Absolutely lovely and wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and highly accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious and the style and decor were beautiful! This is now a must do anytime I am in London.
F&M is our favourite place to have cream tea in London. We never miss the chance to go to the Jubilee Tea Room when we're in London. The tea is exquisite and the time spent there is a real treat. The staf is absolutly lovely and welcomming, food and drinks most delicious and it is great to stroll around the shop after having enjoyed their wonderful tea.
Gorgeous place for Christmas shopping at this time of year.
I loved this place! We went for afternoon tea and absolutely enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful, the tea selection was great and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back!
I am lactose intolerant and gluten free, the staff did an amazing job accommodating my needs. Our only complaint was that there were different waiters helping us and it seemed like they weren't communicating well between themselves so we were asked the same questions multiple times. Gluten free scones were on the dry and tough side. Overall they did a great job, I would definitely go back the next time I'm in London.
How cozy affair as a whole to walk in. Expensive affair but that was part of the charm
Lovely experience and this visit always means the beginning of the Christmas period
High Tea was very nice and the service great. We were kept waiting for some time, but F&M compensated us for that, without having to be asked. We suspect F&M is one of those places that takes most of the service charge for themselves. If you like the service, try taking the fee off the bill and award the staff directly.
It's Fortnums.
A Great British institution.
Lovely to sit and have afternoon tea, then hit the food halls.
I have never been dissatisfied with either the service or the quality of merchandise from Fortnums, far from it, the quality of the food is exquisite.
Highly recommended.
Loved it! Must try the English tea at the restaurant! Available on weekends
Really nice store. Lots of selections in cookies, tins, candy, alcohol and teas. Feels almost like one of santas little shops.
Amazing place, a must visit sight in London! Huge variety of teas and food supplies as well as nicely designed home decor products.
Quality Historic Elegant Perfection...everyone must visit
I love this place you feel royal, after noon tea at jubilee salon it's unforgettable , you should try it .
As soon as I entered the building I was overwhelmed. The pretty displays of the sweets and the tea tasting bar comforted every sense of mine. It is the perfect place for choosing exquisite souvenirs for family, friends and of course for myself! It is so elegant and obviously very popular for afternoon tea. Looking forward to my next visit!
Totally appreciated for Keeping Good old style traditions.
Nice traditional department store but too much focused on tourists, so service to locals is lacking
Very British.
The best tea I have ever drunk.
Excellent variety of teas to buy and much more, from mugs to combs, all of exquisite workmanship.
Very friendly staff.
I recommend going for tea or a cider at the indoor bar
While the products speak for themselves it is always packed full of people which makes the experience unbearable. Restaurants inside are good too.
Iconic food store stocking some of the finest British fare.
I absolutely love it here, no trip to London is complete without a visit to F&M, I could walk around for hours, always end up walking out with one purchase or another! The lemon curd is delightful! We have had many an afternoon tea here In the past and it is wonderful we always come back!
Fantastic range of luxury food & tea with a wonderful tea room on the upper floor
Nice brunch at the Parlour for a break from shopping
Incredible place where you can find countless varieties of tea! Then there are the rooms for afternoon tea and restaurant rooms ..... you can't miss!
One of the finest shopping experiences to be had anywhere in the world. A trip to Fortnum and Mason is like a trip back in time. The plush red carpets and the grand wooden staircase lend a luxurious and Victorian feel to this remarkable shop. The perfume gallery is one of the finest to be found anywhere. Come here for top quality tea, top quality handmade chocolate truffles, tea biscuits, fresh fruit and global delicacies, women's fashion, men's fashion of the best quality, ice creams or the finest perfume. A true experience
An elegant place, great service and a special place for me to pray, thank them very much
Magnificent stores. The prices are not that high if you take into account the quantities sold. Very pretty boxes serve as containers for their products
I did not come in but visited to appreciated its lively advent calendar Christmas decoration! My favourite in the whole of Mayfair
It was good. Basic set is better. If you think it's a worthwhile experience, it's worth going, but it's expensive and the dessert isn't very tasty.
Best known for afternoon tea but recommend The Wine Bar in the basement food hall for a simple but stylish lunch.
Known as the Queens grocer. It's a really nice place for posh treats and to have a great tea.
Always a pleasure shopping here, staff are most attentive.
A well-established department store of Piccadilly Circus. Pinch lightly in the basement.
A very posh gourmet food store with beautiful and fun displays. Even if you dont buy anything it is fun to just walk around a marvel at the delicate cookies, cakes, and treats they have. They even have a chocolate fish and chips which is adorable. great for gifts for people who want something British and if you want to avoid the tacky souvenir shops scattered around the city.
Always love visiting here. You can get some nice food gifts at reasonable prices
It was crowded at Christmas time, and sadly my Manuka honey was sold out. I did pick up some cookies and Earl Grey tea.. tree ornaments were very pricey
Quality teas and condiments. Perfect as gifts. However the cafe upstairs can be somewhat preferential in their treatment of guests. All the other tables seem to be treated like VIPs, even free cakes to take home, but for some reason - and I felt it was because we're not white - we barely received any service.
Just go. It's great. My favourite tea is royal blend. Ask the staff to recommend you a brew.
It was quite crowded on a "new normal" Sunday. Feels amazing to be in a historic building which still exist till this day.
Love this place. Got a free taster of a Florentine so even happier.
Excellent high-end food store. Everything I have tasted is as appetizing as it is good. All at relatively affordable prices for luxury goods.
Excellent shop for biscuits, tea, alcohol and everything else in between. A London landmark that is worth going to see if you're over visiting. Impeccably dressed staff and lots to see. The ice cream parlour is also worth a visit!
Breskfast is a delight. Bustling lively atmosphere with excellent service.
A visit to the West end at Christmas is not complete without popping in, even if you don't buy anything
An elegant and high end place, could get quite busy during holidays.
Lavish department store, fit for a reigning monarch - what else can one say? Their store-brand wines in the basement are reasonably priced, if you need an excuse to visit.
A British institution for good food and tea. They have some amazing Christmas hampers if you want to splash out. Don't miss the cafe at the back for good food and people watching
A place where you feel like a king. But the prices wake you up very quickly.
Check out the clock when it chimes
Awesome shopping at the food Hall
It was fun to see it, they had converted whole building into Christmas calendar.
Lovely as usual. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely Christmassy atmosphere. Bought some food and drink, again, as usual! Highly recommended.
St Patrick at Fortnum @ Mason oysters and Muscadet
It's so cute and pretty, so it's great to see, and it's great for buying gift Tina cookies and chocolates! If you go to Piccadilly, be sure to stop by :)
I like tea, so I bought some, but it's really good. The scent is so good-I bought a peach-flavored tea, but I think I bought it well!
Clean and tidy, very professional! Great range of teas and coffee to choose from and loads more
A small and beautiful complex on Piccadilly Street
One of the places worth visiting in London
Fortnum & Mason is the most famous tea brand in UK( at least for the foreigners) and the store is quite a sophisticated place to search for tea and other sweets such as jams, cookies and cakes. There are several floors selling tea cup sets, bags, skin care products, clothes and picnic supplies, also there is afternoon tea area and sweets bar. It s usually full of crowds buying things, the package of tea is really gorgeous and attractive, better make sure you have enough budget to spend money here!
