Super experience, but the queen shops here. So, you know...
Amazing selection of teas.
I love Fortnum and Mason it's a beautiful store, expensive but worth it as its something special, it must be if the Queen shops there.
croissant is average
marron glace is average also
Very very disappointing that F&M continue to sell foie gras. How cruel a practice this is.
Afternoon tea convenient after reservation. There are so many things that can be timed by eye candy. You can purchase household goods, kitchenware, and delicious food with pretty packages. It is recommended to visit because it is a little time consuming to visit.
Only here the staff wear the tight and only here you can find everything that revolves around the ritual of tea: objects, pottery, containers, infinite brands, pastry, in an absolutely British environment.
Popped in to have a look, already at Christmas which is nice. Very similar to Harrods.
LOVE everything they offer! Wish I could fit them all in my suitcase.
It's a famous store!
It looks like a royal purveyor.
I bought Loose Fudge and Loose Chocolate sold by weight.
A great place to visit. Has a lot of floors filled with gorgeous things to buy. Bit pricey but still lovely.
Beautiful place. It is a classic British. I would say that Harrods and Selfridges are better. The food at the food hall didn't look fresh. However I was there like at 4 PM
Great shopping experience! In the hunt for good deals...Fortnum & Mason is the place to go...great stuff on clearance along with a ton of other great items.
Purchased a hamper on 10th April as a gift. Unfortunately, I never got to give the gift and so I thought I d save it for a charity event. My charity event is tomorrow and I checked the hamper but I ve had to remove the biscuits as they went out of date (best before) on the 10th May. These were manufactured back in Oct 2017! I checked all the other products and all of the preserves were nearly two years old. I think that considering how expensive the hamper is, you should think twice about sending out products at the end of their shelf life. Won t buy again and will certainly warn people in future.
Tea is good, of course. It is better to buy by weight, cheaper and practical packaging.
Absolutely tea paradise. The store itself is amazing and the tea selection is really great. Lots of things to shop and the tea service is great! My favourite store in the UK
Fortnums! What more can I say? Except get rid of the tourists...
As always excellent surface and premium quality products
Nice. Usually employees are very kind but this time stumbled on a psycopathic arpy.
barber did a great job with my hair cut. plus they sell good mustered!
Quite an experience and posh shopping . London souvenirs galore!
Huge store, range of prices... Tends towards the higher end. Better to go during the day when less crowded. Toilets (free) on the top floor
Well stocked food hall for the more unique items but very touristy on the ground floor
A London landmark - possibly the poshest food hall alongside Harrods. Had a small steak at their restaurant. Very expensive but worth it!
Great place to visit a definite must when you visit London
Great atmosphere but the afternoon tea and service were below average
It gets very busy with tourists, especially closer to Christmas. As Fortnum & Mason's claim to have invented the scotch egg in 1738 I decided to try one from the hot counter in the food hall downstairs, I was not disappointed, as nice as any restaurant quality. Lots of speciality foods and some traditional goods, well worth spending the time to explore.
World famous store with much excellent food but often excessive prices.
In institution. F&M has to be seen if you are showing guests around central London
The best provision department store in the world without question. Always visit when in London and the internet shopping is superb. The old saying of "you get what you pay for " is true at Fortnum's, the best quality always.
My first visit to the store. It is a lovely place to shop.
Classy, historic department store. Beautifully decorated. Particularly famous for their teas (you can get a wide selection of their own brand of teas and infusions, either in bags or loose leaf). You can pair your tea with some fresh scones in the cafe on the first floor.
Here is just ant hell ...
Even if you decide to buy it, you will buy more if you go anyway.
The real display was so pretty and made me want to buy it, so I watched it for over an hour.
It is very good for cookies and tea gifts!
If the budget allows, please buy Yogi ~
One of the best places in the world. Wonderful in every way!
Facade and interior design are wonderful. There are lots of varieties of teas and olive oils on the shelves in the store. And it is so expensive. If you have time for visit you should.
Its facade and interior are very beautiful. There are products with a dizzying option on the shelves. And, of course, an expensive store as expected. I think it can be described as the expensive version of Twinings teas. According to legend, the store is the royal delicatessen of the royal family.
Love the men's socks here! Excellent master barber on the premises. Elevators leave a lot to be desired so use the stairs. So crowded sometimes difficult to walk around in this place
Love this shop! Amazing tea department. Beautiful, historical and expensive.
Typical English shop! With beautiful and useful gifts for everyone!
A splendid institution with top class service and outstanding products
Love this place... bought someone a Gluten free Christmas cake as a gift. What a treat.
Beautiful place just the real English tea all types and tastes for all budgets. We Ligurian palanche we look
Very nice establishment with a big variety of quality products targeted to the British legacy! The employees though could be more informed about the things that they are supposed to try to sell!
What a bad experience, you can't share your food as per the restaurants policy! if you order afternoon tea for one person, and wanted to give your family member a scone, it's prohibited! WHAT!!! they want you to pay for two so they can get More
The High tea's are very expensive but are excellent.
Love Love going into that store. So beautiful and elegant and not over priced.
Great shopping experience especially the food section.
Wow canmot believe how special this place is ....we had afternoon tea and it was by far the best afternoon tea experience i have had in London
What an experience in the heart of London. Best place to buy gifts for people
Overrated and overpriced tourist destination. That is not to say that their products are bad, but be prepared to pay 50% more than on a regular product just because of the name.
Brilliant selection of teas and a must visit place when travelling. Fortnum and Mason original tea is very delicious
Very nice very dear lol but love to have a look around and the food is nice
Absolutely insane prices based on a genuinely antique reputation, the best of modern marketing is busy extracting millions from the foreign tourists who flock to this scam merchant.
